The purity,preferred orientation,microstructure,microhardness,bonding strength,thickness uniformity and thermal stability of rhenium(Re)coatings prepared on graphite wafers by chemical vapor deposition(CVD)and electrodeposition(ED)in molten salts were comparatively studied in this *** was found that carbon(0.0140 wt%)and oxygen(0.0067 wt%)were the primary impurities for CVD and ED Re coatings,*** diffusion of carbon into CVD Re coating caused higher microhardness near the substrate and helped to improve the bonding strength at the same *** preferred orientation,microstructure and microhardness of ED Re coating were all susceptible to *** coating deposition uniformity of ED Re is obviously better than that of CVD Re coating,due to its intrinsic ***(002)-oriented,coarse columnar CVD Re coating exhibited better thermal stability compared with that of the-oriented,fiber-like columnar ED Re coating,while the ED Re grains grew remarkably and the microstructure evolved toward the similar structure of CVD Re after annealing *** diversity of Re coatings in microstructure could be attributed to the mobility of grain boundaries(affected by temperature and impurity)during deposition processes.

Sinter is the core raw material for blast *** pressure,which is an important state parameter,affects sinter *** this paper,flue pressure prediction and optimization were studied based on the shapley additive explanation(SHAP)to predict the flue pressure and take targeted adjustment ***,the sintering process data were collected and processed.A flue pressure prediction model was then constructed after comparing different feature selection methods and model algorithms using SHAP+extremely random-ized trees(ET).The prediction accuracy of the model within the error range of±0.25 kPa was 92.63%.SHAP analysis was employed to improve the interpretability of the prediction *** effects of various sintering operation parameters on flue pressure,the relation-ship between the numerical range of key operation parameters and flue pressure,the effect of operation parameter combinations on flue pressure,and the prediction process of the flue pressure prediction model on a single sample were analyzed.A flue pressure optimization module was also constructed and analyzed when the prediction satisfied the judgment *** operating parameter combination was then *** flue pressure was increased by 5.87%during the verification process,achieving a good optimization effect.

Lithium-ion batteries （LIBs） are currently recognized as one of the most popular power sources available. To construct advanced LIBs exhibiting long-term endurance, great attention has been paid to enhancing their poor cycle stabilities. As the performance of LIBs is dependent on the electrode materials employed, the most promising approach to improve their life span is the design of novel electrode materials. We herein describe the rational design of a three-dimensional （3D） porous MnO/C-N nanoarchitecture as an anode material for long cycle life LIBs based on their preparation from inexpensive, renewable, and abundant rapeseed pollen （R-pollen） via a facile immersion-annealing route. Remarkably, the as-prepared MnO/C-N with its optimized 3D nanostructure exhibited a high specific capacity （756.5 mAh·g^-1 at a rate of 100 mA·g^-1）, long life span （specific discharge capacity of 513.0 mAh·g^-1, -95.16% of the initial reversible capacity, after 400 cycles at 300 mA·g^-1）, and good rate capability. This material therefore represents a promising alternative candidate for the high-performance anode of next-generation LIBs.

A paste-like self-flowing pipeline transportation backfilling technology with coal gangue as aggregate is proposed to remove the potential damage caused by coal gangue piles. As well, the difficult problems of recovering high quality safety coal pillars and deep mining of the Suncun Coal Mine （SCM）, xinwen Coal Group, Shandong are resolved. The physical-chemical properties of coal gangue, optimized proportion of materials, backfilling system and craft in the SCM were studied in the laboratory and then an industrial test was carried out on high quality coal pillars under a town. The results show that finely crushed kaolinized and fresh gangue with granularity less than 5 mm can be used as aggregate with fly ash to replace part of the cement and a composite water reducer as an additive, accounting for 1.0%-1.5% of the total amount of cement and fly ash. The recommended proportion is l（cement）：4（fly ash）： 15（coal gangue）, with a mass fraction of 72%-75%, rheoiogical paste-like properties and a strength of more than 0.7 MPa at 7 d. The sequence of adding cement, fly ash, water reducer and then coal gangue ensures that the suspended state of the slurry, reducing the wear and jam of pipelines. The working face is advancing continuously by the alternating craft of building block walls with coal gangue and backfilling mined-out gobs with paste-like slurry. The recovery rate is as high as 90% with a backfilling cost of 36.9 YuarffL good utilization of coal gangue and no subsidence on the surface. This technology provides a good theoretical basis and application experience for coal mines, cement backfilling with paste-like slurry.

Supported NiCu bimetallic catalysts have been produced in-situ on commercial Al_(2)O_(3)by using layered double hydroxides as precursors. The resulting catalysts show a uniform Ni and Cu distribution, thus providing good activity and selectivity in the reforming reaction of n-heptane. The catalytic performance has been found to depend on the Cu/Ni ratio, revealing the synergic catalysis between homogeneously dispersed Ni and Cu sites. The good catalysis of Ni Cu bimetallic catalysts makes it possible to partly or even completely replace Pt with NiCu bimetallic catalysts.

In the process of in situ leaching of uranium,the microstructure controls and influences the flow distribution,percolation characteristics,and reaction mechanism of lixivium in the pores of reservoir rocks and directly affects the leaching of useful *** this study,the pore throat,pore size distribution,and mineral composition of low-permeability uranium-bearing sandstone were quantitatively analyzed by high pressure mercury injection,nuclear magnetic resonance,X-ray diffraction,and wavelength-dispersive X-ray *** distribution characteristics of pores and minerals in the samples were qualitatively analyzed using energy-dispersive scanning electron microscopy and multi-resolution CT *** registration with the landmarks algorithm provided by FEI Avizo was used to accurately match the CT images with different *** multi-scale and multi-mineral digital core model of low-permeability uranium-bearing sandstone is reconstructed through pore segmentation and mineral segmentation of fusion core scanning *** results show that the pore structure of low-permeability uranium-bearing sandstone is complex and has multi-scale and multi-crossing *** intergranular pores determine the main seepage channel in the pore space,and the secondary pores have poor connectivity with other *** and coffinite are isolated from the connected pores and surrounded by a large number of clay minerals and ankerite cements,which increases the difficulty of uranium *** and a large amount of ankerite cement are filled in the primary and secondary pores and pore throats of the low-permeability uraniumbearing sandstone,which significantly reduces the porosity of the movable fluid and results in low overall permeability of the *** multi-scale and multi-mineral digital core proposed in this study provides a basis for characterizing macroscopic and microscopic pore-throat structures and mineral distributions of low-permea
