Based on the platform of Matlab and the theory of digital signal processing, we propose a method in the cepstrum domain for dynamic load spectra identification of machinery. We demonstrate that the dynamic load spectra can be identified from the response signal of the system, based on cepstra. An ARMA model is built based on the harmonic retrieval by high-order spectra. The coefficients of a Green function are determined and the window width can be estimated. Finally the effectiveness of the method is validated by simulation results.

为了满足插秧机自动驾驶作业需求,提高插秧机路径跟踪精度与作业效果,设计了插秧机自主驾驶控制系统。以电控化改造的久富2ZG-6D(G6)型插秧机为研究平台,基于北斗/GNSS定位建立了插秧机路径跟踪模型,提出一种改进的变论域模糊PID控制算法,并结合仿真和田间实车试验,对控制系统性能进行验证。仿真试验中,插秧机路径跟踪过程中横向偏差绝对值始终控制在0.03 m之内;田间试验时,插秧机按照规划的目标路径进行路径跟踪,横向偏差绝对值多控制在0.05 m之内,正、负横向偏差均值为0.031、0.034 m。试验结果表明:插秧机在作业行直线跟踪精度较高,设计的控制系统满足插秧作业需求。

Local extinction or population decline of large frugivorous vertebrates as primary seed dispersers,caused by hu-man disturbance and habitat change,might lead to dispersal limitation of many large-seeded fruit ***,it is not known whether or not scatter-hoarding rodents as secondary seed dispersers can help maintain natural regeneration(*** dispersal)of these frugivore-dispersed trees in the face of the functional reduction or loss of primary seed *** the present study,we investigated how scatter-hoarding rodents affect the fate of tagged seeds of a large-seeded fruit tree(Scleropyrum wallichianum Arnott,1838,Santalaceae)from seed fall to seedling establishment in a heavily defaunated tropical forest in the Xishuangbanna region of Yunnan Province,in south-west China,in 2007 and *** results show that:(i)rodents removed nearly all *** seeds in both years;(ii)a large proportion(2007,75%;2008,67.5%)of the tagged seeds were cached individually in the surface soil or under leaf litters;(iii)dispersal distance of primary caches was further in 2007(19.6±14.6 m)than that in 2008(14.1±11.6 m),and distance increased as rodents recovered and moved seeds from primary caches into subsequent caching sites;and(iv)part of the cached seeds(2007,3.2%;2008,2%)survived to the seedling stage each *** study suggests that by taking roles of both primary and secondary seed dispersers,scatter-hoarding rodents can play a significant role in maintaining seedling establishment of ***,and are able to at least partly compensate for the loss of large frugivorous vertebrates in seed dispersal.

Relay-aided device-to-device (D2D) communication is a promising technology for the next-generation cellular network. We study the transmission schemes for an amplify-and-forward relay-aided D2D system which has multiple antennas. To circumvent the prohibitive complexity problem of traditional maximum likelihood (ML) detection for full-rate space-time block code (FSTBC) transmission, two low-complexity detection methods are proposed, i.e., the detection methods with the ML-combining (MLC) algorithm and the joint conditional ML (JCML)detector. Particularly, the method with the JCML detector reduces detection delay at the cost of more storage and performs well with parallel implementation. Simulation results indicate that the proposed detection methods achieve a symbol error probability similar to that of the traditional ML detector for FSTBC transmission but with less complexity, and the performance of FSTBC transmission is significantly better than that of spatial multiplexing transmission. Diversity analysis for the proposed detection methods is also demonstrated by simulations.

Urbanization influences hydrologic cycle significantly on local,regional even global *** urbanization the water resources demand for dense population sharpened,thus it is a great challenge to ensure water supply for some metropolises such as *** area is traditionally considered as the area with lower evapotranspiration(ET) on account of the impervious surface and the lower wind *** most remote sensing models,the ET,defined as latent heat in energy budget,is estimated as the difference between net radiation and sensible *** sensible heat is generally higher in urban area due to the high surface temperature caused by heat island,therefore the latent heat(*** ET) in urban area is lower than that in other *** estimated water consumption from 2003 to 2012 in Beijing based on water balance method and found that the annual mean ET in urban area was about 654 ***,using Surface Energy Balance System(SEBS) model,the annual mean ET in urban area was only 348 *** attributed this inconsistence to the impact of anthropogenic heat and quantified this impact on the basis of the night-light ***,a new model SEBS-Urban,coupling SEBS model and anthropogenic heat was developed to estimate the ET in urban *** ET in urban area of Beijing estimated by SEBS-Urban showed a good agreement with the ET from water balance *** findings from this study highlighted that anthropogenic heat should be included in the surface energy budget for a highly urbanized area.

