Osteogenesis imperfecta(OI)is a primary bone fragility disorder with an estimated prevalence of 1/15,000 births and is a hereditary syndrome characterized by one or more of the following:fractures,blue sclerae,impaired hearing,defective dentition,and hyperlaxibility throughout life.[1,2]We report a pregnant woman with type II OI and review her prenatal counseling,diagnosis,and pregnancy management to assist obstetricians in understanding the disease and managing it in emergency situations.

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is a neurodegenerative disease,and the molecular mechanism underlying its pathology remains poorly ***,inflammation is known to play an important role in the development of this *** identify driver genes that affect the inflammatory response in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,as well as potential treatment targets,it is crucial to analyze brain tissue samples from patients with both sporadic amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and C9orf72-related amyotrophic lateral ***,in this study we used a network-driven gene analysis tool,NetBID2.0,which is based on SJARACNe,a scalable algorithm for the reconstruction of accurate cellular networks,to experimentally analyze sequencing data from patients with sporadic amyotrophic lateral *** results showed that the OSMR gene is pathogenic in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and participates in the progression of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis by mediating the neuroinflammatory ***,there were differences in OSMR activity and expression between patients with sporadic amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and those with C9orf72-related amyotrophic lateral *** findings suggest that OSMR may be a diagnostic and prognostic marker for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.

Manufacturing process,diffusion co-efficient and areal capacity are the three main criteria for regulating thick electrodes for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).However,simultaneously regulating these criteria for LIBs is desirable but remains a significant *** this work,niobium pentoxide(Nb_(2)O_(5))anode and lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO_(4))cathode materials were chosen as the model materials and demonstrate that these three parameters can be simultaneously modulated by incorporation of micro-carbon fibers(MCF)and carbon nanotubes(CNT)with both Nb_(2)O_(5) and LFP via vacuum filtration *** as-prepared MNC-20 anode and MLC-20 cathode achieves high reversible areal capacity of≈5.4 m A h cm^(-2)@0.1 C and outstanding Li-ion diffusion coefficients of≈10~(-8)cm~2 s~(-1)in the half-cell *** assembled MNC-20‖MLC-20 full cell LIB delivers maximum energy and power densities of244.04 W h kg^(-1)and 108.86 W kg^(-1),*** excellent electrochemical properties of the asprepared thick electrodes can be attributed to the highly conductive,mechanical compactness and multidimensional mutual effects of the MCF,CNT and active materials that facilitates rapid Li-ion diffusion ***,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),symmetric cells analysis,and insitu Raman techniques clearly validates the enhanced Li-ion diffusion kinetics in the present architecture.

The four-level active neutral point clamped(ANPC)inverter has become increasingly widely used in the renewable energy indus-try since it offers one more voltage level without increasing the total number of active switches compared to the three-level ANPC *** model predictive current control(MPCC)is a promising control method for multi-level ***,the conven-tional MPCC suffers from high computational complexity and tedious weighting factor tuning in multi-level inverter applications.A low-complexity MPCC without weighting factors for a four-level ANPC inverter is proposed in this *** computational burden and voltage vector candidate set are reduced according to the relationship between voltage vector and neutral point voltage *** proposed MPCC shows excellent steady-state and dynamics performances while ensuring the neutral point voltage *** efficacy of the proposed MPCC is verified by simulation and experimental results.

The design and synthesis of novel photocatalyst with self-temperature control function is an important topic in the field of advanced environmental functional *** this work,submicron-sized magnetic phase change microcapsules composed of paraffin core and Fe_(3)O_(4)-loaded silica shell are prepared,on which the Bi_(2)WO_(6)crystals is grown in situ through hydrothermal reaction to obtain novel magnetic phase-change-microcapsule-supported Bi_(2)WO_(6)catalyst(MP@FS/BWO).The MP@FS/BWO has a paraffin encapsulation ratio of 57.1%,and the phase change enthalpy of 105.1 J/g in a temperature range of 50–60℃,which endows the MP@FS/BWO with a certain self-temperature regulation ***@FS/BWO shows excellent catalytic performance in the decomposition of rhodamine B under the simulated sunlight *** the light source is turned off,it still has good catalytic ability by maintaining high temperature due to its temperature control function based on the phase transition *** MP@FS/BWO can be easily recycled by magnetic separation and shows good structural stability and *** work provides a new idea for the development of long-effect and energy-saving outdoor photocatalysts.

This paper constructs a coupled aero-hydro-elastic-servo simulation framework for a monopile offshore wind turbine(OWT).In this framework,a detailed multi-body dynamics model of the monopile OWT including the gearbox,blades,tower and other components(nacelle,hub,bedplate,etc.)has been explicitly *** effects of pile−soil interaction,controller and operational conditions on the turbine dynamic responses are studied systematically in time domain and frequency *** results show that(1)a comprehensive drivetrain model has the capability to provide a more precise representation of the complex dynamic characteristics exhibited by drivetrain components,which can be used as the basis for further study on the dynamic characteristics of the drivetrain.(2)The pile−soil interaction can influence the wind turbine dynamic responses,particularly under the parked condition.(3)The effect of the pile−soil interaction on tower responses is more significant than that on blade responses.(4)The use of the controller can substantially affect the rotor characteristics,which in turn influences the turbine dynamic responses.(5)The tower and blade displacements under the operational condition are much larger than those under the parked *** model and methodology presented in this study demonstrate potential for examining complex dynamic behaviors of the monopile *** ensure accuracy and precision,it is imperative to construct a detailed model of the wind turbine system,while also taking into account simulation efficiency.
