To explore the kinetic adsorption under continuous and nonequilibrium states, an integration of continuous measurement and adsorption platform kinetics method was proposed, which was initially called the ICM-AP kinetics method, and a corresponding kinetic adsorption experimental method was developed. Adsorption experiments of europium(Eu) on Ca-bentonite,Na-bentonite, and the D231 cation exchange resin were performed using the ICM-AP kinetics method and continuous measurements. Because the kinetic experimental results observed in this study were different from those of traditional batch adsorption data, pseudo-first-order or pseudo-second-order kinetic models were unsuitable for fitting the experimental ***, a liquid membrane diffusion(LMD) model was developed based on the assumption of simultaneous adsorption/desorption to discuss the mechanism of kinetic adsorption. The kinetic adsorption mechanism was also studied by using *** results indicated that the proposed adsorption model can fit the experimental data more suitably, and the adsorption/desorption behaviors of Eu on bentonite and the D231 resin were simultaneously observed, suggesting that the adsorption kinetics of Eu(Ⅲ) was mainly dominated by hydrated Eu(Ⅲ) ions on the liquid membrane.

Bioaugmented sand filtration has attracted considerable attention because it can effectively remove contaminants in drinking water without additional chemical reagent *** this study,a synthesized chemical manganese dioxide (MnO_(2)) -coated quartz sand(MnQS) and biogenic manganese oxide (BioMnOx) composite system was proposed to simultaneously remove typical pharmaceutical contaminants and Mn_(2)+.We demonstrated a manganese-oxidizing bacterium,Pseudomonas ***-1,could oxidize Mn_(2)+to generate BioMnOxusing humic acids (HA) as sole carbon *** coaction of MnQS,QJX-1,and the generated BioMnOxin simultaneously removing caffeine and Mn_(2)+in the presence of HA was *** found a synergistic effect between *** and BioMnOxtogether significantly increased the caffeine removal efficiency from 32.8%(MnQS alone) and 21.5%(BioMnOxalone) to 61.2%.Meanwhile,Mn_(2)+leaked from MnQS was rapidly oxidized by QJX-1 to regenerate reactive BioMnOx,which was beneficial for continuous contaminant removal and system *** degradation intermediates of caffeine oxidized by MnQS and BioMnOxwere detected by LC-QTOF-MS analysis,which implied that caffeine was oxidized by a different ***,this work promotes the potential application of bioaugmented sand filtration in pharmaceutical removal in the presence of natural organic matter in drinking water.

Reconfiguration can increase the output power for a PV array under partial ***,traditional reconfiguration methods consider the PV module as either totally shaded or totally unshaded,and module-based simulation is employed to evaluate the reconfiguration ***,there is an unneglectable error when treating a partially shaded PV module as totally shaded,through using a more accurate cellbased *** on the analysis of the determinant factors on MPPs’power of a PV array,a new reconfiguration method is proposed based on the exact partial shadow shape projected on the PV *** method restructures the electrical connection among PV modules of a PV array according to the shaded cells’number(SCN)of every PV *** cell-based simulations are carried out on a PV array to verify the effectiveness of the proposed SCN-based reconfiguration *** comparisons among various reconfiguration methods and shadow distributions clearly show its suitability to different irregular shadows and its superiority in PV output power enhancement.

In the design optimization of variable stiffness composites,manufacturing constraints imposed by the automated fiber placement technology must be *** the present paper,two filters are proposed to address this issue,and they are incorporated into the Shepard interpolation-based design optimization framework developed in our previous *** fiber angle arrangement of a composite is represented by a continuous function that interpolates fiber angles at scattered design *** filters are appointed for each design point to deal with two typical manufacturing constraints,i.e.,fiber curvature and gap/*** each design point,the sensitivity is first filtered in a rectangular region around this point,and by this means the fiber curvature is controlled;then in another rectangular region around this design point,the filtered sensitivities are averaged,and the result is used to update the corresponding design *** numerical examples are investigated,and the results show that the proposed method is effective.

Seeing through dense occlusions and reconstructing scene images is an important but challenging *** framebased image de-occlusion methods may lead to fatal errors when facing extremely dense occlusions due to the lack of valid information available from the limited input occluded *** cameras are bio-inspired vision sensors that record the brightness changes at each pixel asynchronously with high temporal ***,synthesizing images solely from event streams is ill-posed since only the brightness changes are recorded in the event stream,and the initial brightness is *** this paper,we propose an event-enhanced multi-modal fusion hybrid network for image de-occlusion,which uses event streams to provide complete scene information and frames to provide color and texture *** event stream encoder based on the spiking neural network(SNN)is proposed to encode and denoise the event stream efficiently.A comparison loss is proposed to generate clearer *** results on a largescale event-based and frame-based image de-occlusion dataset demonstrate that our proposed method achieves state-of-the-art performance.

A general solution for 3D Stokes flow is given which is different from, and more compact than the exist ing ones and more compact than them in that it involves only two scalar harmonic functions. The general solution deduced is combined with the potential theory method to study the Stokes flow induced by a rigid plate of arbitrary shape trans lating along the direction normal to it in an unbounded fluid. The boundary integral equation governing this problem is derived. When the plate is elliptic, exact analytical results are obtained not only for the drag force but also for the ve locity distributions. These results include and complete the ones available for a circular plate. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the main results for circular and ellip tic plates. In particular, the elliptic eccentricity of a plate is shown to exhibit significant influences.

