CuInS_(2)quantum-dot(CIS QD)-modified g-C_(3)N_(4)(CN)catalysts(CIS/CN)were prepared with the aid of an in-situ growth *** as-obtained photocatalysts were explored by measuring their crystallinity,surface morphology,binding energy and light absorption *** photocatalytic efficiency of the pho-tocatalysts was evaluated through photocatalytic water splitting for hydrogen production and tetracycline(TC)antibiotic degradation under the simulated solar light and visible light *** optimized sample(10CIS/CN)showed the best photocatalytic activity:producing 102.4μmol g^(-1)h^(-1)of hydrogen in 1 h,or degrading 52.16%of TC in 120 min,which were respectively 48 or 3.4 times higher than the photocatalytic activity of CN *** enhancement in the efficiency of the composite system was prin-cipally accredited to the enlargement of light absorption,the more effective in charge transfer and the dropping of the charge carrier pair recombination through a formed S-scheme heterojunctional *** work is an effort to adjust CN-based polysulfide QD for speedy *** enriched photo-catalytic activity grants a new sense for adjusting the optical properties of CN.

The high critical electric field strength of Ga_(2)O_(3)enables higher operating voltages and reduced switching losses in power electronic *** Schottky metals and epitaxial films are essential for further enhancing device *** this work,the fabrication of vertical Ga_(2)O_(3)barrier diodes with three different barrier metals was carried out on an n--Ga_(2)O_(3)homogeneous epitaxial film deposited on an n+-β-Ga_(2)O_(3)substrate by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition,excluding the use of edge *** ideal factor,barrier height,specific on-resistance,and breakdown voltage characteristics of all devices were investigated at room *** addition,the vertical Ga_(2)O_(3)barrier diodes achieve a higher breakdown volt-age and exhibit a reverse leakage as low as 4.82×10^(-8)A/cm^(2)by constructing a NiO/Ga_(2)O_(3)***,Ga_(2)O_(3)power detailed investigations into Schottky barrier metal and NiO/Ga_(2)O_(3)heterojunction of Ga_(2)O_(3)homogeneous epitaxial films are of great research potential in high-efficiency,high-power,and high-reliability applications.

Layered rare-earth hydroxides(LREHs) draw wide research interest because of their peculiar crystal structure,rich interlayer chemistry and abundant functionality of the RE element,but are limited to the two categories of RE_(2)(OH)_(5)A·nH_(2)O(A:typical of Cl^(-)or NO_(3)^(-)) and RE_(2)(OH)_(4)SO_(4)·nH_(2)*** the other hand,rare-earth oxysulfates(RE_(2)O_(2)SO_(4)) have attracted attention due to their properties of large-capacity oxygen storage,low-temperature magnetism and luminescence,but their preparation procedure mostly involves toxic SO_(x) gases and/or complicated *** this work,RE_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3)SO_(4)·nH_(2)O as a new family of LREHs(RE=Gd-Lu lanthanides and Y) were produced via hydrothermal reaction,from which phase-pure RE_(2)O_(2)SO_(4) was derived via subsequent annealing at 800℃ in air without the involvement of SO_(x),The compounds were thoroughly characterized to reveal the intrinsic influence of lanthanide contraction(RE^(3+) radius) on crystal structure,thermal behavior(dehydroxylation/decarbonation/desulfurization),vibrational property and crystallite *** analyzing the photoluminescence of Eu^(3+) and Sm^(3+)in the Gd_(2)O_(2)SO_(4) typical host it is found that the 617 nm(Eu^(3+),λ_(ex)=275 nm) and 608 nm(Sm^(3+),λ_(ex)=407 nm) main emissions can retain as high as ^(7)9.6% and 85.5%of their room-temperature intensities at 423 K,with activation energies of ~0.19 and 0.21 eV for thermal quenching,*** also indicates that both the phosphors have the potential for optical temperature sensing via the fluorescence intensity ratio(FIR) technology,whose maximum relative sensitivity reaches ^(2).70%/K for Eu^(3+)and 1.73%/K for Sm^(3+) at 298 K.

Reliable long-term settlement prediction of a high embankment relates to mountain infrastructure *** study developed a novel hybrid model(NHM)that combines a joint denoising technique with an enhanced gray wolf optimizer(EGWO)-n-support vector regression(n-SVR)***-embankment field measurements were preprocessed using the joint denoising technique,which in-cludes complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition,singular value decomposition,and wavelet packet ***,high-embankment settlements were predicted using the EGWO-n-SVR *** this method,the standard gray wolf optimizer(GWO)was improved to obtain the EGWO to better tune the n-SVR model *** proposed NHM was then tested in two case ***,the influences of the data division ratio and kernel function on the EGWO-n-SVR forecasting performance and prediction efficiency were *** results indicate that the NHM suppresses noise and restores details in high-embankment field ***,the NHM out-performs other alternative prediction methods in prediction accuracy and *** demonstrates that the proposed NHM is effective in predicting high-embankment settlements with noisy field ***,the appropriate data division ratio and kernel function for EGWO-n-SVR are 7:3 and radial basis function,respectively.

