A new COX1 primer for soil nematode metabarcoding was designed,and this primer outperforms other commonly used COX1 primer pairs in species recovery and quantity of PCR products.•The lack of reference database is the main reason that led to the low species recovery in COX1 metabarcoding.•We expanded current NCBI database by adding 51 newly generated COX1 reference *** nematodes play important roles in soil ecosystems and often serve as bioindicators of soil *** identification of soil nematodes is often difficult due to their limited diagnostic characters and high phenotypic *** barcoding and metabarcoding techniques are promising but lack universal primers,especially for mitochondrial COX1 *** this study a degenerated COX1 forward primer COIFGED was *** primer pair(COIFGED/JB5GED)outperforms other four commonly used COX1 primer pairs in species recovery and quantity of polymerase chain reaction(PCR)*** metabarcoding analysis,the reads obtained from the new primer pair had the highest sequencing saturation threshold and amplicon sequence variant(ASV)diversity in comparison to other COX1 as well as 18S rRNA *** annotation of ASVs suggested the new primer pair initially recovered 9 and 6 out of 25 genera from mock communities,respectively,outperformed other COX1 primers,but underperformed the widely used 18S NF1/18Sr2b primers(16 out of 25 genera).By supplementing the COX1 database with our reference sequences,we recovered an additional 6 mock community species bringing the tally closer to that obtained with 18S *** summary,our newly designed COX1 primers significantly improved species recovery and thus can be supplementary or alternative to the conventional 18S metabarcoding.

Anthropogenic environmental changes may affect community assembly through mediating both deterministic(e.g.,competitive exclusion and environmental filtering)and stochastic processes(e.g.,birth/death and dispersal/colonization).It is traditionally thought that environmental changes have a larger mediation effect on stochastic processes in structuring soil microbial community than aboveground plant community;however,this hypothesis remains largely *** we report an unexpected pattern that nitrogen(N)deposition has a larger mediation effect on stochastic processes in structuring plant community than soil microbial community(those<2 mm in diameter,including archaea,bacteria,fungi,and protists)in the Eurasian *** performed a ten-year nitrogen deposition experiment in a semiarid grassland ecosystem in Inner Mongolia,manipulating nine rates(0–50 g N m^(-2)per year)at two frequencies(nitrogen added twice or 12 times per year)under two grassland management strategies(fencing or mowing).We separated the compositional variation of plant and soil microbial communities caused by each treatment into the deterministic and stochastic components with a recently-developed *** nitrogen addition rate increased,the relative importance of stochastic component of plant community first increased and then decreased,while that of soil microbial community first decreased and then *** the whole,the relative importance of stochastic component was significantly larger in plant community(0.552±0.035;mean±standard error)than in microbial community(0.427±0.035).Consistently,the proportion of compositional variation explained by the deterministic soil and community indices was smaller for plant community(0.172–0.186)than microbial community(0.240–0.767).Meanwhile,as nitrogen addition rate increased,the linkage between plant and microbial community composition first became weaker and then became *** larger stochasticity in plant community relative to microbial

Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)injury is a crucial factor that impacts the prognosis of recanalization therapy for acute ischemic stroke(AIS).It has been found that the brain renin-angiotensin system,especially the angiotensinⅡtype 1 receptor(AT1R)pathway,plays a significant role in cerebral I/R *** pathway is involved in processes such as oxidative stress,neuroinflammation,apoptosis,and it affects cerebrovascular autoregulation and the maintenance of blood-brain ***1R blocker(ARB),widely used as an antihypertensive agent,has demonstrated stroke prevention capabilities in numerous prospective studies,independent of its antihypertensive *** focusing on neurological diseases like Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,and cognitive impairment have confirmed that ARBs exhibit neuroprotective effects and aid in improving neurological *** studies have shown that ARBs can reduce infarct volume and brain edema,inhibit multiple signaling pathways associated with I/R injury,restore energy levels in damaged brain regions,and rescue the penumbra by promoting neovascularization in cerebral I/R *** findings suggest that ARBs have potential to become a novel category of neuroprotecting agents for clinical treatment of ***,this review primarily provides a theoretical foundation and practical evidence for the future clinical utilization of ARBs as neuroprotective agents following reperfusion therapy for *** outlines the role of cerebral I/R injury through the AT1R pathway and highlights the research progressmadeonARBs in I/Rmodels.