目的探究超声引导罗哌卡因股神经阻滞对髌骨骨折切开复位内固定术患者手术应激、神经递质和肌力的影响。方法将2020年1月至2023年12月于浙江省金华市人民医院行髌骨骨折切开复位内固定术的90例患者纳入研究。根据患者接受的麻醉方式分组,接受常规全身麻醉的患者纳入常规组(42例),接受超声引导罗哌卡因股神经阻滞联合全身麻醉的患者纳入研究组(48例)。对比2组患者的麻醉起效时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间;术后6 h、12 h、24 h不同状态下(静息、运动)的疼痛反应[视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分],手术应激反应[肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺(NE)、皮质醇(Cor)],神经递质[β-内啡肽(β-EP)、孤啡肽(OFQ)、P物质(SP)],术后肌力[股四头肌徒手肌力分级(MMT)],麻醉不良反应发生率(术中呼吸抑制、苏醒期躁动、头晕呕吐)。结果研究组患者麻醉起效时间(5.5±1.3)min、苏醒时间(9.3±1.8)min、拔管时间(11.6±1.7)min均短于常规组(8.6±1.2)min、(12.2±1.6)min、(14.6±2.0)min(t=11.942、7.865、7.465,P均<0.05);研究组患者术后6 h、12 h、24 h静息状态和运动状态下的VAS评分[静息状态:(2.0±0.4)分、(3.7±0.8)分、(2.3±0.3)分,运动状态:(2.2±0.7)分、(4.3±1.0)分、(2.9±0.4)分]均低于常规组[静息状态:(3.1±0.4)分、(4.6±1.1)分、(3.5±0.5)分,运动状态:(4.2±0.9)分、(5.0±1.1)分、(3.8±0.6)分](P均<0.05);研究组患者术后E(61±6)ng/ml、NE(65±8)ng/ml、Cor(302±22)pg/ml水平均低于常规组(66±7)ng/ml、(70±7)ng/ml、(314±23)pg/ml(t=3.333、3.686、2.479,P均<0.05);研究组患者术后β-EP(17.4±2.8)ng/L、OFQ(32.4±2.2)ng/L、SP(11.0±2.7)ng/L均低于常规组的(22.5±2.7)ng/L、(38.7±2.2)ng/L、(13.6±2.5)ng/L(t=8.877、13.691、4.896,P均<0.05);研究组患者术后肌力分级低于常规组(Z=2.160,P<0.05);研究组麻醉不良反应发生率(4%)低于常规组(19%)(χ^(2)=5.022,P<0.05)。结论超声引导罗哌卡因股神经阻滞可有效缩短髌骨骨折切开复位内固定术患者的麻醉起效时间,降低术后疼痛、神经递质的影响,减缓手术应激反应,且术后麻醉不良反应发生率较低。

比较分析头花蓼茎、花及叶黄酮类成分治疗淋球菌感染作用机制的异同。本研究首先采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱法(UPLC-Q-Orbitrap-HRMS)鉴定头花蓼茎、花及叶黄酮类化合物的种类和含量。然后,通过网络药理学比较头花蓼不同入药部位峰面积比值大于0.1%的黄酮类成分治疗淋球菌感染靶点的差异。最后,利用AutoDock Vina软件对核心活性成分与关键靶点进行分子对接验证。经UPLC-Q-Orbitrap-HRMS结果证实,头花蓼花中黄酮类化合物分布的数量>叶>茎;头花蓼叶中黄酮类化合物分布的含量>花>茎,其中槲皮苷相对含量最高。网络药理学研究结果表明,头花蓼不同入药部位黄酮类成分治疗淋球菌感染的共有核心靶点为TNFα、PTGS2、MMP-9、MMP-2和EGFR。经分子对接验证,头花蓼茎、花及叶中相对含量最高的化合物槲皮苷与PTGS2对接的结合能均低于-10 kcal/mol。上述研究结果揭示头花蓼不同入药部位黄酮类成分种类和含量的差异以及头花蓼不同入药部位黄酮类成分通过多途径和多靶点治疗淋球菌感染,为头花蓼不同入药部位临床应用提供参考依据。

A robust adaptive repetitive learning control method is proposed for a class of time-varying nonlinear systems. Nussbaum-gain method is incorporated into the control design to counteract the lack of a priori knowledge of the control direction which determines the motion direction of the system under any input. It is shown that the system state could converge to the desired trajectory asymptotically along the iteration axis through repetitive learning. simulation is carried out to show the validity of the proposed control method.

随着全球可持续能源需求的持续增加,储能电池的安全性愈发重要。准确预测电池温度可以防止电池过热,避免因温度过高导致的电池故障、起火或爆炸,从而提高设备的安全性。为此,本研究提出一种基于集合经验模态分解(ensemble empirical mode decomposition,EEMD)的门控循环单元(gated recurrent unit, GRU)和基础神经网络(neural network, NN)联合预测方法。首先,利用EEMD将锂电池温升数据分解为周期分量和趋势分量,并将其作为监督学习的离线训练目标值;然后,结合电池温度特性选取合适的特征参数作为模型的输入特征,针对分解得到的不同分量,分别构建基于GRU和NN的实时在线预测模型;最后,将两种模型的输出叠加作为最终预测结果,并通过与常见神经网络模型的比较,证明了所提出方法的准确性。实验结果表明,在常温下,本研究提出的方法在各个评价指标上均优于常见模型,预测结果的均方根误差为0.10℃,平均绝对误差为0.075℃,最大误差为0.34℃。此外,在极端环境下,模型的预测能力有所下降,但其误差仍在合理范围内,证明了该模型在极端条件下仍具有较好的适应能力。
