Multi-locomotion transition of tensegrity mobile robot under different terrains

Knowing how to make a multi-locomotion robot achieve locomotion transition under different terrains is a challenging problem,especially for tensegrity robots with multi-locomotion *** this study,a motion planning method for the transition of a multi-locomotion tensegrity robot(hereafter TJUBot)under different terrains is *** robot can achieve four locomotion modes:earthworm-like,inchworm-like,tumbling,and sliding locomotion with only two *** models of the four locomotion modes under five typical terrains,including flat ground,confined space,obstacle,gap,and descending slope,are established using the energy ***,the kinematic characteristics(driving law and initial position)of the robot under these terrains are *** this basis,motion planning for the locomotion transition of TJUBot is conducted,which includes a perception strategy based on three laser sensors and a transition strategy under different *** driving laws of the two motors that can ensure the effective locomotion transition of TJUBot under different terrains are naturally ***,experiments are *** demonstrate that the robot can achieve effective locomotion transition when the motion planning method is used.

Metal halide perovskites are promising materials for solar cells because of high power conversion efficiency(PCE),tun-able bandgap,high defect tolerance,long carrier diffusion length,and low-cost fabrication[1-7].The PCE for perovskite solar cells(PSCs)reaches 26.14%for single-junction cells,29.1%for perovskite/perovskite tandem cells and 33.9%for perovskite/silicon tandem cells,being comparable to that for silicon and other thin-film solar cells[8-10].Perovskite solar cells have been made by solution methods including spin-coat-ing,blade coating and printing[11,12].

Objective This coronary artery spasm review aimed to explore the most possible pathogenic trigger mechanism of vulnerable plaque rupture. Data sources Data used in this coronary artery spasm review were mainly from Medline and Pubmed in English. Study selection These reports from major review on coronary artery spasm .and these research included coronary artery conception, pathogenesis of spasm, mechanisms of plaque rupture, epidemiological evidence, clinical manifestation and the relationship between coronary artery spasm and vulnerable plaque rupture. Results Coronary artery spasm is somehow related to the presence of atherosclerotic intima disease in the coronary artery. However, chronic low-grade inflammation causes coronary vessel smooth muscle cell hypersensitivity, which can directely cause coronary artery spasm. Myocardial infarction and sudden cardiac death may be initiated by a sudden intense localized contraction of coronary artery smooth muscle. Conclusion Coronary artery spasm may be one trigger that can initiate and exacerbate vulnerable plaque rupture.

Indole-derived radical cations, open-shell reactive species, display distinctive dual reactivity due to the carbon-centered radical and more electrophilic carbocation, which frequently appear in a variety of single electron oxidation reactions for synthesizing structurally diverse functionalized indoles and indolines. Electrocatalysis is considered as a synthetically attractive and environmentally friendly alternative for driving the single electron oxidation of indoles. Remarkable achievements in electrocatalytic indolederived radical cation-mediated indole functionalization have been realized so far. This review comprehensively summarizes the recent progresses in the applications of electrocatalytic indole radical cations,including C(sp~2)–H functionalization, dearomative 2,3-difunctionalization, and ring-opening reaction, emphasizing the vital single electron oxidation steps of indoles, the substrates scope and limitations, and the reaction mechanisms.

Use of tailored loading-dose clopidogrel in patients undergoing selected percutaneous coronary intervention based on adenosine diphosphate-mediated platelet aggregation

Background Adenosine phosphate-mediated platelet aggregation is a prognostic factor for major adverse cardiac events in patients who have undergone selective percutaneous coronary interventions. This study aimed to assess whether an adjusted loading dose of clopidogrel could more effectively inhibit platelet aggregation in patients undergoing selected percutaneous coronary *** A total of 205 patients undergoing selected percutaneous coronary intervention were enrolled in this multicenter, prospective, randomized study. Patients receiving domestic clopidogrel （n=104） served as the Talcom （Taijia）group; others （n=101） received Plavix, the Plavix group, Patients received up to 3 additional 300-mg loading doses of clopidogrel to decrease the adenosine phosphate-mediated platelet aggregation index by more than 50% （the primary endpoint） compared with the baseline. The secondary endpoint was major adverse cardiovascular events at 12 *** Compared with the rational loading dosage, the tailored loading dosage better inhibited platelet aggregation based on a ＞50% decrease in adenosine phosphate-mediated platelet aggregation （rational loading dosage vs. tailored loading dosage, 48% vs. 73%, P=0.028）. There was no significant difference in the eligible index between the Talcom and Plavix groups （47% vs. 49% at 300 mg; 62% vs. 59% at 600 mg; 74% vs. 72% at 900 mg; P ＞0.05） based on a standard adenosine diphosphate-mediated platelet aggregation decrease of ＞50%. After 12 months of follow-up, there were no significant differences in major adverse cardiac events （2.5% vs. 2.9%, P=5.43）. The generation of speckle patterns via random matrices, statistical definitions, or apertures may not always result in optimal outcomes. Issues such as correlation fluctuations in low ensemble numbers and diffraction in long-distance propagation can arise. Instead of improving results of specific applications, our solution is catching deep correlations of patterns with the framework, Speckle-Net, which is fundamental and universally applicable to various systems. We demonstrate this in computational ghost imaging(CGI) and structured illumination microscopy(SIM). In CGI with extremely low ensemble number, it customizes correlation width and minimizes correlation fluctuations in illuminating patterns to achieve higher-quality images. It also creates non-Rayleigh nondiffracting speckle patterns only through a phase mask modulation, which overcomes the power loss in the traditional ring-aperture method. Our approach provides new insights into the nontrivial speckle patterns and has great potential for a variety of applications including dynamic SIM, X-ray and photo-acoustic imaging, and disorder physics.
