以英格兰 82 4名初中生为调查对象 ,主要考察了在目标定向、行为调节、能力知觉和体育活动参与情况上的年龄和性别差异 ,并且采用动机变量预测校外体育活动参与情况。研究结果呈现出明显的性别差异 ,男生有较高的自我定向、自我决定动机和能力知觉。与此一致的结果是男生比女生更喜爱体育活动。对男生来说 ,自我定向、自我决定动机和能力知觉是参加体育活动的正相关预测指标 ,而任务定向和无动机与体育活动参与没有关系。对女生来说 ,任务定向和能力知觉能够积极预测体育活动参与情况。

CAPD开展以来,世界各地的腹透人数显著增加,经验的积累使人们发现,目前的腹透液用乳酸盐/醋酸盐作缓冲剂。葡萄糖作渗透剂,以及所含的“标准”离子对成分存在很多缺点。本文系统地综述了70篇文章中的最新观点和试验结果,从理论、临床、病理生理、细胞水平以及改进腹透液制作工艺的可行性进行了探讨,提出了理想腹透液的标准和今后腹透液改进的方向。

The effort and cost required to convert satellite Earth Observation(EO)data into meaningful geophysical variables has prevented the systematic analysis of all available *** overcome these problems,we utilise an integrated High Performance Computing and Data environment to rapidly process,restructure and analyse the Australian Landsat data *** this approach,the EO data are assigned to a common grid framework that spans the full geospatial and temporal extent of the observations–the EO Data *** approach is pixel-based and incorporates geometric and spectral calibration and quality assurance of each Earth surface reflectance *** demonstrate the utility of the approach with rapid time-series mapping of surface water across the entire Australian continent using 27 years of continuous,25 m resolution *** preliminary analysis of the Landsat archive shows how the EO Data Cube can effectively liberate high-resolution EO data from their complex sensor-specific data structures and revolutionise our ability to measure environmental change.

Aims The coastal Brazilian rainforest on white-sand(restinga)ranks among the most fragmented forest types in the tropics,owing to both the patchy distribution of sandy soils and widespread coastal development *** we study the environmental and evolutionary determinants of a forest tree assemblage at a single restinga forest in Southeastern *** also explore the ability of competing hypotheses to explain the maintenance of species diversity in this forest type,which includes contrasting extremes of edaphic conditions associated with flooding *** The study was conducted in a white-sand forest permanent plot of 10.24 ha on the coastal plain of Southeastern *** plot was divided into 256 quadrats of 20×20 m,which were classified into two main edaphic habitats(flooded and drained).Trees with a diameter≥1 cm at breast height were *** assembled DNA sequence data for each of the 116 morphospecies recognized using two chloroplast markers(rbcL and matK).A phylogenetic tree was obtained using the maximum likelihood method,and a phylogenetic distance matrix was produced from an ultrametric *** analyzed similarity in floristic composition and structure between habitats and related them to cross-plot distances using permutation *** model torus shift simulations were performed to obtain a statistical significance level for habitat association for each *** phylogenetic structure for the two habitats and for each 20×20 m quadrat was calculated using the mean phylogenetic distance weighted by species abundance and checked for significance using the standardized effect size generated by 5000 randomizations of phylogenetic tip *** Findings Our results indicate that partitioning among edaphic habitats is important for explaining species distributions and coexistence in restinga *** distributions within the plot were found to be non-random:there was greater floristic similarity within than betwe

Pericytes have the potential to be developed as a cell therapy for the treatment of wounds;however,the efficacy of any cell therapy relies on the successful delivery of intact and functioning ***,the effect of delivering pericytes on wound repair was assessed alongside the development of a surface-functionalized pericyte *** polymerization(PP)was used to functionalize the surface of silicone patches with heptylamine(HA)or acrylic acid(AA)*** pericytes were subsequently delivered to murine excisional wounds by intradermal inj.ction or using the pericyte-laden patches and the comparative effects on wound healing,inflammation and revascularization *** AA surface provided the superior transfer of the cells to de-epidermized *** murine wounds treated either with pericytes inj.cted directly into the wound or with the pericyte-laden AA patches showed improved healing with decreased neutrophil infiltration and reduced numbers of macrophages in the *** delivery also enhanced angiogenesis through a mechanism independent of VEGF ***,when delivered to wounds,improved healing responses by dampening inflammation and promoting *** of pericytes using PP-AA-functionalized patches was equally as effective as direct inj.ction of pericytes into ***-functionalized dressings may therefore be a clinically relevant approach for the treatment of wounds.

In the path toward the realization of carbon nanotube(CNT)-driven electronics and sensors,the ability to precisely position CNTs at well-defined locations remains a significant *** complex CNT-based bottom–up structures can be synthesized if there is a method to accurately trap and place these *** this study,we demonstrate that the rapid electrokinetic patterning(REP)technique can accomplish these *** using laser-induced alternating current(AC)electrothermal flow and particle–electrode forces,REP can collect and maneuver a wide range of vertically aligned multiwalled CNTs(from a single nanotube to over 100 nanotubes)on an electrode *** addition,these trapped nanotubes can be electrophoretically deposited at any desired location onto the electrode *** from active control of the position of these deposited nanotubes,the number of CNTs in a REP trap can also be dynamically tuned by changing the AC frequency or by adj.sting the concentration of the dispersed *** the basis of a calculation of the stiffness of the REP trap,we found an upper limit of the manipulation speed,beyond which CNTs fall out of the REP *** peak manipulation speed is found to be dependent on the electrothermal flow velocity,which can be varied by changing the strength of the AC electric field.
