The high-temperature oxidation resistance behavior of 7% （mass fraction） Y203-ZrO2 thermal barrier coatings （TBCs） irradiated by high-intensity pulsed ion beam （HiPiB） was investigated under the cyclic oxidation condition of 1 050 ℃ and 1 h. The columnar grains in the TBCs disappear after the HiPiB irradiation at ion current densities of 100-200 A/cm^2 and the irradiated surface becomes smooth and densified after remelting and ablation due to the HiPiB irradiation. The thermally grown oxide （TGO） layer thickness of the irradiated TBCs is smaller than that of the original TBCs. After 15 cycles, the mass gains of the original TBCs and those irradiated by ion current densities of 100 and 200 A/cm^2 due to the oxidation are found to be 0.8-0.9, 0.6-0.7, and 0.3-0.4 mg/cm^2, respectively. The inward diffusion of oxygen through the irradiated TBCs is significantly impeded by the densified top layer formed due to irradiation, which is the main reason for the improved overall oxidation resistance of the irradiated TBCs.

The mixed spinel ferrite system Mg0.95Mn0.05Fe2-2xTizxO4 （0 ≤x ≤ 0.7） was synthesized by the conventional solid-state reaction technique. The effect of Ti^4＋ doping was studied by using the Moessbauer spectroscopy measurements at room temperature. From the analysis of the Moessbauer spectra, it is observed that s-electron density, electric field gradient （EFG）, quadrupole coupling constant （QCC） and the net hyperfine magnetic fields acting on the Moessbauer nuclei-FeA^3＋ and FeB^3＋ change with the increase of Ti^4＋ doping in Mg0.95Mn0.05Fe2O4. The hyperfine magnetic field decreases with the increase of Ti^4＋ doping.

The effect of non-magnetic Al^3＋ ion doping on the magnetic properties of MnFe2-2x Al2xO4 （0 ≤x≤ 0.4） spinel ferrites was studied using Moessbauer spectroscopy measurements at room temperature. From the Moessbauer study, it is observed that the ：esolved hyperfine sextets are due to the distribution of Fe ions on the two sublattices of the spinel ferrites. The value of the isomer shift obtained from the fitting of the Moessbauer spectra indicates that Fe ions are in ＋3 state. A paramagnetic doublet is observed at ：iegree of inversion x=0.4, superimposed on the hyperfine sextets, indicating that the super-exchange interaction A-B decreases due to ：he dilution of sublattice by Al^3＋ ions. The hyperfine magnetic field decreases at both interstitial sites of tetrahedral （A） and 3ctahedral （B） with the increase in Al concentration.

The dominant annual cycle of sea surface temperature(SST)in the tropical Pacific exhibits an antisymmetric mode,which explains 83.4%total variance,and serves as a background of El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO).However,there is no consensus yet on its anomalous impacts on the phase and amplitude of *** on data during 1982-2022,results show that anomalies of the antisymmetric mode can affect the evolution of ENSO on the interannual scale via Bjerknes feedback,in which the positive(negative)phase of the antisymmetric mode can strengthen El Niño(La Niña)in boreal winter via an earlier(delayed)seasonal cycle transition and larger(smaller)annual *** magnitude of the SST anomalies in the equatorial eastern Pacific can reach more than±0.3◦C,regulated by the changes in the antisymmetric mode based on random sensitivity *** reveal the spatial pattern of the annual cycle associated with the seasonal phase-locking of ENSO evolution and provide new insight into the impact of the annual cycle of background SST on ENSO,which possibly carries important implications for forecasting ENSO.

Rare earth-doped inorganic compounds contribute mostly to the family of persistent luminescent materials due to the versatile energy levels of rare earth *** of the key research aims is to match the trap level stemming from the doped rare earth ion or intrinsic defects to the electronic structure of the host,and therefore thermoluminescence measurement becomes a radical technology in studying trap depth,which is one of the significant parameters that determine the properties of persistent luminescence and photostimulated ***,the results of trap depth obtained by different thermoluminescence methods are quite different so that they are not ***,we analyzed different thermoluminescence methods,selected and improved the traditional peak position method of Tm/500 to be E=（-0.94inβ+30.09）*** the experimental heating rate（β） is needed additionally,but the accuracy is improved greatly in most *** convenient and accurate method will accelerate the discovery of novel rare earth-doped materials.

in this review,the advantages and advances in applying high-throughput sequencing(HTS)in the management of viral diseases in citrus,along with some challenges,are discussed to provide perspectives on future *** the initial implementation of HTS in citrus virology,a substantial number of citrus viruses have been identified,with a notable increase in the last 7 *** acquisition of viral genomes and various HTS-based omics analyses serve as crucial pillars for advancing research in the etiology,epidemiology,pathology,evolution,ecology,and biotechnology of citrus *** has notably contributed to disease diagnosis,such as the diagnoses of concave gum and impietratura,as well as to the surveillance of new virus risks and the preparation of virus-free ***,certain inherent defects in HTS and coupled bioinformatics analysis,such as challenges with sequence assembly and the detection of viral dark matter,require improvement to enhance practical *** addition,the utilization of HTS for the systematic management of citrus viral diseases remains limited,and drawing insights from other virus-plant pathosystems while integrating emerging compatible techniques and ideas may broaden its specific applications.

Theoretical and experimental study on high-entropy flotation of micro-fine cassiterite

Tin is a critical metal for various industries,making its recovery from low-grade cassiterite ores *** study aimed to optimize the flotation recovery of cassiterite using multi-component collector *** collectors were initially selected through micro-flotation tests,leading to the identification of optimal proportions for a four-component collector system(SHA-OHA-SPA-DBiA in a 4:3:2:1 ratio).Molecular dynamics simulations and surface tension tests were used to investigate the micellar behavior of these collectors in aqueous *** adsorption characteristics were quantified using microcalorimetry,enabling the determination of collection entropy and changes in Gibbs free *** four-component collector system showed the highest entropy change and the most favorable Gibbs free energy,leading to a cassiterite recovery of above 90%at a concentration of 8.0×10^(5)mol/*** analytical techniques were employed to systematically characterize the adsorption *** findings revealed a positive correlation between the adsorption products formed by the multicomponent collectors on the cassiterite surface and the entropy ***-scale testing of the high-entropy collector system produced a tin concentrate with an Sn grade of 6.17%and an Sn recovery of 82.43%,demonstrating its substantial potential for practical applications in cassiterite flotation.
