Glucose-sensitive membrane has potential application in self-regulating insulin *** acid(PBA)is a well-known glucose ***,most PBA-based glucose-sensitive materials are expansion-type,which are not suitable as chemical valves in membrane pores for self-regulating insulin *** to a new glucose-sensitive mechanism,we synthesized PBA-based contraction-type glucose-sensitive liner polymer and ***,a glucose-sensitive membrane was prepared by grafting PBA-based contraction-type glucose-sensitive linear polymer on the membrane *** adjusting the chain length and chain density,the glucose-sensitivity of the membrane was *** membrane can reversibly regulate insulin release at physiologically relevant glucose concentrations in simulates body fluids and fetal bovine *** membrane also has good stability,anti-fouling and biocom *** has potential application in selfregulating insulin release.

基于超分子主客体作用的动态交联在构筑用于生物大分子和细胞载体的可注射水凝胶输送材料方面具备很多优势,但单一性质交联点的动态快慢程度固定,无法进行调节,难以实现水凝胶动态可调的性能.本研究利用葫芦[8]脲(CB[8])能够与它的客体分子以摩尔比为1/2的比例形成同种三元复合物主客体的相互作用,设计了一种双组分超分子动态交联水凝胶系统.在水凝胶聚合物骨架的侧链上同时引入偶氮苯与苯基吡啶盐2种客体基团,其中偶氮苯客体与CB[8]的结合较弱,呈现较快的动态可逆性质;苯基吡啶盐客体与CB[8]的结合较强,呈现较慢的动态可逆性质.设计不同比例的2种动态交联,得到了系列网络结构相同,但交联点性质动态可调的水凝胶材料.水凝胶性能研究结果显示,得到的材料能够在流变学机械性能、自修复、剪切变稀、应力松弛、大分子药物释放等生物医用关键性质上随客体比例变化而进行调控,具备良好的应用前景.

Based on the long wave limit method,the general form of the second-order and third-order rogue wave solutions to the focusing nonlinear Schr?dinger equation are given by introducing some arbitrary *** interaction solutions between the first-order rogue wave and one-breather wave are constructed by taking a long wave limit on the two-breather *** applying the same method to the three-breather solutions,two types of interaction solutions are obtained,namely the first-order rogue wave and two breather waves,the second-order rogue wave and one-breather wave,*** influence of the parameters related to the phase on the interaction phenomena is graphically *** occur among the rogue waves and breather *** the collisions,the shape of them remains *** abundant interaction phenomena in this paper will contribute to a better understanding of the propagation and control of nonlinear waves.

The research and application of responsive materials have long been hampered by their complicated designs and tedious construction ***,many current responsive materials show retard or weak *** this study,responsive hybrid poly(vinyl alcohol)hydrogel membranes with embedded poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-acrylic acid)microgels as valves were constructed by simple mixing and subsequent freezing-thawing *** the structure of the membranes,the matrix poly(vinyl alcohol)chains thread through and entangle with the microgels,and the microgels are firmly constrained within the hybrid hydrogel *** fast and sharp temperature responsiveness of the embedded microgels was largely retained and endowed the hydrogel membrane with excellent temperature and pH ***,the hydrogel membrane showed excellent fatigue resistance in both temperature and pH-responsive flux *** study presented the great potential of these hybrid hydrogel membranes in biomedical applications and provided a new strategy for the future design and construction of responsive biomaterials.

Currently,simultaneous buffer and service rate allocation is a topic of interest in the optimization of manufacturing *** allocation problems have been solved previously to satisfy economic requirements;however,owing to the progress of green manufacturing,energy conservation and environmental protection have become increasingly ***,an energy-efficient approach is developed to maximize the throughput and minimize the energy consumption of manufacturing systems,subject to the total buffer capacity,total service rate,and predefined energy *** energy-efficient approach integrates the simulated annealing-non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II with the honey badger algorithm-histogram-based gradient boosting regression *** former algorithm searches for Pareto-optimal solutions of sufficient *** latter algorithm builds prediction models to rapidly calculate the throughput,energy consumption,and energy *** examples show that the proposed hybrid approach can achieve a better solution quality compared with previously reported ***,the prediction models can rapidly evaluate manufacturing systems with sufficient *** study benefits the multi-objective optimization of green manufacturing systems.

