中草药标准化是非常有必要的,需要用物理和化学的方法来建立标准。标准化的分级是每位草药生产的指标之一。中国当归的等级分为5级:大体、形状、颜色、香味及杂质是否存在。而韩国的生当归分为三级,分别是60g以上,20～60g之间,20g以下。当归身的重量约占整个当归的30%,其表面颜色是浅黄棕色到褐色。一般没有次品。若有次品,多为腐烂、中空、表面色黑或中节呈褐色。提出了当归标准化的等级,并期待着进一步研究。此研究可以做为中药标准化研究的参考指标。

Soil salinity causes the negative effects on the growth and yield of crops. In this study, two sweet potato （Ipomoea batatas L.） cultivars, Xushu 28 （X-28） and Okinawa 100 （O-100）, were examined under 50 and 100 mmol L-1 NaCI stress. X-28 cultivar is relatively high salt tolerant than O-100 cultivar. Interestingly, real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction （RT-qPCR） results indicated that sweet potato high-affinity K^＋ transporter 1 （IbHKT1） gene expression was highly induced by 50 and 100 mmol L-1 NaCI stress in the stems of X-28 cultivar than in those of O-100 cultivar, but only slightly induced by these stresses in the leaves and fibrous roots in both cultivars. To characterize the function of IbHKT1 transporter, we performed ion-flux analysis in tobacco transient system and yeast complementation. Tobacco transient assay showed that IbHKT1 could uptake sodium （Na^＋）. Yeast complementation assay showed that IbHKT1 could take up K^＋ in 50 mmol L^-1 K^＋ medium without the presence of NaCI. Moreover, Na^＋ uptake significantly increased in yeast overexpressing IbHKTI. These results showed that IbHKT1 transporter could have K^＋-Na^＋ symport function in yeast. Therefore, the modes of action of IbHKT1 in transgenic yeast could differ from the mode of action of the other HKT1 transporters in class I. Potentially, IbHKT1 could be used to improve the salt tolerance nature in sweet potato.

目的特发性肺纤维化(IPF)患者的肺癌发生率高,患者肺功能差,易发生气胸,因此对CT发现的孤立性肺结节(SPN)不宜采用侵入性诊断方法,否则可能导致严重的不良后果。^18F-脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)PET/CT可用于非IPF患者SPN的良恶性鉴别,但在IPF患者中的诊断准确性尚无研究。因此该研究拟调查^18F-FDGPET/CT是否能鉴别诊断IPF患者的SPN。方法回顾性分析来自该院的55例IPF患者[男54例、女1例,年龄(67.8±7.6)岁],患者SPN大小为8~30(18.5±5.7)mm,所有患者在2004年4月至2016年3月间行胸部CT和^18F-FDGPET/CT显像。对SPN的^18F-FDG摄取行视觉分析和半定量分析,图像结果与最终病理诊断(n=52)或影像学随访(n=3)结果进行比较。结果最终诊断结果表明,41个(75%)SPNs为恶性(21个鳞状细胞癌、9个腺癌、5个小细胞癌、4个混合类型癌、1个大细胞神经内分泌癌和1个肉瘤样癌),14个(25%)为良性。视觉分析PET/CT图像诊断SPN为恶性病变的灵敏度、特异性、阳性预测值(PPV)和阴性预测值(NPV)分别为98%、86%、95%和92%。使用最大标准摄取值(SUVmax)为2.0行半定量分析诊断的灵敏度、特异性、PPV和NPV分别为95%、93%、98%和87%。结论^18F-FDGPET/CT可用于IPF患者SPN的良恶性鉴别,如其用于非IPF患者一样。

＜正＞ BACKGROUND Voglibose is an alpha- glucosidase inhibitor. Due to negligible oral absorption, measuring drug concentration in the blood is impractical. So we proposed a pharmacodynamic assessment method to reflect drug effect, and this study aimed to validate this *** A placebo - controlled, selective two - period clinical study was conducted in 20 healthy male subjects. Period Ⅰ: On day 1. subjects received a placebo and a sucrose - rich fluid meal 20 min after dosing. Blood samples were taken during 3 hours. On day 2. subjects received 0.3 mg voglibose instead of *** Ⅱ: 9 subjects in whom effects of drug were observed in Period Ⅰ participated in a multiple dose study （placebo: 8. 11 pm on day - 1. and 9 am on day 1 / voglibose: 2. 8. 11 pm on day 1. and 9 am on day 2）. RESULTS The average percent decreases of AUEClh （area under the serum glucose level- time curve to 1h） and Gmax （maximum serum glucose level） were 19.6% （P＜0.001） and 22.2% （P＜0.001）. respectively. CONCLUSIONS Significant drug effects of voglibose were revealed after multiple doses. Changes of AUEClh and Gmax compared to placebo may be alternative parameters to AUC and Cmax for an equivalence study.

S-allyl-L-cysteine (SAC) is an organosulfur compound derived from aged garlic extract (AGE). Studies have reported that AGE possesses bioprotective capacity, including antidiabetic, antimicrobial, antioxidant, and antitumor effects. The present study examined the protective effects of SAC against carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) induced hepatotoxicity in rats. Ten male Wistar rats aged 11 - 12 weeks were randomly divided into two groups (five rats/group) as control and SAC groups. All rats had ad libitum access to water, and the SAC group received water containing SAC intragastrically (200 mg/kg) once daily for five consecutive weeks. In the fifth experimental week, 50% CCl4 in olive oil (1 mL/kg) was administered intraperitoneally three times a week to induce liver injury in both groups. Rats were sacrificed at 24 hours after the last CCl4 injection, and liver tissues were excised for histopathological, immunohistochemical and antioxidant analyses.
