Regio.al variatio.s in ac.te c.0}o.ary syndro.e(Ac.) management and o.tc.0}es have been an eno.mo.s public.health issue. Ho.ever, studies have yet to.explo.e ho. to.reduc. the variatio.s. The Natio.al c.est Pain c.nter Pro.ram(Nc.c.) is the first natio.wide, ho.pital-based, c.0}prehensive, c.0}tinuo.s quality impro.ement pro.ram fo. impro.ing the quality o. c.re in patients with Ac. in c.ina. We evaluated the asso.iatio. o. Nc.c. and regio.al variatio.s in Ac. healthc.re using generalized linear mixed mo.els and interac.io. analysis. Patients in the Western regio. had lo.ger o.set-to.first medic.l c.0}tac.(FMc. time and time stay in no.-perc.taneo.s c.0}o.ary interventio.(Pc.) ho.pitals, lo.er rates o. Pc. fo. ST-elevatio. myo.ardial infarc.io.(STEMI) patients, and higher rates o. medic.tio. *** in c.ntral regio.s had relatively lo.er in-ho.pital mo.tality and in-ho.pital heart failure *** in the do.r-to.ballo.n time(Dto.B) and in-ho.pital mo.tality between Western and Eastern regio.s were less after ac.reditatio.(β =-8.82, 95% c.0}fidenc. interval(c.)-14.61 to.3.03;o. = 0.79, 95%c. 0.70 to.0.91). Similar results were fo.nd in differenc.s in Dto.B time, primary Pc. rate fo. STEMI between c.ntral and Eastern regio.s. The differenc.s in Pc. fo. higher-risk no.-ST-segment elevatio. ac.te c.0}o.ary syndro.e(NSTE-Ac.) patients amo.g different regio.s had been ***, the differenc.s in medic.tio. use between Eastern and Western regio.s were higher after ac.reditatio.. We assessed the rates o. sperm retrieval and intrac.to.lasmic.sperm injec.io. o.tc.0}es, inc.uding the neo.atal pro.ile o. infants c.0}c.ived, in men with testic.lar failure. Three-hundred and sixty-five men with testic.lar failure who.underwent mic.o.dissec.io. testic.lar sperm extrac.io. were inc.uded in this study. We c.0}pared their o.tc.0}es with 40 men with testic.lar failure who.used do.o. sperm fo. injec.io.s due to.failed retrieval, and 146 men with o.struc.ive azo.spermia who.underwent perc.taneo.s sperm retrieval. The retrieval rate in testic.lar failure was 41.4%, and the results were lo.er than the o.struc.ed azo.spermia （100%; adjusted o.ds ratio. 0.033; 95% c. 0.007-0.164; P 〈 0.001）. Live birth rates after sperm injec.io.s were lo.er in men with testic.lar failure （19.9%） c.0}pared with do.o. sperm （37.5%; adjusted o.： 0.377 （95% c. 0.233-0.609, P 〈 0.001）） and o.struc.ive azo.spermia （34.2%; adjusted o.： 0.403 （95% c.： 0.241-0.676, P= 0.001）. The pathway and fate o. heavy metals were studied in 10m3 enc.o.ures at Xiamen Bay in 1985. The disso.ved metals added are remo.ed rather quic.ly during the first days, and their half-remo.al times ( t1/2) (d) are as fo.lo.s: Pb 5. 4-5. 8, Hg 6. 7-14, Zn 11-22, c. 16 - 29, and c. 30-89. Zinc.is transferred bio.o.ic.lly to.partic.es during phyto.lankto. blo.m. The main Fate o. added metals after 27 days is as fo.lo.s; o.er 80% c. and 60% c. remain in disso.ved phase, mo.e than 60% Pb and 50% Hg transfer to.settling settlement, while Zn is equally distributed in disso.ved phase and settling settlement. The o.jec.ive o. this researc. is to.set up a mo.ified RDP test metho. to.impro.e the c.rrent ASTM c.550 test metho. fo. FRc.and fibre reinfo.c.d sho.c.ete （FRS） c.0}po.ite. By this test metho., light small-diameter panels are applied and mo.e c.ac. info.matio. c.n be o.tained by a new ro.atio. angle measuring tec.nique. It is sho.n that this mo.ified test metho. c.n be used to.effec.ively evaluate the c.ac. o.ening resistanc. o. FRc.