The screw air-source heat pump can cause incessant high noise levels during operation,which might hinder adoption of this energy-efficient heat ***,acoustic measurements and comparison testing were performed in this *** measurements revealed that the compressor is the main noise source of the heat pump,and it shows a multipeak frequency distribution and a wide frequency spectrum under different work conditions,with multiple peaks at 63,250,and 1000 ***,a compressor sound insulation cover with broadband absorption was proposed,and it was experimentally proven that the insulation cover can reduce the maximum sound pressure level of one unit from 89.8 dBA to 79.1 ***,we proposed several noise reduction strategies and compared their noise reduction effects using computer *** results showed that the noise problem can be effectively improved through the rational design of the sound barrier and the layout and opening options of heat *** distance between the sound barrier and heat pump and the sound attenuation due to diffraction ALa exhibit a U-shaped *** buildings of different heights,the optimal heights of noise barrier are *** 5.5-meter is the optimal height of the sound barrier for single-story *** conclusions can be applied to other building projects for heat pump noise reduction.

Owing to the signi?cant potential of alkalin seawater electrolysis for converting surplus power into eco friendly hydrogen fuel,we developed bifunctional elec trodes that integrate low-crystalline NiFe LDHs and amorphous NiFe alloy on a Ni foam （NF） substrate to enhance this *** by the battery-like charac teristics of NiFe LDHs,an anti-corrosive and active oute layer of NiFevacOOH continuously forms over time in th hybrid on the anode for the oxygen evolution reaction（OER）,effectively mitigating powder shedding caused by corrosion induced by multiple anions in *** while,the strong bond between the hybrid and the NF substrate maintains intact hybrid coatings to ensure a rel atively high overall conductivity of the electrodes,signif icantly reducing the negative effects of structura degradation during the OER and hydrogen evolution reaction （HER）,as well as the accumulation of contami nants on the electrode *** long-term tests,thes bifunctionalhybridelectrodesmaintained stable performance,even at a high current density o500 mA·*** cell voltage increased by only 88 m V over 1000 h to 1.970 V during saline electrolysis and by103 mV over 500 h to 2.062 V during seawater electroly ***,this study provides valuable insights into ef?cient and stable seawater electrolysis using NiFe LDHs–NiFe alloy hybrids.

Quantification of the impact of winter wheat irrigation on the climate and the occurrence of extreme climatic events over North China is crucial for regional adaptation *** related studies mainly focused on the impact on surface processes;however,few focused on the effects of extreme events using high-resolution nonhydrostatic regional climate ***,the 9-km-resolution nonhydrostatic RegCM4.7 was coupled with a crop irrigation scheme and an updated winter wheat irrigation dataset to better simulate irrigation *** experiments were conducted with and without winter wheat irrigation to isolate the effects of *** showed that irrigation simulation reduces the model biases in temperature,precipitation,latent heat flux,soil moisture,sensitive heat flux,and top-layer soil ***,it also reduces the bias and increases the correlation with observations obtained in irrigated areas,especially in summer,indicating better representation of irrigation *** wheat irrigation tends to cause substantial cooling of the local surface maximum,minimum,and mean air temperatures(by-1.68,-0.34,and-0.79℃,respectively)over irrigated areas of North China,with the largest changes observed in relation to maximum ***,precipitation is found to increase during spring and summer,which is strongly related to water vapor transport in the lower levels of the *** analyses indicated that the number of annual mean hot days decrease(-13.9 d),whereas the number of both comfort days(+10.2 d)and rainy days(days with total precipitation greater than 1 mm:+6.6 d)increase over irrigated areas,demonstrating beneficial feedback to human perception and ***,although the heat wave risk increases(number of annual mean heat wave days:+5.8 d),the impact is limited to small areas within irrigated ***,no notable change was found in terms of heavy rainfall events and precipitation intensity

Discrete Element Modelling of Damage Evolution of Concrete Considering Meso-Structure of ITZ

The mechanical properties of interfacial transition zones(ITZs)have traditionally been simplified by reducing the stiffness of cement in previous simulation methods.A novel approach based on the discrete element method(DEM)has been developed for modeling *** new approach efficiently simulates the meso-structure of ITZs,accurately capturing their heterogeneous *** against established uniaxial compression experiments confirms the precision of *** proposedmodel canmodel the process of damage evolution containing cracks initiation,propagation and *** increasing loads,cracks within ITZs progressively accumulate,culminating in macroscopic fractures that traverse themortarmatrix,forming the complex,serpentine path of *** study reveals four distinct displacement patterns:tensile compliant,tensile opposite,mixed tensile-shear,and shear opposite patterns,each indicative of different stages in concrete’s damage *** widening angle of these patterns delineates the progression of cracks,with the tensile compliant pattern signaling the initial crack appearance and the shear opposite pattern indicating the concrete model’s ultimate failure.
