我国社会组织对MSM动员检测效果分析

目的分析2016-2022年我国参与艾滋病防治的社会组织MSM干预检测的成效与不足,为提升社会组织工作质量和能力提供参考。方法整理分析2016-2022年社会组织参与艾滋病防治基金(CAFNGO)项目管理信息系统中MSM干预项目数据,针对历年不同类型社会组织、不同地区MSM干预检测转化,HIV初筛阳性,HIV确证检测,HIV确证阳性和HIV确证阳性转介指标等产出进行分析。结果2016-2022年,全国共有567个社会组织参与CAFNGO MSM干预项目,其中民政部门登记的社会组织(NGO)159个,未在民政登记的社会组织(CBO)408个,覆盖了全国30个省(自治区、直辖市)。MSM干预项目的HIV初筛阳性率从2016年的5.49%到下降至2022年3.18%,而阳性转介治疗率从2017年的83.87%上升至2022年的94.93%。CBO项目的干预检测转化率、初筛阳性率和确证阳性率高于NGO的项目(P<0.05),NGO项目的确证检测率和阳性转介率均高于CBO项目(P<0.05)。华东、华北和东北检测人数较多,占项目检测总人数的64.80%(1089966/1681977),西北地区检测人数最少,占5.63%(94736/1681977)。西北地区项目的初筛阳性率为3.19%(3025/94736)、确证检测率76.96%(2328/3025)、确证阳性率2.36%(2236/94736),均低于平均水平(P<0.05)。结论社会组织通过动员干预检测工作,更多的阳性病例被发现,减少进一步的传播,发挥了其优势和作用,应继续加强对社会组织开展MSM干预工作的支持力度,在初筛阳性到确证检测的环节中,应减少脱失人数。NGO和CBO在防艾工作中发挥了各自的优势,需要加强对CBO的能力建设。在艾滋病疫情重点地区,有针对性地对不同类型社会组织提供技术支持和加强能力建设,推动社会组织均衡发展。

Background: A high-risk prevention strategy is an effective way to fight against human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). The China AIDS Fund for Non-Governmental Organizations (CAFNGO) was established in 2015 to help social organizations intervene to protect high-risk populations in 176 cities. This study aimed to evaluate the role of social organizations in high-risk population interventions against HIV/***: This study was based on the CAFNGO program from 2016 to 2020. The collected data included the number and types of social organizations participating in high-risk group interventions and the amount of funds obtained by these organizations each year. We explored the factors influencing the number of newly diagnosed AIDS cases using a spatial econometric model. Furthermore, we evaluated the effectiveness of intervention activities by comparing the percentages of the individuals who initially tested positive, and the individuals who took the confirmatory test, as well as those who retested positive and underwent the ***: Overall, from 2016 to 2020, the number of social organizations involved in interventions to protect HIV/AIDS high-risk populations increased from 441 to 532, and the invested fund increased from $3.98 to $10.58 million. The number of newly diagnosed cases decreased from 9128 to 8546 during the same period. Although the number of cities with overall spatial correlations decreased, the spatial agglomeration effect persisted in the large cities. Citywise, the number of social organizations (direct effect 19.13), the permanent resident population (direct effect 0.12), GDP per capita (direct effect 17.58;indirect effect -15.38), and passenger turnover volume (direct effect 5.50;indirect effect -8.64) were the major factors influencing new positive cases confirmed through the testing interventions performed by the social organizations. Galaxy morphology classifications based on machine learning are a typical technique to handle enormous amounts of astronomical observation data,but the key challenge is how to provide enough training data for the machine learning *** this article proposes an image data augmentation method that combines few-shot learning and generative adversarial *** Galaxy10 DECaLs data set is selected for the experiments with consistency,variance,and augmentation effects being *** popular networks,including AlexNet,VGG,and ResNet,are used as examples to study the effectiveness of different augmentation methods on galaxy morphology *** results show that the proposed method can generate galaxy images and can be used for expanding the classification model’s training *** to comparative studies,the best enhancement effect on model performance is obtained by generating a data set that is 0.5–1 time larger than the original data ***,different augmentation strategies have considerably varied effects on different types of ***-GAN achieved the best classification performance on the ResNet network for In-between Round Smooth Galaxies and Unbarred Loose Spiral Galaxies,with F1 Scores of 89.54%and 63.18%,*** comparison reveals that various data augmentation techniques have varied effects on different categories of galaxy morphology and machine learning ***,the best augmentation strategies for each galaxy category are suggested.

The feasibility of simultaneous water recovery,salt separation and effective descaling of hypersaline brine was investigated by diisopropylamine(DIPA)-based directional solvent extraction(DSE),using diluted/concentrated seawater with initial saline concentration range of 12–237 g/L at extraction temperatures of 5 and 15℃,*** water recovery shows an obvious boundary at saline concentration of 115 g/L under dual effect of specific water extraction efficiency and extraction *** Cl^(–) ion concentration in product water is in sharp contrast to the nearly complete removal of SO_(4)^(2–)and hardness ions,indicating that DIPA-based DSE process indeed achieved efficient separation and purification of Cl^(–) ion from hypersaline ***,the radical precipitation of Mg^(2+)and Ca^(2+)ions in form of Mg(OH)_(2)and CaCO_(3)demonstrates effective descaling potential,although it leads to more DIPA residues in dewatered raffinate than product ***,an exponential correlation between the Cl^(–) removal efficiency and specific water extraction efficiency further reveals the intrinsic relationship of water extraction process and transfer of Cl^(–) ion to the product ***,the study provides a novel approach for integrating the water recovery and separation of Cl^(–) ion from ultra-high-salinity brines with radical precipitation of Mg^(2+)and Ca^(2+) ions in one step.

Recently,the application of location-based services(LBS) has become a prevalent means to provide convenience in customers’ everyday ***,because massive volumes of location information are collected by LBS applications,users may suffer from serious privacy *** studies have shown that the identities of users can be inferred from historical anonymous trajectories,which is formulated as the trajectory-user linking(TUL) *** some recurrent neural network(RNN)-based models have been proposed to capture implicit movement patterns among trajectories to improve TUL performance,they cannot learn the sequential and contextual semantics within any individual trajectory completely,leaving the advantages of RNNs *** therefore propose an RNN model with an attention mechanism called TULAM to improve the accuracy of the TUL *** learns sequential relationships within individual trajectories via RNN and captures contextual semantics from trajectories via a multi-head attention ***,we propose a novel location encoding method called approximate one-hot to solve the corpus shortage problem of trajectory *** were conducted on real datasets from the Gowalla and Foursquare LBS *** experimental results indicate that TULAM is a practical solution that achieves significant improvements over existing methods with satisfactory model complexity and convergence.
