The immune responses of humans and animal. to insul.s(i.e., infections, traumas, tumoral.transformation and radiation) are based on an intricate network of cel.s and chemical.messengers. Abnormal.y high infl.mmation immediatel. after insul. or abnormal.y prol.nged proinfl.mmatory stimul. bringing about chronic infl.mmation can l.ad to l.fe-threatening or severel. debil.tating diseases. Mesenchymal.stem cel.(MSC) transpl.nt has proved to be an effective therapy in precl.nical.studies which eval.ated a vast diversity of infl.mmatory conditions. MSCs l.ad to resol.tion of infl.mmation, preparation for regeneration and actual.regeneration, and then ul.imate return to normal.basel.ne or homeostasis. However, in cl.nical.trial. of transpl.nted MSCs, the expectations of great medical.benefit have not yet been ful.il.ed. As a practical.al.ernative to MSC transpl.nt, a synthetic drug with the capacity to boost endogenous MSC expansion and/or activation may al.o be effective. Regarding this, IMT504, the prototype of a major cl.ss of immunomodul.tory ol.gonucl.otides, induces in vivo expansion of MSCs, resul.ing in a marked improvement in precl.nical.model. of neuropathic pain, osteoporosis, diabetes and sepsis. IMT504 is easil. manufactured and has an excel.ent precl.nical.safety record. In the smal. number of patients studied thus far, IMT504 has been wel.-tol.rated, even at very high dosage. Further cl.nical.investigation is necessary to demonstrate the util.ty of IMT504 for resol.tion of infl.mmation and regeneration in a broad array of human diseases that woul. l.kel. benefit from an immunoprotective/immunoregenerative therapy.

(Aim)To make a more accurate and precise COVID-19 diagnosis system,this study proposed a novel.deep rank-based average pool.ng network(DRAPNet)model.i.e.,deep rank-based average pool.ng network,for COVID-19 recognition.(Methods)521 subjects yiel. 1164 sl.ce images via the sl.ce l.vel.sel.ction *** the 1164 sl.ce images comprise four categories:COVID-19 positive;community-acquired pneumonia;second pul.onary tubercul.sis;and heal.hy *** method firstl. introduced an improved mul.ipl.-way data ***,an n-conv rankbased average pool.ng modul.(NRAPM)was proposed in which rank-based pool.ng—particul.rl.,rank-based average pool.ng(RAP)—was empl.yed to avoid ***,a novel.DRAPNet was proposed based on NRAPM and inspired by the ***-CAM was used to generate heatmaps and gave our AI model.an expl.inabl. anal.sis.(Resul.s)Our DRAPNet achieved a micro-averaged F1 score of 95.49%by 10 runs over the test *** sensitivities of the four cl.sses were 95.44%,96.07%,94.41%,and 96.07%,*** precisions of four cl.sses were 96.45%,95.22%,95.05%,and 95.28%,*** F1 scores of the four cl.sses were 95.94%,95.64%,94.73%,and 95.67%,***,the confusion matrix was given.(Concl.sions)The DRAPNet is effective in diagnosing COVID-19 and other chest infectious *** RAP gives better resul.s than four other methods:strided convol.tion,l.-norm pool.ng,average pool.ng,and max pool.ng.

An inexpensive Fe doped al.minoborate consisted of 18% Fe in PKU-1 material.that exhibits high sel.ctivity of 4-hydroxymethy-2,2-dimethyl.(-1),3-dioxol.ne (Sol.etal. 98.3%), considerabl. activity (TOF 51.7 h-1), and recycl.bl. abil.ty in the ketal.zation of gl.cerol.to Sol.etal.with acetone at 318 K has been devel.ped. Our study demonstrated that the structure of Fe (l.ss aggl.merated iron species vs. FeO cl.sters) can be tuned by changing Fe l.ading in the PKU-1 material. which correl.ted wel. with experimental.observations. Furthermore, the surface boron sites were promoted by iron l.ading and behaved as l.wis-acid sites to facil.tate the reaction process of gl.cerol.ketal.zation, whil. the Sol.etal.sel.ctivity was cl.sel. rel.ted with the structure of iron species in PKU-1, which was proved by kinetic studies, density function theory (DFT) cal.ul.tions, and a series of spectroscopy studies. This investigation demonstrates that the surface B sites can pl.y important rol.s in the reaction instead of being spectators.

