Accurate intelligent reasoning systems are vital for intelligent *** this study,a new intelligent reasoning system was developed for milling processes to accurately predict tool wear and dynamically optimize machining *** developed system consists of a self-learning algorithm with an improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)learning algorithm,prediction model determined by an improved case-based reasoning(ICBR)method,and optimization model containing an improved adaptive neural fuzzy inference system(IANFIS)and *** results showed that the IPSO algorithm exhibited the best global convergence *** ICBR method was observed to have a better performance in predicting tool wear than standard CBR *** IANFIS model,in combination with IPSO,enabled the optimization of multiple objectives,thus generating optimal milling *** paper offers a practical approach to developing accurate intelligent reasoning systems for sustainable and intelligent manufacturing.

Surfactants are widely used in the fracturing fluid to enhance the imbibition and thus the oil recovery rate. However, current numerical models cannot capture the physics behind capillary imbibition during the wettability alteration by surfactants. Although the interacting capillary bundle(ICB) model shows potential in characterizing imbibition rates in different pores during wettability alteration, the existing ICB models neglect the influence of wettability and viscosity ratio on the imbibition behavior, making it difficult to accurately describe the oil-water imbibition behavior within the porous media. In this work,a new ICB mathematical model is established by introducing pressure balance without assuming the position of the leading front to comprehensively describe the imbibition behavior in a porous medium under different conditions, including gas-liquid spontaneous imbibition and oil-water *** the pore size distribution of a tight rock is known, this new model can predict the changes of water saturation during the displacement process in the tight rock, and also determine the imbibition rate in pores of different sizes. The water saturation profiles obtained from the new model are validated against the waterflooding simulation results from the CMG, while the imbibition rates calculated by the model are validated against the experimental observations of gas-liquid spontaneous imbibition. The good match above indicates the newly proposed model can show the water saturation profile at a macroscopic scale while capture the underlying physics of the multiphase flow in a porous medium at a microscopic scale. Simulation results obtained from this model indicate that both wettability and viscosity ratio can affect the sequence of fluid imbibition into pores of different sizes during the multiphase flow, where less-viscous wetting fluid is preferentially imbibed into larger pores while more-viscous wetting fluid tends to be imbibed into smaller pores. Herein,we report an asymmetric two-component alkenyl Catellani reaction for the construction of C—N axial chirality through a palladium/chiral norbornene cooperative catalysis and an axial-to-axial chirality transfer *** partially aromatic iodinated 2-pyridones,quinolones,coumarin and uracil substrates react with 2,6-disubstituted aryl bromides with a tethered amide group,to afford a wide variety of polycyclic C—N atropisomers(38 examples,up to 97%e.e.).The obtained C—N axial chirality originates from the preformed transient C—C axial chirality with high *** synthetic utility of this chemistry is demonstrated by facile prepa-ration of complex quinoline and pyridine based C—N atropisomers through a N-deprotection and aromatization *** addi-tion,a remote axial-to-central diastereoinduction process dictated by C—N axial chirality is observed with excellent diastereocontrol.

The Solar Polar-orbit Observatory(SPO),proposed by Chinese scientists,is designed to observe the solar polar regions in an unprecedented way with a spacecraft traveling in a large solar inclination angle and a small ***,one of the most significant challenges lies in ultra-long-distance data transmission,particularly for the Magnetic and Helioseismic Imager(MHI),which is the most important payload and generates the largest volume of data in *** this paper,we propose a tailored lossless data compression method based on the measurement mode and characteristics of MHI *** background out of the solar disk is removed to decrease the pixel number of an image under *** predictive coding methods are combined to eliminate the redundancy utilizing the correlation(space,spectrum,and polarization)in data set,improving the compression *** results demonstrate that our method achieves an average compression ratio of *** compression time is also less than the general observation *** method exhibits strong feasibility and can be easily adapted to MHI.

Spinal cord injury(SCI)is one of the most devastating traumas,and the aberrant proliferation of astrocytes usually causes neurological ***,the mechanism underlying astrocyte over-proliferation after SCI is ***2c(glutamate ionotropic receptor type 2c)plays an essential role in cell *** bioinformatic analysis indicated that Grin2c and Ca^(2+)transport functions were inhibited in astrocytes after *** of Grin2c stimulated astrocyte proliferation by inhibiting the Ca^(2+)/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase 2b(CaMK2b)pathway in *** screening different inflammatory factors,interleukin 1α(IL1α)was further found to inhibit Grin2c/Ca^(2+)/CaMK2b and enhance astrocyte proliferation in an oxidative damage *** of IL1αusing neutralizing antibody resulted in increased Grin2c expression and the inhibition of astrocyte proliferation ***,this study suggests that IL1αpromotes astrocyte proliferation by suppressing the Grin2c/Ca^(2+)/CaMK2b pathway after SCI,revealing a novel pathological mechanism of astrocyte proliferation,and may provide potential targets for SCI repair.

Osteoporosis(OP)is a prevalent metabolic bone *** drug therapy is essential to prevent bone loss in osteoporotic patients,current treatments are limited by side effects and high costs,necessitating the development of more effective and safer targeted *** a zebrafish(Danio rerio)larval model of osteoporosis,we explored the influence of the metabolite spermine on bone *** showed that spermine exhibited dual activity in osteoporotic zebrafish larvae by increasing bone formation and decreasing bone *** not only demonstrated excellent biosafety but also mitigated prednisolone-induced embryonic neurotoxicity and ***,spermine showcased protective attributes in the nervous systems of both zebrafish embryos and *** the molecular level,Rac1 was identified as playing a pivotal role in mediating the antiosteoporotic effects of spermine,with P53 potentially acting downstream of *** findings were confirmed using mouse(Mus musculus)models,in which spermine not only ameliorated osteoporosis but also promoted bone formation and mineralization under healthy conditions,suggesting strong potential as a bonestrengthening *** study underscores the beneficial role of spermine in osteoporotic bone homeostasis and skeletal system development,highlighting pivotal molecular *** their efficacy and safety,human endogenous metabolites like spermine are promising candidates for new anti-osteoporotic drug development and daily bone-fortifying agents.

Autonomous navigation in farmlands is one of the key technologies for achieving autonomous management in maize *** various navigation techniques,visual navigation using widely available RGB images is a cost-effective ***,current mainstream methods for maize crop row detection often rely on highly specialized,manually devised heuristic rules,limiting the scalability of these *** simplify the solution and enhance its universality,we propose an innovative crop row annotation *** strategy,by simulating the strip-like structure of the crop row's central area,effectively avoids interference from lateral growth of crop *** on this,we developed a deep learning network with a dual-branch architecture,InstaCropNet,which achieves end-to-end segmentation of crop row ***,through the row anchor segmen-tation technique,we accurately locate the positions of different crop row instances and perform line *** results demonstrate that our method has an average angular deviation of no more than 2°,and the accuracy of crop row detection reaches 96.5%.
