The enzyme-mimicking catalytic activity of single-atom nanozymes has been widely used in tumor.***,r.sear.h on alleviating metabolic diseases,such as hyp.r.lycemia,has not been ***,we found that the single-atom Ce-N_(4)-C-(OH)_(2)(SACe-N_(4)-C-(OH)_(2))nanozyme p.omoted glucose absor.0}ion in lysosomes,r.sulting in incr.ased r.active oxygen sp.cies p.oduction in Hep.2 ***,the SACe-N_(4)-C-(OH)_(2)nanozyme initiated a cascade r.action involving sup.r.xide dismutase-,oxidase-,catalase-,and p.r.xidase-like activity to over.ome the limitations associated with the substr.te and p.oduce•OH,thus imp.oving glucose intoler.nce and insulin r.sistance by incr.asing the p.osp.or.lation of p.otein kinase B and glycogen synthase kinase 3β,and the exp.ession of glycogen synthase,p.omoting glycogen synthesis to imp.ove glucose intoler.nce and insulin r.sistance in high-fat diet-induced hyp.r.lycemic ***,these r.sults demonstr.ted that the novel nanozyme SACeN_(4)-C-(OH)_(2)alleviated the effects of hyp.r.lycemia without evident toxicity,demonstr.ting its excellent clinical ap.lication p.tential.

The Xunhua, Guide and Tongr.n Basins ar. linked with the Laji Mountain and the nor.her. West Qinling thr.st belts in the Xunhua-Guide distr.ct. Basin dep.sitional str.tigr.p.y consists of the Oligocene Xining Gr.up. the up.er.ost Oligocene-p.iocene Guide Gr.up.and the Lower.p.eistocene. They ar. divided into thr.e basin p.ases by unconfor.ities. Basin p.ase 1 is comp.sed of the Xining Gr.up. and Basin p.ase 2 of the Zhar.ng, Xiadongshan, Her.ia and Ganjia Conglomer.te For.ations in the Guide Gr.up. and Basin p.ase 3 of the Gonghe For.ation and the Lower.p.eistocene. Thr.e basin p.ases all develop.lacustr.ne dep.sits at their.lower.p.r.s, and alluvial-br.ided channel p.ain dep.sitional systems at up.er.p.r.s, which constitute a coar.ening-up.ar. and p.ogr.dational sequence. Basin dep.sition, p.leocur.ent and p.ovenance analyses r.p.esent that lar.e lacustr.ne basin acr.ss the Laji Mountain was develop.d and sour.ed fr.m the West Qinling thr.st belt dur.ng the stage of the Xining Gr.up.(Basin p.ase 1), and p.int-disp.r.ed alluvial fan-br.ided channel p.ain dep.sition systems wer. develop.d beside the thr.st and up.ifted Laji Mountain and sour.ed fr.m it, as thr.sting migr.ted nor.hwar.s dur.ng the stage of the Guide Gr.up.(Basin p.ase 2). Evolution of basin-mountain system in the study ar.a significantly indicates the gr.wth p.ocess of the distal Tibetan p.ateau. The r.sult shows that the Tibetan p.ateau exp.nded to the nor.her. West-Qinling at Oligocene (29―21.4 Ma) by means of nor.hwar. folded-and-thr.st thickening and up.ifting and fr.ntal for.land basin filling, and acr.ss the study ar.a to Nor.h Qilian and Liup.n Mountain at the Miocene-p.iocene (20.8―2.6 Ma) by means of two-sided basement-involved-thr.st thickening and up.ifting and br.ken for.land basin filling, and the distant end of Tibetan p.ateau behaved as r.gional er.sion and inter.ontane basin aggr.dational filling dur.ng the p.iocene and ear.y p.eistocene (2.6―1.7 Ma).

Vector.sur.eillance is ver. key in solving mosquito-bor.e health p.oblems in *** this end,the comp.sition and distr.bution of mosquito vector. in a p.r.-ur.an community sur.ounding an institution of lear.ing in Lafia metr.p.lis,Nasar.wa state,Centr.l Niger.a was car.ied out between December.2016 and June *** p.okop.ck Asp.r.tor.was used to collect indoor.r.sting mosquitoes between 6:00 *** 9:00 *** 30 r.ndomly selected *** collected wer. knocked down and tr.nsfer.ed into a well labelled p.tr.-dish and taken to the laboratory for.p.ocessing.A total of 664 mosquitoes wer. collected which sp.ead acr.ss Culex quinquefasciatus 572(86.14%),Anop.eles gambiae 88(13.25%)and Aedes aegyp.i 4(0.60%).The abundance of mosquitoes in r.lation to seasons,sp.cies,sex,abdominal conditions as well as tr.nsmission indices acr.ss seasons significantly var.ed(p.0.05).But,the distr.bution of mosquito in r.lation to house typ.s showed no significant differ.nce(p.0.05).The inhabitants of the ar.a should ensur. that all dr.inages flow thr.ugh so as to r.duce mosquito br.eding ***,member. of the community should always p.otect themselves by sleep.ng under.insecticide tr.ated bed nets.
