This paper proposes a procurement and production outsourcing model subject to a dynamic prices environment. Using the optimal control theory we obtain the necessary conditions of the optimal procurement and production policy. From the study of optimal control conditions, we derive qualitative properties of the optimal procurement and production decisions for a few exemplifying cases. Through these results we are able to provide some managerial implications for managers to make real decisions.

伍湖分场断面是鄱阳湖南昌湖区五大国控断面之一。针对2020年以来鄱阳湖流域总磷(TP)枯水期浓度偏高的问题，以伍湖分场断面为例，根据逐月监测和加密监测数据，分析断面水质近况。结果表明，断面TP浓度突增月份出现在12月，2021年断面枯水期TP的平均浓度相较于2020年有所增加。根据2021年11月至2022年8月的加密监测结果，显示断面的水质问题仍然是枯水期的TP浓度较高。TP的主要排放源头较为分散，主要为农业种植源(48.25%),其次是内源释放(18.05%)、生活源(17.04%)及干湿沉降(13.55%)。TP入湖量占比最大的是联圩镇，占汇水区域入湖总量的41.59%,其次则是成新农场与恒湖垦殖场，排放量总和占据近一半。TP排放占比最高的成新农场和联圩镇是治理工作的重点区域，其次是以农业种植业为主的恒湖垦殖场也需要相应的治理措施。据此提出相应水质提升(稳定)措施，以期断面水质在“十四五”期间稳定达到国控考核，为伍湖分场断面乃至鄱阳湖流域的水环境质量改善提供技术支持。

Intergenic spacer 1(IGS1) polymorphism map: A marker for the initial classification of cultivated Lentinula edodes strains in China

China is currently the world＇s leading producer of Lentinula edodes and owns many cultivated strains of this species. This study was performed in order to investigate intergenic spacer I （IGS1） polymorphism and classification among 49 popular cultivated strains. The great majority of the 49 strains possessed two different IGS1 sequences, with distinct lengths and homologies. Based on the length and homology of the IGS1 sequences of the 49 strains, the strains were classified into two groups： A and B. Group A was subdivided into six subgroups. Forty-seven strains were homozygous or heterozygous among these six subgroups in group A, Cr01 was heterozygous between A and B, and Guangxiang 9 was homozygous in group B. An IGS1 polymorphism map of each cultivated L. edodes strain is reported for the first time and could be used as a marker for the initial classification and management of cultivated L. edodes strains in China.

膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是一种常见的关节退行性疾病,其发生和发展对膝关节周围的肌群影响严重,肌肉功能受到影响后将进一步加剧疾病的进展,形成关节退化、肌肉无力甚至肌肉萎缩的恶性循环。磁共振成像(MRI)对关节周围的肌肉、脂肪等软组织较敏感,大量研究证明MRI在评估膝关节周围肌肉萎缩方面优于常规X线、CT等。本文将综述近几年来MRI检测膝关节周围肌肉萎缩在KOA中的临床研究,比较不同MRI检测技术检测肌肉萎缩的优缺点,并探讨肌肉萎缩对KOA进展的影响。

