Exosomes,small tiny vesicle contains a large number of intracellular particles that employ to cause various diseases and prevent several pathological events as well in the human *** is considered a“double-edged sword”,and depending on its biological source,the action of exosomes varies under physiological ***,the isolation and characterization of the exosomes should be performed accurately and the methodology also will vary depending on the exosome ***,the uptake of exosomes from the recipients’cells is a vital and initial step for all the physiological *** are different mechanisms present in the exosomes’cellular uptake to deliver their cargo to acceptor *** the exosomal uptake takes place,it releases the intracellular particles that leads to activate the physiological *** though exosomes have lavish functions,there are some challenges associated with every step of their preparation to bring potential therapeutic ***,overcoming the pitfalls would give a desired quantity of exosomes with high purity.

Ohmic heating is a food processing method in which alternating current(AC)went through a food sample and resulted in internal energy generation in *** is an alternative fast heating *** principal advantage is the ability to rapidly and uniformly heat food materials of various *** ohmic heating,change in electrical conductivity was *** intensity of food materials’electrical conductivity or overall resistance critically controls ohmic heating *** ohmic heating set-up was prepared under this *** juice was heated(about 32℃ to 80℃)in a batch type ohmic heater at different voltage gradients in the range of 50-70 V/*** was statistically found that the voltage gradient had significant impact on conductivity and system performance coefficient(SPC)(P<0.05).It was concluded that the electrical conductivity values linearly increased with *** SPCs of the system ranged between 0.779 and *** value of R2 of the linear model was greater than 0.98.

The object contour is a significant cue for identifying and categorising objects. The current work is motivated by indicative researches that attribute object contours to edge information. The spatial continuity exhibited by the edge pixels belonging to the object contour make these different from the noisy edge pixels belonging to the background clutter. In this study, the authors seek to quantify the object contour from a relative count of the adjacent edge pixels that are oriented in the four possible directions, and measure using exponential functions the continuity of each edge over the next adjacent pixel in that direction. The resulting computationally simple, low-dimensional feature set, called as ‘edge continuity features’, can successfully distinguish between object contours and at the same time discriminate intra-class contour variations, as proved by the high accuracies of object recognition achieved on a challenging subset of the Caltech-256 dataset. Grey-to-RGB template matching with City-block distance is implemented that makes the object recognition pipeline independent of the actual colour of the object, but at the same time incorporates colour edge information for discrimination. Comparison with the state-of-the-art validates the efficiency of the proposed approach.

The human gut microbiota comprises of a complex and diverse array of microorganisms,and over the years the interaction between human diseases and the gut microbiota has become a subject of growing *** microbial milieu in the gastrointestinal tract is central to the pathogenesis of several diseases including antibiotic-associated diarrhea and Clostridioides difficile infection(CDI).Manipulation of this microbial milieu to restore balance by microbial replacement therapies has proven to be a safe and effective treatment for recurrent *** is considerable heterogeneity in various aspects of stool processing and administration for fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)across different centers globally,and standardized microbioal replacement therapies offer an attractive *** adverse effects associated with FMT are usually ***,there is paucity of data on long term safety of FMT and there is a need for further studies in this *** our increasing understanding of the host-microbiome interaction,there is immense potential for microbial replacement therapies to emerge as a treatment option for several *** role of microbioal replacement therapies in diseases other than CDI is being extensively studied in ongoing clinical trials and it may be a potential treatment option for inflammatory bowel disease,irritable bowel syndrome,obesity,multidrug resistant infections,and neuropsychiatric *** microbiota transplantation for non-CDI disease states should currently be limited only to research settings.

Source apportionment of particulate matter （PM10） measurements taken in Delhi, India between January 2013 and June 2014 was carried out using two receptor models, principal component analysis with absolute principal component scores （PCA/APCS） and UNMIX. The results were compared with previous estimates generated using the positive matrix factorization （PMF） receptor model to investigate each model＇s source-apportioning capability. All models used the PM10 chemical composition （organic carbon （OC）, elemental carbon （EC）, water soluble inorganic ions （WSIC）, and trace elements） for source apportionment. The average PM10 concentration during the study period was 249.7±103.9 μg/m3 （range： 61.4-584.8 μg/m3）. The UNMIX model resolved five sources （soil dust （SD）, vehicular emissions （VE）, secondary aerosols （SA）, a mixed source of biomass burning （BB） and sea salt （SS）, and industrial emissions （IE））. The PCA/APCS model also resolved five sources, two of which also included mixed sources （SD, VE, SD＋SS, （SA＋BB＋SS） and 1E）. The PMF analysis differentiated seven individual sources （SD, VE, SA, BB, SS, IE, and fossil fuel combustion （FFC））. All models identified the main sources contributing to PM10 emissions and reconfirmed that VE, SA, BB, and SD were the dominant contributors in Delhi.

Fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)has emerged as an effective treatment for recurrent Clostridioides difficile infection(CDI)and is recommended as a standard of care(1).Since the first randomized clinical trial published in 2013,there has been an exponential rise in the number of FMTs being performed(2).However,access to FMT varies according to location and type of healthcare establishment and is complicated by the regulatory issues surrounding its use(3,4).Storing and banking stool may be an accessible and economical option for patients requiring FMT,considering the costs associated with donor screening,stool processing and storage by individual providers(5).

Recently the Cognitive Radio (CR), in particular the CR Ad-Hoc Network (CRAHN) technology appears as a burgeoning area in wireless communication that enables utilization of limited network resources in more efficient and intelligent way;studies indicate that opportunistic utilization of the available radio frequency spectrum, without interfering the licensed primary user (PU) could be made. This paper presents some simulation based performance of the Multi-Channel Hidden Terminal (MCHT) problem on CRAHNs;new observations on the effect of the number of channels on certain PU-activity metrics, e.g., delay and throughput, are described.
