Antithrombotic and antiplatelet therapies in relation to risk stratification in patients with non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome： insights from the Sino-Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events

Background Antithrombotic and antiplatelet therapies have been proposed to treat non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome （NSTEACS）, yet limited information is available about their applications from a multicenter ＂real-world＂ clinical procedure, especially in China. This study was undertaken to characterize the use of antithrombotic and antiplatelet agents in relation to the risk levels of the NSTEACS patients who were enrolled in Sino-Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events （GRACEs） registry study. Methods We analyzed the data from 618 Chinese NSTEACS patients stratified into low-（n=151）, intermediate-（n=233）, and high-risk groups （n=-234） based on GRACE risk scores. The baseline characteristics, clinical presentations, antithrombotic and antiplatelet agents were recorded and compared among the three groups. Results The administration rates of low-molecular-weight heparins （LMWHs）（86.08%） and thienopyridines （85.92%） were higher whereas the administration rate of glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa inhibitor （1.78%） was much lower than those reported previously. Meanwhile, within the first 24 hours of admission, the use of heparin/LMWHs in the high-risk group was more than that in the intermediate- and low-risk groups （73.50% vs 63.09% vs 55.63%, P=0.001）. Furthermore, the combination of antithrombotic and antiplatelet medications showed no significant differences in all groups. Conclusions In the ＂real world＂ practice of China, the antithrombotic and antiplatelet therapies on NSTEACS are well adherent to the current guidelines except for several gaps, such as the very low use of glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa inhibitor. Moreover, these antithrombotic and antiplatelet treatments usually tend to be underused for the high-risk ones.

Potato grows in most part of China, it achieves higher yield and better quality in Gansu Province than in others. With global warming, its growth duration has been prolonged and sowing date become earlier than before. Therefore, to regulate its sowing date and growing period is of great significance for better harvest. In this study, experiments were conducted with six sowing-date treatments of potato in Dingxi, which is in the Loess Plateau of central Gansu Province in Northwest China in 2010. The growth period, morphological index and change in yield and their relationships with temperature, precipitation, and other climatic factors were investigated for each treatment. Results show that the crop with different sowing dates experienced different climate conditions, leading to distinct growth duration, plant height, and leaf area index. The growth duration was shortened due to a delay in sowing date. For each 15-day delay in sowing, the growth duration was reduced by 12 days on average. A significant linear relationship was found between numbers of days either from seeding to emergence or from flowering to harvest and mean temperature over the corresponding period. Dry matter accumulation, tuber fresh weight, and final yield were all decreased because of insufficient cumulative temperature over the shorter growing periods. Marked differences in tuber yield were discovered among the six treatments of sowing date, the potato planted on May 27 giving the highest yield. The potato planted either earlier or later would produce invariably lower yield than the treatment of May 27. Late May therefore can be taken as the optimum sowing time of potato in this region because the crop can fully utilize thermal resource. We conclude that to postpone sowing time is a good practice for potato production to adapt to climate warming in the Loess Plateau of central Gansu, China.

Rare earth-doped WC-Co cemented carbides with low carbon-containing level were prepared by adding mischmetal (mainly containing lanthanum and cerium) in the form of cobalt pre-alloyed powder during *** sintering, the sinter skin (exterior) was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy disperse X-ray spectroscopy(EDXS). The results show that during the sintering process lanthanum and cerium are separated and cerium predominantly migrates towards the surface forming precipitates containing *** analysis and polarization of cerium atom caused by the strong interaction between cerium atoms and high energy carbon atoms were used in explaining the observed phenomenon.

Chromophobe renal cell carcinoma （CRCC） is a distinctive, but not rare, malignant renal *** studies have revealed that the incidence of CRCC is between 3.6% and 10.4% of all kidney neoplasms. In China, the first CRCC case was described by our hospital in 1998; there have since been only a few case reports of CRCC in China and very few instances of long-term follow-up. To our knowledge, there is little information available regarding the clinical outcomes of patients with CRCC. In order to analyze the clinical and pathologic characteristics of CRCC and the prognosis in Chinese patients, we reviewed retrospectively the clinical data from cases of CRCC treated recently in our hospital.

对包含大规模场景的数字孪生系统而言,孪生模型的渲染效率对于孪生系统动态实时性和交互性具有重要影响。针对现有方案在视锥体剔除和渲染框架上的不足,提出一种基于并行计算框架的数字孪生模型视锥体细粒度剔除快速渲染新方法,将模型剖分为含相同数量三角面片的子模型,根据子模型几何坐标构建相应大小包围体,进行视锥体细粒度剔除,减少渲染流程中模型数据规模。同时,将渲染流程优化和CPU/GPU协同处理相结合,在GPU中构建并行计算框架,将原本CPU中进行的视锥体剔除和计算移植到GPU,进行视锥体剔除和操作的并行计算,进一步减少CPU计算负担。最后,以断路器数字孪生车间系统为例进行验证,结果表明,CPU、GPU渲染时间分别减少26.52%、25.51%,系统平均帧率提高28.35%,有效提升了数字孪生系统的运行效率和交互性能。

Background To repair late median nerve injury, many methods have been used in the past years. The aim of this study was to review a thirteen-year experience in restoration of thumb opposition by transposing flexor pollicis brevis muscle. Methods From July 1992 to August 2005, 63 patients without thumb opposition because of late median never injury were treated by transposing the flexor pollicis brevis muscle. All the patients had received primary nerve repair after the jnjury. The interval between the injury and the second operation was （1.87±9.31） years （6 months to 4.2 years）. The patients were followed up for 3 to 48 [months mean （22.93±9.31） months]. A functional evaluation system designed in 1992 were used to estimate the outcomes of the patients. Results All the patients gained excellent functional results without complications and disabilities during follow-up. Conclusions Restoration of thumb opposition by transposing flexsor pollicis brevis muscle has the following advantages： 1. Operative trauma is minimal; 2. It is not necessary to transpose other tendons; 3. Except for the thumb in opposition, movements of other fingers and the wrist are not restricted postoperatively.

目的探究联五脏俞穴合火针治疗心肾不交失眠疗效分析。方法选取2019年5月—2022年5月在该院传统疗法中心接受治疗的100例心肾不交失眠患者,根据治疗方式的不同平均分为观察组和对照组各50例,给予对照组患者常规取穴针刺,给予观察组患者针刺五脏俞穴与火针联合干预,比较两组的临床疗效、睡眠质量评分、治疗前后的中医证候积分和睡眠情况、心理状态及治疗满意度。结果观察组患者的临床有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05),治疗后,观察组患者的评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予心肾不交失眠患者针刺五脏俞穴与火针联合治疗,可增强患者临床疗效,改善患者的中医证候,提高其睡眠质量,对改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,增强治疗满意度具有重要意义,值得临床推广应用。