Bone collagen hydrolysates(peptides)derived from byproduct of animal product processing have been used to produce commercially valuable products due to their potential antioxidant *** glycosylated reaction is considered as a promising method to enhance the antioxidant activity of ***,this research aims at investigating the Maillard glycosylation activity and antioxidant activity of bone collagen hydrolysates from different *** this study,3 glycosylated bone collagen hydrolysates were prepared and characterized,and cytotoxicity and antioxidant activity were analyzed and *** free amino groups loss,browning intensity,and fluorescence intensity of G-Cbcp(glycosylated chicken bone collagen hydrolysates(peptides))were the heaviest,followed by G-Pbcp(glycosylated porcine bone collagen hydrolysates(peptides))and G-Bbcp(glycosylated bovine bone collagen hydrolysates(peptides)).The results of amino acid analysis showed that amino acid composition of different bone collagen hydrolysates was significantly different and the amino acid decreased to different degrees after Maillard glycosylated reaction,which may lead to differences in Maillard glycosylated reaction ***,the 3 glycosylated hydrolysates showed no significant *** results showed that glycosylation process significantly increased the antioxidant activity of bone collagen hydrolysates,and G-Cbcp showed the strongest antioxidant activity,followed by G-Pbcp and ***,compared with the bone collagen hydrolysates,3 glycosylated hydrolysates showed significant characteristic and structural changes,and higher antioxidant activity.

The formation control of multiple unmanned aerial vehicles(multi-UAVs)has always been a research *** on the straight line trajectory,a multi-UAVs target point assignment algorithm based on the assignment probability is proposed to achieve the shortest overall formation path of multi-UAVs with low complexity and reduce the energy *** order to avoid the collision between UAVs in the formation process,the concept of safety ball is introduced,and the collision detection based on continuous motion of two time slots and the lane occupation detection after motion is proposed to avoid collision between *** on the idea of game theory,a method of UAV motion form setting based on the maximization of interests is proposed,including the maximization of self-interest and the maximization of formation interest is proposed,so that multi-UAVs can complete the formation task quickly and reasonably with the linear trajectory assigned in ***,through simulation verification,the multi-UAVs target assignment algorithm based on the assignment probability proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the total path length,and the UAV motion selection method based on the maximization interests can effectively complete the task formation.

Electric vehicles(EVs)have garnered significant attention as a vital driver of economic growth and environmental ***,ensuring the safety of high-energy batteries is now a top priority that cannot be overlooked during large-scale *** paper proposes an innovative active protection and cooling integrated battery module using smart materials,magneto-sensitive shear thickening fluid(MSTF),which is specifically designed to address safety threats posed by lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)exposed to harsh mechanical and environmental *** theoretical framework introduces a novel approach for harnessing the smoothed-particle hydrodynamics(SPH)methodology that incorporates the intricate interplay of non-Newtonian fluid behavior,capturing the fluid-structure coupling inherent to the *** approach is further advanced by adopting an enhanced Herschel-Bulkley(H-B)model to encapsulate the intricate rheology of the MSTF under the influence of the magnetorheological effect(MRE)and shear thickening(ST)*** simulation results show that in the case of cooling,the MSTF is an effective cooling medium for rapidly reducing the *** terms of mechanical abuse,the MSTF solidifies through actively applying the magnetic field during mechanical compression and impact within the battery module,resulting in 66%and 61.7%reductions in the maximum stress within the battery jellyroll,and 31.1%and 23%reductions in the reaction force,*** mechanism effectively lowers the risk of short-circuit *** groundbreaking concepts unveiled in this paper for active protection battery modules are anticipated to be a valuable technological breakthrough in the areas of EV safety and lightweight/integrated design.

To solve the divergence problem and overcome the difficulty in guaranteeing filtering accuracy during estimation of the process noise covariance or the measurement noise covariance with traditional new information-based nonlinear filtering methods,we design a new method for estimating noise statistical characteristics of nonlinear systems based on the credibility Kalman Filter(KF)theory considering noise *** method first extends credibility to the Unscented Kalman Filter(UKF)and Extended Kalman Filter(EKF)based on the credibility ***,an optimization model for nonlinear credibility under noise related conditions is established considering noise correlation.A combination of filtering smoothing and credibility iteration formula is used to improve the real-time performance of the nonlinear adaptive credibility KF algorithm,further expanding its application scenarios,and the derivation process of the formula theory is ***,the performance of the nonlinear credibility filtering algorithm is simulated and analyzed from multiple perspectives,and a comparative analysis conducted on specific experimental *** simulation and experimental results show that the proposed credibility EKF and credibility UKF algorithms can estimate the noise covariance more accurately and effectively with lower average estimation time than traditional methods,indicating that the proposed algorithm has stable estimation performance and good real-time performance.
