The fouling properties of SiO2-CaO-P2O5 system in high-temperature rotary kiln phosphoric acid process

Kiln phosphoric acid(KPA)technology could produce P2O5 with high purity and has been applied in thermal phosphoric acid industry;however the formation of fouling in the high-temperature rotary kiln restricts the stable and long-term *** this paper,the reaction of phosphate ores with gaseous P2O5 was investigated in a high-temperature reactor,and the Ca O-SiO2-P2O5 ternary phase diagram was analyzed to understand the fouling formation *** results showed that the low-melting-point products,such as Ca(PO3)2and Ca2P2O7,are responsible for the fouling in the KPA *** addition,a small amount of impurities,e.g.,aluminum and iron,could facilitate the generation of the low-melting-point products and cause serious *** on the high-temperature SiO2-P2O5 and CaO-SiO2-P2O5 phase diagram analysis,the control of Si/Ca molar ratio(e.g.,Si/Ca=2.0)was found to avoid fouling formation in the *** results could provide the operation parameters of reaction temperature and feeds composition to suppress the fouling in the kiln reactor for the phosphoric acid production in industry.

Links in most real networks often change over time. Such temporality of links encodes the ordering and causality of interactions between nodes and has a profound effect on network dynamics and *** evidence has shown that the temporal nature of links in many real-world networks is not ***, it is challenging to predict temporal link patterns while considering the entanglement between topological and temporal link patterns. Here, we propose an entropy-rate-based framework, based on combined topological–temporal regularities, for quantifying the predictability of any temporal network. We apply our framework on various model networks, demonstrating that it indeed captures the intrinsic topological–temporal regularities whereas previous methods considered only temporal aspects. We also apply our framework on 18 real networks of different types and determine their predictability. Interestingly,we find that, for most real temporal networks, despite the greater complexity of predictability brought by the increase in dimension, the combined topological–temporal predictability is higher than the temporal predictability. Our results demonstrate the necessity for incorporating both temporal and topological aspects of networks in order to improve predictions of dynamical processes.

An efficient convolution neural network(CNN) plays a crucial role in various visual tasks like object classification or detection, etc. The most common way to construct a CNN is stacking the same convolution block or complex connection. These approaches may be efficient but the parameter size and computation(Comp) have explosive growth. So we present a novel architecture called"DLA+", which could obtain the feature from the different stages, and by the newly designed convolution block, could achieve better accuracy, while also dropping the computation six times compared to the baseline. We design some experiments about classification and object detection. On the CIFAR10 and VOC data-sets, we get better precision and faster speed than other architecture. The lightweight network even allows us to deploy to some low-performance device like drone, laptop, etc.

Prostate cancer(PCa)is one of the most common malignancies in Western *** have shown that androgen contributes to the progression of PCa,but how androgen promotes PCa remains largely ***,we demonstrated that androgen suppressed the expression of miR-760 depending on the interaction between androgen and androgen receptor(AR).miR-760 was downregulated in prostate cancer tissues compared with normal *** experiments showed that miR-760 downregulation promoted the proliferation and growth of LNCaP and 22rv1 *** contrast,miR-760 ectopic expression inhibited the proliferation of LNCaP and 22 rv1 *** synthesis was suppressed by ***,miR-760 bound to the 3 fUTR of interleukin 6(IL6).A mutation in the binding site disrupted their *** addition,silencing of IL6 suppressed the proliferation of LNCaP and 22 rv1 ***6 was upregulated in PCa *** study reveals that androgen downregulates miR-760 to promote the growth of PCa cells by regulating IL6.

Understanding the characteristics of time and distance gaps between the primary(PC)and secondary crashes(SC)is crucial for preventing SC ccurrences and improving road *** previous studies have tried to analyse the variation of gaps,there is limited evidence in quantifying the relationships between different gaps and various influential *** study proposed a two-layer stacking framework to discuss the time and distance ***,the framework took random forests(RF),gradient boosting decision tree(GBDT)and eXtreme gradient boosting as the base classifiers in the first layer and applied logistic regression(LR)as a combiner in the second *** this basis,the local interpretable model-agnostic explanations(LIME)technology was used to interpret the output of the stacking model from both local and global *** SC dentification and feature selection,346 SCs and 22 crash-related factors were collected from California interstate *** results showed that the stacking model outperformed base models evaluated by accuracy,precision,and recall *** explanations based on LIME suggest that collision type,distance,speed and volume are the critical features that affect the time and distance *** volume can prolong queue length and increase the distance gap from the SCs to *** collision types,peak periods,workday,truck involved and tow away likely induce a long-distance ***,there is a shorter distance gap when secondary roads run in the same direction and are close to the primary *** speed is a significant factor resulting in a long-time gap,while the higher speed is correlated with a short-time *** results are expected to provide insights into how contributory features affect the time and distance gaps and help decision-makers develop accurate decisions to prevent SCs.

Influence mechanism of machining angles on force induced error and their selection in five axis bullnose end milling

In the machining of complicated surfaces,the cutters with large length/diameter ratios are used widely and the deformation of the machining system is one of the principal error *** the process planning stage,the cutting direction angle,the cutter lead and tilt angles are usually optimized to minimize the force induced *** may lead to a low machining efficiency for bullnose end mills,as the material removal rates are different largely for different machining *** this paper,the influence mechanism of the machining angles on the force induced error is studied based on the models of the instantaneous cutting force when the cutter flute traveling through the cutting contact point and the stiffness of the machining *** order to evaluate the machining angles,the force induced error/efficiency indicator(FEI)is defined as the division of the force induced error and the equal volume sphere of the removed *** is dimensionless,with the lower FEI,the lower force induced error and the higher machining *** optimal selection of the machining angles,the critical FEI is calculated with the constraint of force induced error and the desired material removal rate,and the critical FEI separate the set of the machining angles into two *** the feed rate scheduling process,the machining angles in the optimal subset would have higher machining accuracy and efficiency,while the machining angles in the other subset have lower machining accuracy and *** the machining experiment of five axis machining and freeform surface machining,the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed FEI method is verified with a bullnose end mill,which can improve the machining efficiency with the constraint of force induced error.
