Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) have been widely used in oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) of fuel cells and metal-air batteries, attributed to their unique structures and compositions. Recently, the preparation of transition-metallic single-atom electrocatalysts(TM-SACs) using MOFs as precursors or templates has made great progress. Herein, the development history of SACs prepared based on MOFs and their characterization are overviewed firstly, and then several strategies are summarized for preparing TM-SACs using MOFs and further modification. Finally, the challenges and opportunities confronted by TM-SACs are fully discussed. Consequently, our work can guide the realization of TM-SACs abundant with high activity, high loading and high stability.

This paper deals with a mortality-weighted synthetic evaluation （MWSE） method for evaluating urban air risk. Sulphur dioxide （SO2）, nitrogen oxide （NOx）, and particulate matter （PMl0） were used as pollution indices. The urban area of Hangzhou, China is divided into 756 grid cells, with a resolution of 1 km× 1 km, and is evaluated using the MWSE and the air quality index （AQI）, a widely-used method to evaluate ambient air quality and air risk. In an evaluation of one day in April 2004, the surface areas categorized as levels Ⅰ and Ⅲ, as defined by the integrated air risk evaluation, were 27.3% and 3.3% lower, respectively, than grades Ⅰ and Ⅲ defined by the AQI evaluation. Meanwhile, the areas classified as level Ⅱ or above level Ⅲ by the integrated air risk evaluation were 55.1% and 101. 1% higher, respectively, than grade Ⅱ or above grade Ⅲ when using the AQI evaluation. From this comparison, we find that the MWSE method is more sensitive than the AQI method. The AQI method uses a single index to assess integrated air quality and is therefore unable to evaluate integrated air risks due to multiple pollutants. The MWSE method overcomes this problem, providing improved accuracy in air risk assessment.

MXene,an emerging two-dimensional(2D)layered material,has received worldwide attention in various energy storage systems because of its excellent ***,the low capacity of pristine MXene restricts its application in energy storage devices especially for the lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).To address the above issue,herein,a stable and highly conductive double transition metal MXene(Ti_(2)NbC_(2)T_(x)) is successfully fabricated,which provides enlarged interlayer spacing and excellent conductivity for fast ion diffusion and charge *** the Ti_(2)NbC_(2)T_(x)s anode for LIBs,a superior specific capacity of 196.2 mAh·g-1and an excellent long-term cycling stability of~100%after 400cycles under 0.1 A·g^(-1) are achieved for *** particular,Ti_(2)NbC_(2)T_(x) delivers an impressive capacity retention of 81%over 4000 cycle under 1 A·g^(-1),outperforming the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) and various previously reported MXene-based *** results offer an attractive strategy for the future application of MXene-based materials.

New formulae for point addition and point doubling on elliptic curves over prime fields are *** on these formulae, an improved Montgomery algorithm is proposed. The theoretical analysis indicates that it is about 13.4% faster than Brier and Joye’s Montgomery algorithm. Experiments on the elliptic curve over a 256-bit prime field recommended by the National Institute of Standards and Technology and over a 256-bit prime field in Chinese elliptic curve standard SM2 support the theoretical analysis.