针对传统的新息抗差估计欺骗检测算法对缓慢增长的斜坡式欺骗检测时间较长甚至检测不敏感等问题,提出了一种GNSS/INS紧组合的新息优化抗差估计欺骗检测算法。所提出的算法对缓慢增长的斜坡式的新息检测量进行了优化,结合抗差估计自适应调整增益矩阵并合理选择“检测窗口”,进一步提高了对缓慢增长的斜坡式欺骗干扰的检测效率和检测性能。仿真结果表明,在检测单通道0.1 m/s缓慢增长的斜坡式欺骗时,所提算法检测时间较新息抗差估计欺骗检测算法平均缩短了30%以上,漏检率为0;在检测多通道时,检测时间平均缩短了30%,漏检率为0,虚警率平均降低了18.5%。所提算法在检测缓慢增长的斜坡式欺骗干扰时,具有检测快、漏检率和虚警率低的优势,对无人机应用领域具有重要意义。

All-solid-state fluoride ion batteries(FIBs)have been recently considered as a post-lithium-ion battery system due to their high safety and high energy *** like all solid-state lithium batteries,the key to the development of FIBs lies in room-temperature electrolytes with high ionic conductivity.β-KSbF_(4) is a kind of promising solid-state electrolyte for FIBs owing to its rational ionic conductivity and relatively wide electrochemical stability window at room ***,the previous synthesis routes ofβ-KSbF_(4) required the use of highly toxic hydrofluoric acid and the ionic conductivity of as-prepared product needs to be further ***,the β-KSbF_(4) sample with an ionic conductivity of 1.04×10^(-4)s cm^(-1)(30°C)is synthesized through the simple solid-state *** order to account for the high ionic conductivity of the as-synthesizedβ-KSbF_(4),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS)are used to characterize the physic-ochemical *** results show that the as-synthesizedβ-KSbF_(4) exhibits higher carrier concentra-tion of 1.0×10^(-6)S cm-Hz^(-1)K and hopping frequency of 1.31×10^(6)Hz at 30°C due to the formation of the fluorine ***,the hopping frequency shows the same trend as the changes of ionic conductivity with the changes of temperature,while the carrier concentration is found to be almost *** two different trends indicate the hopping frequency is mainly responsible for the ionic conduc-tion behavior withinβ-KSbF_(4).Furthermore,the all-solid-state FIBs,in which Ag and Pb+PbF_(2) are adopted as cathode and anode,andβ-KSbF_(4) as fluoride ion conductor,are capable of reversible charge and *** assembled FIBs show a discharge capacity of 108.4 mA h g^(-1) at 1st cycle and 74.2 mA h g^(-1) at 50th *** on an examination of the capacity decay mechanism,it has been found that deterioration of the electrolyte/electrode int

区域归一化植被指数(NDVI)变化特征对环境容量和生态发展方向有重要指示作用。基于SPOT/VEGETATION NDVI数据和ESA CCI-LC植被分类数据,利用Theil-Sen+Mann-Kendall、变异系数、Hurst指数和相关性分析方法,对辽宁省2000—2019年不同植被类型归一化植被指数时空变化特征和气候因子之间的响应关系进行分析。结果表明:(1)NDVI均值呈现从乔木到草原逐渐降低的趋势,不同植被类型在生长季具有不同的生长习性;(2)各植被类型都呈增加趋势,结合Hurst指数和Sen趋势,辽宁省36.26%的植被将趋于改善,约有61.51%的植被将趋于退化;(3)变异系数结果表明:所有植被类型中以乔木植被最为稳定,草原型植被最不稳定。(4)辽宁省各植被类型NDVI与降水显著正相关,与气温相关性相对较低。结果可为辽宁省生态评价和碳循环研究提供植被覆盖动态参考。
