In this work, TeO_(0.7)thin films were prepared by the reactive magnetron-controlling sputtering method. Complex gray-scale patterns were successfully fabricated on TeO_(0.7)thin films through the laser direct writing *** structural origin of TeO_(0.7)thin film was investigated for gray-scale pattern formation. It is found that multiple gray-scale levels are dependent on the "virtual" bandgap energy of TeO_(0.7)thin films. The bandgap energy changes lead to refractive index and reflectivity difference. Thus, gray-scale tones can be formed. By accurately controlling laser energy, various "virtual" bandgaps can be generated in TeO_(0.7)thin films, and colorful gray-scale levels can be formed. Experimental results indicate that TeO_(0.7)thin film can be used as micro/nano image writing material.

农地流转制度差异的实践逻辑与创新路径

区域差异是我国农地流转制度实践的重要特征，深入探析农地流转制度实践的区域差异，对于推动农地流转制度创新具有重要意义。基于“功能属性-治理结构”的分析框架，比较苏南Z县和湖北S县的农地流转制度实践，分析发现，乡村工业化水平和基层治理能力的差异导致了两地农地流转制度实践的差异。在苏南Z县，高度发达的乡村工业化加速了农业劳动力的非农转移，强化了农地流转制度提升农地资源配置效率的经济功能；良好的经济条件也为基层政府和村集体提供了充足的治理资源，形成了政社共治的农地流转治理格局。在湖北S县，非农产业难以提供充足的就业机会，农地流转制度仍需具有福利供给的保障功能；薄弱的经济基础也导致基层政府和村集体治理资源匮乏，农地流转在社区内自发进行，形成关系治理的农地流转治理格局。因此，东部发达地区的农地流转制度创新应通过规范市场降低农地流转风险，中西部地区的农地流转制度创新应在坚持村社本位的基础上充分发挥村集体的统筹作用。

Anion exchange membrane water electrolyzers(AEMWEs)are emerging as a promising technology due to the high performance and low ***,the development of highly active and stable non-precious metal-based catalysts for the anodic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)remains a great *** this study,we present a top-down construction strategy for anode design,resulting in a hierarchical NiFe layered double hydroxide(LDH)/N-doped Co/nickel foam(NF)electrode synthesized via a hydrothermal-gas phase nitridation–electrodeposition *** electrode features NiFe LDH nanoplates grown on N-doped Co nanowires supported by nickel foam *** NiFe LDH/N-doped Co/NF electrode demonstrates exceptional performance,achieving a current density of 100 mA·cm^(-2) at a low overpotential of 262 mV with minimal attenuation of just 7 mV NiFe LDH/N-doped Co/NF RuO_(2)/NF NiFe LDH/N-doped Co/NF after 100 h of *** assembled into an AEMWE,the system requires only 1.63 V to achieve a current density of 1 A·cm^(-2),surpassing the performance of most reported *** N-doped Co nanowires are shown to enhance both activity and stability by increasing the electrode’s surface area and reinforcing the catalyst–support interaction.

This article mainly investigates the fuzzy optimization robust control issue for nonlinear networked systems characterized by the interval type-2(IT2)fuzzy technique under a differential evolution *** provide a more reasonable utilization of the constrained communication channel,a novel adaptive memory event-triggered(AMET)mechanism is developed,where two event-triggered thresholds can be dynamically adjusted in the light of the current system information and the transmitted historical *** conditions with less conservative design of the fuzzy imperfect premise matching(IPM)controller are presented by introducing the Wirtinger-based integral inequality,the information of membership functions(MFs)and slack ***,under the IPM policy,a new MFs intelligent optimization technique that takes advantage of the differential evolution algorithm is first provided for IT2 TakagiSugeno(T-S)fuzzy systems to update the fuzzy controller MFs in real-time and achieve a better system control ***,simulation results demonstrate that the proposed control scheme can obtain better system performance in the case of using fewer communication resources.

In this article,a method is proposed for the characterisation of epoxy resin thermal and hygrothermal ageing based on microwave resonator with interdigital‐capacitor‐shaped defected ground structure(IDCS‐DGS),which can realise rapid and simple non‐destructive testing of the ageing degree of epoxy resin *** resonant frequency of IDCS‐DGS was proved to decrease with the increase of dielectric constant of the around material by means of *** breakdown test at high voltage showed the deterio-ration of epoxy resin after hygrothermal ageing,which is caused by moisture absorption and hydrolysis *** addition,thermal ageing also caused a decline in the insulation per-formance of epoxy resin *** oxidation of epoxy resin samples at high temperatures produces polar molecules that increase the dielectric constant of the *** for the hygrothermal ageing samples,the entrance of polar water molecules will increase the dielectric constant of epoxy resin,and thus make an effect on the resonant frequency of IDCS‐*** tests of transmission performance show that after the hygrothermally aged epoxy resin samples were put on the microwave sensor,the resonant frequency decreased continuously with hygrothermal ageing time,and the deviations of resonant frequency are highly consistent with the weight variation rate of the samples.

过氧自由基（HO2和RO2）是挥发性有机物大气氧化反应过程中的重要中间体，在大气一次污染物降解和二次污染物形成过程中起着承上启下的关键作用，因此，过氧自由基的外场准确测量对研究大气化学反应机理和大气污染成因具有重要意义。本研究利用宽带腔增强吸收光谱-化学放大过氧自由基测量装置，原位在线测量了大气中总过氧自由基（RO2*=HO2+RO2）的浓度，结合NO的测量，实现了臭氧光化学生成速率(P（O3）)的实时快速测量。利用此装置对2021年淮北市夏季臭氧光化学生成速率进行了研究，结果表明，本地夏季过氧自由基日均峰值体积比为75×10–12（V/V），臭氧生成速率日均峰值为14×10–9（V/V）/h，臭氧生成速率对NO的变化更敏感。此外，在污染时段，臭氧光化学生成速率提升显著，对当地臭氧浓度具有重要影响。

Many human genetic diseases,including Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome(HGPS),are caused by single point *** is a rare disorder that causes premature aging and is usually caused by a de novo point mutation in the LMna *** editors(BEs)composed of a cytidine deaminase fused to CRISPR/Cas9 nickase are highly efficient at inducing C to T base conversions in a programmable manner and can be used to generate animal disease models with single amino-acid ***,we generated the first HGPS monkey model by delivering a BE mRna and guide Rna(gRna)targeting the LMna gene via microinjection into monkey *** out of six newborn monkeys carried the mutation specifically at the target *** monkeys expressed the toxic form of lamin A,progerin,and recapitulated the typical HGPS phenotypes including growth retardation,bone alterations,and vascular ***,this monkey model genetically and clinically mimics HGPS in humans,demonstrating that the BE system can efficiently and accurately generate patient-specific disease models in non-human primates.
