Objective:This study explores the interplay between job stress,job-related factors,work performance,and attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help among Vietnamese ***:A total of 374 employees in Vietnam were surveyed using random sampling and an online questionnaire from November 07 to November 28,*** data and self-reported from three scales:The New Job Stress Scale(NJSS),Work Performance(WP),and Attitudes Toward Seeking Professional Psychological Help(ATSPPH_SF)were ***:Significant variations were found across several variables,including forms of work,operating hours,education levels,monthly income,numbers of daily working hours,and the presence of a psychological counseling department within the *** analysis has highlighted direct relationships between key latent *** who were more open to seeking professional help tended to report higher levels of job *** negative relationship was found between job stress and attitudes toward seeking professional ***,work effort was positively associated with work *** analyses revealed the influence of co-worker support on role expectation conflict and work effort,role expectation conflict and work-life balance,as well as interactions between role expectation conflict and attitudes needed toward seeking professional *** analyses showed that work effort mediated relationships between openness to seeking professional help,co-worker support,work-life balance,role expectation conflict,and work *** toward seeking professional help also mediated relationships between work-life balance,job stress,and work ***:The study highlights the complex dynamics surrounding job stress,job-related factors,work performance,and attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help among Vietnamese *** highlights the importance of addressing help-seeking barriers,promoting work engagement

Religion is one of the social entities that has had a significant impact on the *** study’s goals are to investigate the relationship between well-being and fear of COVID-19,as well as to test whether religious beliefs mediate the effect of wellbeing on fear of *** sample comprised of 433 participants in *** Sample t-Test,One-way ANOVA,mediation analysis were used to analyze the *** the levels of well-being,individuals who engage in religious services daily have higher levels than those hardly and never attend,and people from the age of 18 to 30 have higher levels than individuals from 31 to above 60 *** addition,people aged from 51 to above 60 have higher levels of religious beliefs than people aged from 18 to *** experience more fear of COVID-19 compared to *** latter illustrates that religious beliefs mediate the effect of well-being on fear of *** workers and clinicians must prioritize older adults and people with chronic diseases for early mental interventions,and they should be aware of the role of religion in psychological treatment integration.

Intermediary RRT*-PSO:A Multi-Directional Hybrid Fast Convergence Sampling-Based Path Planning Algorithm

Path planning is a prevalent process that helps mobile robots find the most efficient pathway from the starting position to the goal position to avoid collisions with *** this paper,we propose a novel path planning algorithm-Intermediary RRT*-PSO-by utilizing the exploring speed advantages of Rapidly exploring Random Trees and using its solution to feed to a metaheuristic-based optimizer,Particle swarm optimization(PSO),for fine-tuning and *** Phase 1,the start and goal trees are initialized at the starting and goal positions,respectively,and the intermediary tree is initialized at a random unexplored region of the search *** trees were grown until one met the other and then merged and re-initialized in other unexplored *** the start and goal trees merge,the first solution is found and passed through a minimization process to reduce unnecessary *** 2 begins by feeding the minimized solution from Phase 1 as the global best particle of PSO to optimize the *** simulating two special benchmark configurations and six practice configurations with special cases,the results of the study concluded that the proposed method is capable of handling small to large,simple to complex continuous environments,whereas it was very tedious for the previous method to achieve.

Determination of the Pore Water Velocity Using a Salt Tracer Combined with Self-Potential Measurements

The tracer technique is recommended as an effective tool in surveying abnormal seepage through lakes and dams. By injecting a tracer into a known upstream location and monitoring the appearance of the tracer in the downstream leak point, it is possible to determine the direction and the average water velocity of the preferential flow through the dam. The detailed result achieved depends on the number of samples and the sampling locations to analyze tracer concentration over time in the field. This study proposes to use noninvasive self-potential measurements to determine the location and time the salt tracer moves through the seepage zone. The connection between the potential signal according to the propagation of the NaCl salt tracer and the water velocity was demonstrated through an experiment on a sandbox model. Experimental results express a good agreement between the time to reach the maximum value of the potential variation and the salt concentration variation with the time that water comes to monitoring locations. The result indicates an ability to determine the pore water velocity of the seepage zone based on the recording of potential signals produced by a salt tracer movement. The salt tracer test using NaCl combined with self-potential measurements was then applied to survey a leaking earth dam in the Dong Nai river basin (Vietnam).

