Before and after heat treatment,0Cr15Ni5Cu3MoN stainless steel(SS)samples were immersed in sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB)environment to study the effect of heat treatment on the antimicrobial properties of Cu-containing stainless *** effect of heat treatment on the corrosion resistance and antibacterial ability of 0Cr15Ni5Cu3MoN SS was studied by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,laser scanning confocal microscopy,and *** results show that 0Cr15Cu3 SS has better antibacterial properties with fewer bacteria adsorbed on the surface after heat treatment,and its corrosion resistance is significantly ***,on the 7th day of immersion,the corrosion resistance of the heat-treated stainless steel was lower than that of the rolled stainless *** was due to the fact that the rolled samples were protected by biofilm at this time,while the surface bacteria on the heat-treated samples died,resulting in the exposure of the substrate surface and thus reducing the corrosion resistance of the heat-treated ***,because of the strong bactericidal properties of the heat-treated Cu-containing stainless steel,the corrosion resistance of the samples suddenly decreases in the middle stage of corrosion,and this discovery provides a new view to study the corrosion process of Cu-containing stainless steel in the SRB environment.

BACKGROUND In esophageal squamous carcinoma,lymphadenectomy along the left recurrent laryngeal nerve(RLN)is recommended owing to its highly metastatic ***,this procedure is difficult due to limited working space in the left upper mediastinum,and increases postoperative *** To present a novel method for lymphadenectomy along the left RLN during thoracoscopic esophagectomy in the semi-prone *** The fundamental concept of this novel method is to exfoliate a bilateral pedicled nerve flap,which is a two-dimensional membrane,which includes the left RLN,lymph nodes(LNs)along the left RLN,and tracheoesophageal vessels,by suspending the esophagus to the dorsal side and pushing the trachea to the ventral side(named“bilateral exposure method”).Then,the hollow-out method is performed to transform the two-dimensional membrane to a three-dimensional structure,in which the left RLN and tracheoesophageal vessels are easily distinguished and preserved during lymphadenectomy along the left *** novel method was retrospectively evaluated in 116 consecutive patients with esophageal squamous carcinoma from August 2016 to February *** There were 58 patients in each *** significant difference was found between the two groups in terms of age,gender,postoperative pneumonia,anastomotic fistula,and postoperative ***,the number of dissected LNs along the left RLN in this novel method was significantly higher than that in the conventional method(4.17±0.359 vs 2.93±0.463,P=0.0447).Moreover,the operative time and the rate of postoperative hoarseness in the novel method were significantly lower than those in the conventional method(306.0±6.774 vs 335.2±7.750,P=0.0054;4/58 vs 12/58,P=0.0312).CONCLUSION This novel method for lymphadenectomy along the left RLN during thoracoscopic esophagectomy in the semi-prone position is much safer and more effective.

Objective:To investigate the correlation of BI-RADS grading with cancer cell proliferation and ***: A total of 138 patients who were diagnosed with breast cancer in our hospital between August 2015 and October 2017 were divided into 2 cases at stage Ⅲ, 51 cases at stage Ⅳ and 85 cases at stage Ⅴ after the BI-RADS grading was reviewed. Differences in the expression of proliferation-related genes and invasion-related genes were compared among the three groups of ***: Expressions of pro-proliferation genes MTA2, mTOR, PKM2, Notch1 and FSCN1 mRNA in lesion tissue of patients at stage Ⅴ and Ⅳ were higher than those of patients at stage Ⅲ whereas expressions of anti-proliferation genes BRCA1 and PTEN mRNA were lower than those of patients at stage Ⅲ;expressions of pro-invasion genes Gab2 and NUAK1 mRNA were higher than those of patients at stage Ⅲ whereas expressions of anti-invasion genes EBP50, EDN3, FBXW7 and NDRG1 mRNA were lower than those of patients at stage Ⅲ. With the increase of BI-RADS grades, the expression levels of pro-proliferation genes and pro-invasion genes further increased while the expression levels of anti-proliferation and anti-invasion genes further decreased in the lesion ***: BI-RADS grading of patients with breast cancer is positively correlated with the proliferation and invasion activity of cancer cells.

Experimental Study on Geometry Characteristics of Turbulent Premixed Flames for Natural Gas/Air Mixtures

In this study,focusing on the geometry characteristics of spherical expanding flame,the turbulent premixed flames of natural gas/air mixtures were investigated in a fan-stirred turbulent *** effects of initial temperature（T=300-400 K）,initial pressure（P=0.1-0.3 MPa）,turbulence intensity（u'=1.0-2.7 m/s）,oxygen volumetric percentage(φ（O2）=15%-21%) and carbon dioxide volumetric percentage(φ（CO2）=0-20%)were delved *** flame profile under the Cartesian coordinate system was derived from the schlieren images taken by the high-speed ***,from both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives,the influence of experimental conditions on the flame geometry characteristics was explored through flame front extraction,wavelet decomposition and network *** results demonstrate that for significant flame wrinkling,changes in species concentrations and turbulence intensity have more pronounced effects on the flame wrinkling *** wrinkling of the flame front maintains a certain degree of similarity,as evidenced by the locally concentrated distribution of the angles of the maximum fluctuation *** disturbance energy under large-scale（D6-D8） disturbances exhibits relatively high values with a similar trend,exerting a significant impact on the geometry characteristics of the flame *** peaks of correlation degree are scattered either with the decomposition scale or the development of flame radius,indicating no linear correlation between different detail ***,the probability distribution of node degrees in key wrinkled regions exhibits different trends with that of large-scale wrinkling and disturbance energy,especially with changes in initial *** occurs because the number of key wrinkles varies based on the perturbation's strength or the region's ***,an increase in the fluctuation frequency of the flame's local radius may not necessarily lead to an increase in the number of key folded regions.

文章主要解释契约执行效率影响跨国企业离岸外包的门限效应问题。本文在Antras and Helpman(2008)模型框架下构建了契约执行效率异质性的离岸外包模型,理论推演得出契约执行效率与跨国企业的利润存在门限增长关系。这一理论推演结论得到来自中国25个省市2000-2013年面板数据的检验。实证结论还显示,当契约执行效率低于门限值,劳动力比较优势和良好的基础设施不足以吸引跨国企业离岸外包;当契约执行效率高于门限值,劳动力比较优势和良好的基础设施是跨国企业离岸外包区位决策的主要因素;当契约执行效率达到更高门限值,其对跨国企业离岸外包正向作用减弱。本文的学术价值在于很好地解释了跨国企业在我国离岸外包的新格局,以及前瞻其变动趋向。