Recent research has demonstrated the impact of physical activity on the prognosis of glioma patients,with evidence suggesting exercise may reduce mortality risks and aid neural *** role of the small ubiquitin-like modifier(SUMO)protein,especially post-exercise,in cancer progression,is gaining attention,as are the potential anti-cancer effects of *** used machine learning to create the exercise and SUMO-related gene signature(ESLRS).This signature shows how physical activity might help improve the outlook for low-grade glioma and other *** demonstrated the prognostic and immunotherapeutic significance of ESLRS markers,specifically highlighting how murine double minute 2(MDM2),a component of the ESLRS,can be targeted by *** underscores the intricate relationship between natural compounds such as nutlin-3 and immune *** comprehensive CRISPR screening,we validated the effects of specific ESLRS genes on low-grade glioma *** also revealed insights into the effectiveness of Nutlin-3a as a potent MDM2 inhibitor through molecular docking and dynamic ***-3a inhibited glioma cell proliferation and activated the p53 *** efficacy decreased with MDM2 overexpression,and this was reversed by Nutlin-3a or *** using a low-grade glioma mouse model highlighted the effect of physical activity on oxidative stress and molecular pathway ***,both physical exercise and Nutlin-3a administration improved physical function in mice bearing tumors derived from MDM2-overexpressing *** results suggest the potential for Nutlin-3a,an MDM2 inhibitor,with physical exercise as a therapeutic approach for glioma *** research also supports the use of natural products for therapy and sheds light on the interaction of exercise,natural products,and immune regulation in cancer treatment.

Stable TiO_2–water nanofluids are prepared by a two-step method, stabilities of nanofluids are investigated by precipitation method and transmittance method respectively, and thermal conductivities and viscosities are also measured. An experimental system for studying the heat transfer enhancement of nanofluids is established,and heat transfer and flow characteristics of TiO_2–water nanofluids in heat exchanger systems with a triangular tube and circular tube are experimentally studied. The effects of nanoparticle mass fractions(ω = 0.1 wt%–0.5 wt%) and Reynolds numbers(Re = 800–10000) on the heat transfer and flow performances of nanofluids are analyzed. Fitting formulas for Nusselt number and resistance coefficient of nanofluids in a triangular tube are put forward based on the experimental data. The comprehensive performances of nanofluids in a triangular tube are investigated. It is found that nanofluids in a triangular tube can significantly improve the heat transfer performance at the cost of a small increase in resistance coefficient compared with that in a circular tube, especially the resistance coefficients are almost the same between different nanoparticle mass fractions at turbulent flow. It is also found that the comprehensive evaluation index η decreases with Reynolds number at laminar flow but a critical maximum value appears at turbulent flow.

Composition control and temperature inferential control of dividing wall column based on model predictive control and PI strategies

The dividing wall column （DWC） is considered as a major breakthrough in distillation technology and has good prospect of industrialization. Model predictive control （MPC） is an advanced control strategy that has acquired extensive applications in various industries. In this study, MPC is applied to the process for separating ethanol, n-propanol, and n-butanol ternary mixture in a fully thermally coupled DWC. Both composition control and tem- perature inferent/al control are considered. The multiobjective genetic algor/thm function ＂gamult/obj＂ in Matlab is used for the weight tuning of MPC. Comparisons are made between the control performances of MPC and PI strategies. Simulation results show that although both MPC and PI schemes can stabilize the DWC in case of feed disturbances, MPC generally behaves better than the PI strategy for both composition control and tempera- ture inferential control, resulting in a more stable and superior performance with lower values of integral of squared error （ISE）.
