The development of the Energy Internet has improved the efficiency of energy utilization and promoted sustainable development of power and energy *** multi-energy system modeling considering the dynamic process of transmission line is one of the key research points of Energy Internet operation *** the energy circuit theory,the lumped parameter model of natural gas pipelines is built and the dynamic characteristic parameters under the control instruction are *** with dynamic characteristic parameters,the long short-term memory(LSTM)neural network is designed to fit the natural gas pipeline dynamic process into discrete linear time-varying(LTV)*** with the equations,an energy hub method is used to build a control model of industrial parks with multi-energy distribution *** the rolling optimal control strategy given in this paper,the model is solved by the Matlab-Yalmip solver and rolling control instructions of each energy conversion unit are ***,the case study demonstrates that the LSTM neural network-based modeling method presented in this paper can accurately fit the dynamic process of a natural gas pipeline *** rolling control model of the multi-energy system can improve the efficiency of energy utilization,exhibit the transmission line status constraints during the optimization control process and improve reliability of the multi-energy system operation.

Cosmopolitans,statists and liberal nationalists disagree over the relevance of regulating substantive inequalities at the global *** paper aims to resolve the dispute among these three schools of thought.I show firstly that cosmopolitans,statists,and liberal nationalists all aim to motivate people to give in support of distributive justice at the global ***,cosmopolitans lack a substantive theory of how to develop sufficient motivation to give ***,the statists’account of the motivation to give is deficient because it fails to recognise the motivational force of a common national identity among ***,Miller’s account is more plausible than the statists’but fails to facilitate a dynamic process whereby people’s national identities could be extended to the global level in order to support the cosmopolitan *** needs to be supplemented by the statists’understanding of democratic process—one which incorporates the principles of Habermas’s communicative action as a mechanism for developing social solidarity among people.I endorse an account that recognises the motivational force of national identity and the possibility of extending it beyond nation state through democratic participation at the global level.

Nanomaterials with low-dimensional morphology display unique properties in catalysis and related fields,which are highly dependent on the structure and aspect ***,accurate identification of the structure and morphology is the basis to correlate to the ***,the widely adopted techniques such as XRD is incapable to precise identify the aspect ratio of low-dimensional nanomaterials,not even to quantify the morphological uniformity with statistical deviation ***,ZnO nanorod and nanosheet featured with one-and two-dimensional morphology were selected as model materials,which were prepared by the hydrothermal method and statistically characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results indicate that ZnO nanorods and nanosheets display rod-like and orthohexagnal morphology,which mainly encapsulated with{100}and{001}planes,*** 7.36±0.20 and 0.39±0.02 aspect ratio(c/a)of ZnO nanorods and nanosheets could be obtained through the integration of the(100)and(002)diffraction rings in selected area electron diffraction(SAED).TEM combining with the SAED is favorable compare with XRD,which not only provides more accurate aspect ratio results with standard deviation values but also requires very small amounts of *** work is supposed to provide a convenient and accurate method for the characterization of nanomaterials with low-dimensional morphology through TEM.

In renewable energy systems,energy storage systems can reduce the power fluctuation of renewable energy sources and compensate for the prediction ***,if the renewable energy prediction deviation is small,the energy storage system may work in an underutilized *** efficiently utilize a renewable-energy-sided energy storage system(RES),this study proposed an optimization dispatching strategy for an energy storage system considering its unused capacity ***,this study proposed an unused capacity-sharing strategy for the RES to fully utilize the storage’s unused capacity and elevate the storage’s service ***,RES was divided into“deviation-compensating energy storage(DES)”and“sharing energy storage(SES)”to clarify the function of RES in the operation ***,this study established an optimized dispatching model to achieve the lowest system operating cost wherein the unused capacity-sharing strategy could be ***,a case study was investigated,and the results indicated that the proposed model and algorithm effectively improved the utilization of renewable-energy-side energy storage systems,thereby reducing the total operation cost and pressure on peak shaving.

Natural language inference（NLI） is a challenge and the foundation of realization of artificial *** the availability of large-scale annotated corpus,the neural network model can be widely used in natural language *** this paper,we propose a long short-term memory（LSTM） model with Sentence Fusion architecture for NLI *** of modifying the internal structure of the LSTM recurrent neural network（RNN） model,we focused on how to make full use of the distributed expression of sentence generated by the LSTM *** improved the performance of basic LSTM recurrent neural networks on Stanford natural language inference（SNLI） corpus by adding Sentence Fusion modules which enrich the distributed expression of sentence generated by the *** results demonstrate that the LSTM with Sentence Fusion which reads premise and hypothesis to produce a final fusion representation from which a three-way classifier predicts label has a better performance than LSTM RNN encoders and Lexicalized classifier.

Sodium-ion capacitors(SICs)are extremely promising due to the combined merits of high energy-power characteristics and considerable price ***,it is still difficult to achieve high energypower outputs and cycle stability in a typical configuration of the metal-based battery-type anode and activated carbon capacitor-type cathode due to the kinetic *** this work,a carbon nanosheet(PSCS-600)with large interlayer spacing of 0.41 nm derived from the bio-waste pine cone shell was ***,the covalent triazine framework derived carbon(OPDN-CTF-A)was obtained through ionothermal synthesis strategy,exhibiting beneficial hierarchical pores(0.5-6 nm)and high heteroatoms(5.6 at%N,6.6 at%O).On this basis,the all-carbon SICs were fabricated by the integration of PSCS-600 anode and OPDN-CTF-A *** device delivered high energy density 111 Wh kg^(-1),high power output of 14,200 W kg^(-1) and ultra-stable cycling life(~90.7%capacitance retention after 10,000 cycles).This work provides new ideas in fabricating carbon-carbon architectural SICs with high energy storage for practical application.

With the rapid development of flexible and portable microelectronics,the extreme demand for miniaturized,mechanically flexible,and integrated microsystems are strongly ***,biomass-derived carbons(BDCs)are prepared by KOH activation using Qamgur precursor,exhibiting three-dimensional(3D)hierarchical porous *** from unobstructed 3D hierarchical porous structure,BDCs provide an excellent specific capacitance of 433 F g^(-1)and prominent cyclability without capacitance degradation after 50000 cycles at 50 A g^(-1).Furthermore,BDC-based planar micro-supercapacitors(MSCs)without metal collector,prepared by mask-assisted coating,exhibit outstanding areal-specific capacitance of 84 mF cm^(-2)and areal energy density of 10.6μWh cm^(-2),exceeding most of the previous carbon-based ***,the MSCs disclose extraordinary flexibility with capacitance retention of almost 100%under extreme bending *** importantly,a flexible planar integrated system composed of the MSC and temperature sensor is assembled to efficiently monitor the temperature variation,providing a feasible route for flexible MSC-based functional micro-devices.
