A two-dimensional model of unsteady turbulent flow induced by high-speed elevator system was established in the present study. The research was focused on the instantaneous variation of the aerodynamic force on the car structure during traversing motion of the counter weight in the hoistway. A dynamic meshing method was employed to treat the multi-body motion system to avoid poor distortion of meshes. A comprehensive understanding of this significant aspect was obtained by varying the horizontal gap （δ =0.1m, 0.2m, and 0.3m） between the elevator car and the counter weight, and the moving speed （ U 0= 2m/s, 6m/s, and 10m/s） of the elevator system. A pulsed intensification of the aerodynamic force on the elevator car and subsequent appearance of large valley with negative aerodynamic force were clearly observed in the numerical results. In parameters studied （ δ =0.1m, U 0= 2m/s, 6m/s, 10m/s）, the peaked horizontal and vertical forces are respectively 7-11 and 4.3-5.65 times of that when the counter weight is far from the car. These results demonstrated the prominent influence of the traversing counter weight on aerodynamic force on the elevator car, which is of great significance to designers of high-speed elevator system.

Polymeric microwave actuators combining tissue-like softness with programmablemicrowave-responsive deformation hold great promise for mobile intelligentdevices and bionic soft robots. However, their application is challenged by restricted electromagneticsensitivity and intricate sensing coupling. In this study, a sensitized polymericmicrowave actuator is fabricated by hybridizing a liquid crystal polymer with Ti3C2Tx(MXene). Compared to the initial counterpart, the hybrid polymer exhibits unique spacechargepolarization and interfacial polarization, resulting in significant improvements of230% in the dielectric loss factor and 830% in the apparent efficiency of electromagneticenergy harvest. The sensitized microwave actuation demonstrates as the shortenedresponse time of nearly 10 s, which is merely 13% of that for the initial shape memory polymer. Moreover, the ultra-low content of MXene (upto 0.15 wt%) benefits for maintaining the actuation potential of the hybrid polymer. An innovative self-powered sensing prototype that combinesdriving and piezoelectric polymers is developed, which generates real-time electric potential feedback (open-circuit potential of ~ 3 mV) duringactuation. The polarization-dominant energy conversion mechanism observed in the MXene-polymer hybrid structure furnishes a new approachfor developing efficient electromagnetic dissipative structures and shows potential for advancing polymeric electromagnetic intelligent devices.

背景据统计,全球每年约有100万人被诊断为结肠癌,探究结肠癌的发病机制,寻找新的诊断指标及治疗方法是其治疗关键.RNA在其发生发展中具有重要调控作用,Notch2表达与结直肠癌密切相关,抑制其表达可能在肿瘤抑制中发挥作用.目的探究微小RNA-151a-3p(miR-151a-3p)及Notch2在结肠癌(colonic cancer,CC)的表达情况及临床意义.方法选取2018-01/2020-06我院92例CC患者作为研究对象,均取术中切除的癌组织与癌旁组织(距癌边缘>2.0 cm,且病理结果显示无癌细胞)标本,检测比较癌组织与癌旁组织中miR-151a-3p、Notch2蛋白表达量,分析癌组织中miR-151a-3p与Notch2蛋白表达量的相关性,并比较不同临床特征(性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、肿瘤部位、病理类型、肿瘤分期、浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移)患者癌组织中miR-151a-3p、Notch2蛋白表达量,分析miR-151a-3p、Notch2蛋白表达量与CC临床特征的关系.结果癌组织中miR-151a-3p、Notch2蛋白表达量均高于癌旁组织(P<0.001);癌组织中miR-151a-3p表达量与Notch2蛋白表达量呈正相关(P<0.001);随着CC患者肿瘤分期和浸润深度增加、分化程度降低、发生淋巴结转移,癌组织中miR-151a-3p、Notch2蛋白表达量逐渐升高(P<0.05);癌组织中miR-151a-3p、Notch2蛋白表达量与CC患者肿瘤分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移呈正相关,与分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05).结论miR-151a-3p、Notch2蛋白在CC癌组织中表达明显增加,且二者之间的表达呈正相关关系,其过表达可参与了结肠癌疾病的发生发展.

Emerging contaminants and their transformation products are widely distributed in the environment. These pollutants carry unknown risks owing to their persistence, migration, and toxicity. The wide variety and complex structures of these substances render them difficult to identify using only target analysis. Suspect screening analysis can identify more substances than target analysis in a single run. However, this analysis method is based on limited data and cannot meet the growing demand for compound identification, especially for emerging contaminants and their transformation products with unknown information. The development of high-resolution mass spectrometry technology has promoted the applications of nontarget analysis in the environmental field, especially for identifying unknown transformation products. At present, the challenges of nontarget analysis include the difficulty of finding compounds of interest and their transformation products from complex data. Molecular networking calculates the similarity between mass spectra based on an improved cosine similarity algorithm. This method can cluster molecular families with similar structures, achieve visualization and a collection of massive mass spectral datasets, and promote the annotation of pollutants through networks and communities. Molecular networking can globally organize and systematically interpret complex tandem mass spectral datasets, providing a new direction for nontarget analysis. This technology was first used in proteomics and gradually introduced into metabolomics for the discovery of new natural products. Recently, it has been introduced into the environmental field for the study of various man-made chemicals, particularly for the discovery of emerging contaminants and their transformation products. The development of flexible supercapacitors(FSCs) capable of operating at high temperatures is crucial for expanding the application areas and operating conditions of supercapacitors. Gel polymer electrolytes and electrode materials stand as two key components that significantly impact the efficacy of hightemperature-tolerant FSCs(HT-FSCs). They should not only exhibit high electrochemical performance and excellent flexibility, but also withstand intense thermal stress. Considerable efforts have been devoted to enhancing their thermal stability while maintaining high electrochemical and mechanical performance. In this review, the fundamentals of HT-FSCs are outlined. A comprehensive overview of state-of-the-art progress and achievements in HT-FSCs, with a focus on thermally stable gel polymer electrolytes and electrode materials is provided. Finally, challenges and future perspectives regarding HT-FSCs are discussed, alongside strategies for elevating operational temperatures and *** review offers both theoretical foundations and practical guidelines for designing and manufacturing HT-FSCs, further promoting their widespread adoption across diverse fields.
