By recent.classificat.on, current.y 20 species represent.ng 13 genera and 6 families （Canderinidae, Het.rohelicoidae, Hedbergellidae, Higerigerinoidae, Globigerinoidae, and Globorot.loidae） ident.fied from t.e plankt.nic mat.rial of t.e east.rn Indian Ocean up t. a dept. of 200 m. t.eir dist.ibut.on in wat.r （0-200 m） also report. on t.e new range of expansion in t.e east.rn Indian Ocean, wit. Dent.globorot.lia anfract., Hast.gerina pelagica, St.ept.chilus globigerus, Globigerinella calida, Globigerinella adamsi, Orcadia reidelii, t.nuit.lla parkerae, t.nuit.lla compressa, report.d for t.e first.t.me in t.is st.dy area. In t.is paper we pursue t.e st.dy of t.e best.approximat.on operat.r ext.nded from L~Φ t. L~φ, where φ denot.s t.e derivat.ve of t.e funct.on Φ. We get.point.ise convergence for t.e coefficient. of t.e ext.nded best.approximat.on polynomials for a wide class of funct.on f, closely relat.d t. t.e Calder′on–Zygmund class t.m^p(x) which had been int.oduced in 1961. We also obt.in weak and st.ong t.pe inequalit.es for a maximal operat.r relat.d t. t.e ext.nded best.polynomial approximat.on and a norm convergence result.for t.e coefficient. is derived. In most.of t.ese result., we have t. consider Mat.szewska–Orlicz indices for t.e funct.on φ.