BACKGROUND： Under induction of retinoic acid （RA）, bone marrow stromal cells （BMSCs） can differentiate into nerve cells or neuron-like cells, which do not survive for a long time, so those are restricted to an application. Other neurotrophic factors can also differentiate into neuronal cells through inducing BMSCs; especially, brain-derived neurotrophic factor （BDNF） can delay natural death of neurons and play a key role in survival and growth of neurons. The combination of them is beneficial for differentiation of BMSCs. OBJECTIVE： To investigate the effects of BDNF combining with RA on inducing differentiation of BMSCs to nerve cells of adult rats and compare the results between common medium group and single BDNF group. DESIGN： Randomized controlled animal study SETTING： Department of Neurology, Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical College MATERIALS： The experiment was carried out in the Clinical Neurological Laboratory of Xuzhou Medical College from September 2003 to April 2005. A total of 24 SD rats, of either gender, 2 months old, weighing 130-150 g, were provided by Experimental Animal Center of Xuzhou Medical College [certification： SYXK （su） 2002-0038]. Materials and reagents： low-glucose DMEM medium, bovine serum, BDNF, RA, trypsin, separating medium of lymphocyte, monoclonal antibody of mouse-anti-nestin, neuro-specific enolase, glial fibrillary acidic protein （GFAP） antibody, SABC kit, and diaminobenzidine （DAB） color agent. All these mentioned above were mainly provided by SIGMA Company, GIBCO Company and Boshide Company. METHODS： Bone marrow of SD rats was selected for density gradient centrifugation. BMSCs were undertaken primary culture and subculture; and then, those cells were induced respectively in various mediums in total of 3 groups, including control group （primary culture）, BDNF group （20 μg/L BDNF） and BDNF＋RA group （20 μg/L BDNF plus 20 μg/L RA）. Villain-Lai-Das Sarma(VLDS)方程因其能够有效描述分子束外延生长过程而在表面生长动力学等领域中备受关注.然而,长程关联噪声驱动下的VLDS方程的标度结果尚不明确,不同解析近似方法所得的标度结果仍不自洽.在数值模拟方面,由于非线性项的存在,VLDS方程一直存在数值发散的问题.当前主要引入指数衰减技术替换非线性项以缓解数值发散的问题,但是最近研究表明,这种方法会导致所获得的标度指数发生歧变.因此本文基于深度神经网络来表征VLDS方程中的各个确定项,并基于数值稳定型神经网络分别对含长程时间和空间关联噪声的VLDS系统进行有效的数值模拟.结果表明,我们所构建的深度神经网络具有良好的数值计算稳定性和泛化性,可以获得不同关联噪声驱动下的VLDS方程的可靠标度指数.同时,本文还发现长程时间关联噪声驱动的VLDS系统在时间关联指数较大时呈现谷堆状的表面形貌,而空间关联噪声驱动下的表面形貌则仍然呈现自仿射分形结构.

Hydrogel dressings on neurotrophic keratitis in an experimental animal model

AIM:To investigate the therapeutic effects of hydrogel dressings on neurotrophic keratitis in ***:Male Wistar rats,aged 42–56d,were randomly divided into control,experimental,and treatment groups,each consisting of five *** experimental and treatment groups underwent neurotrophic keratitis modeling in both *** successful modeling,biomedical hydrogels formed with polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinyl pyrrolidone were used in treatment group for *** irritation response and keratitis index scores,Schirmer’s test,tear film break-up time(BUT),sodium fluorescein staining,and hematoxylin and eosin(HE)staining were used to evaluate the effectiveness of the ***:The neurotrophic keratitis model was successfully established in rats with severe ophthalmic nerve injury,characterized by keratitis,ocular irritation,reduced tear secretion measured by decreased BUT and Schirmer test values,corneal epithelial loss,and disorganized collagen fibers in the stromal *** treatment with hydrogel dressings,significant improvements were observed in keratitis scores and ocular irritation symptoms in model *** the recovery of tear secretion,as measured by the Schirmer’s test,did not show statistical differences,BUT was significantly *** staining confirmed a reduction in the extent of corneal epithelial loss after *** staining revealed the restoration of the structural disorder in both the epithelial and stromal layers to a certain ***:Hydrogel dressing reduces ocular surface irritation,improves tear film stability,and promotes the repair and restoration of damaged epithelial cells by maintaining a moist and clean environment on the ocular surface in the rat model.

Influence of the roots of mixed-planting species on the shear strength of saline loess soil

In order to improve our knowledge of the mechanical effect of the roots of mixed-plantings on soil reinforcement and slope protection,the influence of roots of a mixed-planting with four herb species(Medicago sativa L.,Elymus nutans Griseb.,Puccinellia distanx(L.),and Poa pratensis L.)and one shrub species(Caragana korshinskii Kom.)were investigated on the shear strength characteristics of saline loess *** root distribution characteristics were assessed via a survey when the plants grew for one *** effects of the root biomass density,the root mass ratio(RMR)of the fine roots to the coarse roots,the moisture content,and the salt content on the shear strength index of the rooted soil were analyzed via a triaxial compression test,and the mechanism of these effects was *** results indicate that the biomass density decreased linearly with increasing *** RMR initially decreased with depth and then increased,exhibiting in a quadratic *** cohesion of the rooted soil increased linearly as the biomass density *** cohesion of the rooted soil initially increased with increasing RMR and salt content,and then it *** turning point of the cohesion occurred when the RMR was 0.6 and the salt content was 1.18%.The internal friction angle of the rooted soil initially increased with biomass density and then decreased,and the turning point of the internal friction angle occurred when the biomass density was 0.015 g/*** relationships between the internal friction angle of the rooted soil and the RMR and salt content were exponential incremental and linear subtractive relationship,*** the cohesion and the internal friction angle of the rooted soil linearly decreased with increasing moisture content.