Applied Biofloc Technology for Target Species in the Mekong Delta in Vietnam： A Review

BFT （Biofloc Technology） has been currently applied in Cantho University to a number of targeted species from fresh-to marine and saline water species in the Mekong Delta, e.g. striped catfish （Pangasianodon hypophthalmus）, white leg shrimp （Litopenaeus vannamei）, tiger shrimp （Penaeus monodon） and Artemia Vinhchau strain （Artemia franciscana） for both in the lab-scales or production scales. The best growth and survival rate of striped catfish was obtained in 6%o. For white leg shrimp, the results indicated：（1） C （Carbon） source e.g. rice-flour or molasses supplementary based on the feed provided to promote survival, growth and shrimp biomass harvested; （2） it was fed less than 20% as usual but showed similar to those in the control; （3） combination of rice-flour and molasses at a ratio of 70：30 by weight of C and N （Nitrogen） in a ration of 15：1 enhanced shrimp survival and growth; （4） in intensive culture, shrimp could be against the infection of disease and end up with higher survival, growth in earthen ponds. For tiger shrimp, a set up for larvae till post larvae at different ratios of C and N and C：N of 30 PLI5 displayed with better survival rate （49.73 ± 7.07%） and production （74,596 ± 10.608 PL/m3）. Artemiafranciscana was set up at C：N = 10：1 and salinities from 35, 60, 80 and 100 ppt. After two weeks, there were no significant difference among treatment and the control （without biofloc） in term of survival and growth. Moreover, total embryos per female was not significant different with the control and even the number of embryos as cysts tended to be higher. BFT displayed its advantages when applied on culture system of different targeted species and there is no doubt that it could help to sustain aquaculture and save environment in the Mekong Delta in near future.

目的观察正常6岁儿童黄斑厚度特征,分析其与眼轴、性别、屈光状态和种族的关系.方法随机抽取悉尼市区34所小学中平均年龄为6岁的1543名儿童.采用光相干断层扫描（OCT）测定其黄斑中心环（CM）、内环（IM）、外环（OM）厚度,对比分析不同性别、种族儿童间黄斑厚度的差异.所有儿童均采用光学生物测量仪测定眼轴长度,自动屈光仪RK-F1测量屈光状态,分析CM、IM、OM厚度与眼轴、屈光状态的关系.结果儿童CM、IM和OM厚度均呈正态分布,分别为193.6、264.3、236.7μm,各环之间差异有统计学意义（t=0.40,0.08,0.20;P值均＜0.05）.男性CM、IM、OM厚度分别为194.2、264.9、229.0 μm,女性CM、IM、OM厚度分别为189.3、262.5、231.5μm.两者比较,男性CM和IM厚度较女性厚,差异有统计学意义（t=0.15,0.11;P值均＜0.05）.白种人CM、IM、OM厚度分别为196.0、265.2、237.5μm,东亚人CM、IM、OM厚度分别为186.0、262.3、236.5μm,中东人CM、IM、OM厚度分别为193.4、263.7、233.8μm.白种人、中东人CM和IM厚度较东亚人厚,差异有统计学意义（t=0.12,0.15;P值均＜0.05）,3者间OM厚度差异无统计学意义（t=0.16,P=0.6）.IM和OM厚度随眼轴增长而明显变薄（P＜0.05）,CM、IM和OM厚度随远视度数增加而变厚（P＜0.05）.结论正常6岁儿童的黄斑厚度呈正态分布,性别、种族,眼轴和屈光度明显影响黄斑的厚度.

Enhanced Electrochemical and Physical Properties of Ag/AgCl Planar Reference Electrodesin Potentiometric Sensors by Graphite Oxide Layer

The most common reference electrode (RE) which is used in electrochemical measurements is the Ag/AgCl electrode. In this study, we present a novel solid-state Ag/AgCl planar electrode that was coated with a thin layer of Graphite Oxide (GO) as a protective layer. The Ag/AgCl planar electrode was fabricated by using the photolithography and lift-off method combined with the Ag[NH3]2Cl complex. The GO was produced by Hummer’s method and was deposited on top of the Ag/AgCl layer by drop-casting method. The layers of the fabricated reference electrode were characterized by micro Raman spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX). The responding time of the planar electrode was short and the signal was more stable in comparison to the plainAg/AgCl electrode. The Open Circuit Potential (OCP) measurement with the fabricated electrode as the RE and the platinum electrode as the working electrode in electrolyte solutions which had various pH values was performed with a linear response in pH ranges from pH 5 to pH 8 and the linear correlation coefficient (R^2 = 0.9899). Moreover, the coating of the GO layers also enhanced the durability of the modified electrode. The results showed that the modified Ag/AgCl electrode with a thin layer GO as the protective layer could be used as plana REs for the potentiometric sensors.