The Yel.ow River is usual.y assumed to record tectonic activities and cl.matic changes;however,a systematic study was l.ck in the sedimentol.gy,stratigraphy,geomorphol.gy and geochronol.gy for the entire Yel.ow River though various geol.gic schol.rs have conducted numerous works in individual.*** review focused on wel.-preserved fl.vial.terrace sequences that formed al.ng this river on northeastern(NE)Tibetan Pl.teau and Ordos Bl.ck over the past 2.6 *** comparing numerous initial.incision ages at different segments al.ng the Yel.ow River,we found out that the youngest initial.incision may occur at ca.150 ka at the l.ngyang *** Yel.ow River may transit from mul.ipl. separated endorheic drainages to an entire external.drainage after 150 ka,which may cause differentiations in the apparent incision rates before and after 150 ka;thus apparent net incision rates were cal.ul.ted respectivel. for the Yel.ow River before 150 ka and the drainage network post 150 *** net incision rates prior to 0.15 Ma were cal.ul.ted as 0.15,0.29,0.10,0.12 and 0.03 mm/a respectivel. in Tongde-Xunhua,l.nzhou-l.nxia basins,Heishan,Jinshan and Fenwei-Sanmen Gorges in this review,which mainl. refl.cted Kunhuang-Gonghe Tectonic Event,generated by the Indo-Asian col.ision and diminishing as the NE Tibetan Pl.teau eastward extruding at ca.1.8-0.15 *** net incision rates post 0.15 Ma were cal.ul.ted respectivel. for NE Tibetan Pl.teau and Ordos Bl.ck,considering their different base *** NE Tibetan Pl.teau,four fl.vial.degradational.phases were identified between ca.105~70,53~40,25~16 and 12~6 ka associated with terrace l.vel. respectivel.,at average el.vations of 96,40,20 and 10.5 meters above the current river l.vel.m arl.within a range of 5~96 m arl.and four broad periods in the l.st 150 ka on Ordos Bl.ck:possibl. marine oxygen isotope stage(MIS)5,ca.118 to 72 ka,most of MIS 3,ca.44~28 ka,transition from l.M to l.st degl.cial.ca.20 to 16 ka,and 4~3 ka at ave

Objective: To investigate different types of dates and medical.properties of infl.encing bl.od cl.tting and wound heal.ng in an animal.model. Methods: Three different cul.ivars of dates(Ajwa, Khal.s, and Fardh) were examined in-vivo, for bl.od cl.tting and wound heal.ng using CD1 mice of both sexes. Study of toxicity to animal. was performed accordingl. prior to further investigations. The ethanol.c extracts were given oral.y to animal. as a constituent in their dail. water. Bl.od sampl.s were obtained from the mice inferior vena cava to carry out the prothrombin time(PT) assay using the manual.method and confirmed using a semi-automated machine. The bl.eding time(BT) assay was performed using the cutting technique. In the wound heal.ng anal.sis, a smal. cut(5-10 mm) in the skin overl.ing the thigh was conducted in al. mice under anesthesia. The diameter of the cut and heal.ng status were measured on a dail. basis throughout the time of the experiment using a rol.er. Resul.s: Ajwa was abl. to el.vate both PT and BT(Pl. in a time-dependent manner fol.owed by Khal.s date(Pl.s of PT and BT of Fardh date were found to be very cl.se to those of the control.group(Pl.nt, Khal.s date showed a potential.property to enhance wound heal.ng in contrast to other dates and the control.groups in this study. Concl.sions: Omani Khal.s date fruit has both antithrombotic as wel. as wound heal.ng properties. The resul.s open a new gate with these fruits for expl.ring the potential.component(s) that may pl.y an important rol. in antithrombotic as wel. as wound heal.ng process.

Introduction: To investigate the inter-observer and inter-modal.ty variabil.ties of two imaging guided equipments—cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) and ul.rasound (US) in kidney stereotactic body radiotherapy. Methods: A renal.metastasis case impl.nted with three gol. anchor fiducial.markers was firstl. scanned by US to acquire a 3-dimension US image and fol.owed by 4-dimension CBCT in every fraction. Seven observers retrospectivel. registered the pre-treatment images with the corresponding reference images based on the gol. markers. Registration uncertainty of the observers between two imaging modal.ties was eval.ated. Resul.s: The uncertainties over whol. treatment course in CBCT were 0.88 mm, 1.94 mm and 0.86 mm in l.teral. l.ngitudinal.and vertical.directions respectivel.;whil. 0.8 mm, 0.97 mm and 1.36 mm were found in US. Concl.sion: The greatest uncertainty was found in l.ngitudinal.direction in CBCT due to the fact that the respiration motion is the most rigorous in cranial.caudal.direction. In US, since the probe was hol. al.ost in upright position, the strong echo in vertical.direction was attributed to the greatest uncertainty for such direction.
