The total dose effect of ^(60)Co γ-rays on 0.8μm H-gate partially depleted-silicon-on-insulator NMOS devices was investigated at different irradiation doses. The results show that the shift in saturation current at high dose rate is greater than that at low dose rate, due to increase in interface-state density with decreasing dose rate; the scattering effect of interface state on electrons in the channel causes degradation in carrier mobility; and the body current and transconductance of the back gate enhance low-doserate sensitivity when the irradiation is under OFF-bias. A double transconductance peak is observed at 3 kGy(Si)under high dose rates.

AIM: To investigate into the potential involvement of pyrin containing 3 gene(NLRP3), a member of the nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptors with cytosolic pattern recognition, in the host defense of corneas against ***: The herpes viral keratitis model was utilized in BALB/c mice with inoculation of herpes simplex virus-1(HSV-1). Corneal tissues removed during therapy of patients with viral keratitis as well as a Simian vacuolating virus 40(SV40)-immortalized human corneal epithelial cell line were also *** was used to detect NLRP3 in these subjects, focusing on their distribution in tissue or cells. Western blot was used to measure the level of NLRP3 and another two related molecules in NLPR3 inflammasome, namely caspase-1 and IL-1β.RESULTS: The NLRP3 activation induced by HSV-1infection in corneas was accompanied with redistribution of NLRP3 from the cytoplasm to the nucleus in both murine and human corneal epithelial cells. Furthermore,in the SV40-immortalized human corneal epithelial cells,NLRP3 was exclusively located in the nucleus, and treatment of the cells with high concentration of extracellular potassium(known as an inhibitor of NLRP3activation) effectively drove NLRP3 back to the cytoplasm as reflected by both immunohistochemistry and Western blot.· CONCLUSION: It is proposed that herpes virus infection activates and causes redistribution of NLRP3 to nuclei. Whether this NLRP3 translocation occurs with other viral infections and in other cell types merit further study.

The design and fabrication of high toughness electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding composite films with diminished reflection are an imperative task to solve electromagnetic pollution *** MXene/ANF(aramid nanofibers)–MoS_(2)composite films with nacre-like layered structure here are fabricated after the introduction of MoS_(2)into binary MXene/ANF composite *** introduction of MoS_(2)fulfills an impressive“kill three birds with one stone”improvement effect:lubrication toughening mechanical performance,reduction in secondary reflection pollution of electromagnetic wave,and improvement in the performance of photothermal *** the introduction of MoS_(2)into binary MXene/ANF(mass ratio of 50:50),the strain to failure and tensile strength increase from 22.1±1.7%and 105.7±6.4 MPa and to 25.8±0.7%and 167.3±9.1 MPa,*** toughness elevates from 13.0±4.1 to 26.3±0.8 MJ m^(−3)(~102.3%)*** the reflection shielding effectiveness(SE_(R))of MXene/ANF(mass ratio of 50:50)decreases~10.8%.EMI shielding effectiveness(EMI SE)elevates to 41.0 dB(8.2–12.4 GHz);After the introduction of MoS_(2)into binary MXene/ANF(mass ratio of 60:40),the strain to failure increases from 18.3±1.9%to 28.1±0.7%(~53.5%),the SE_(R)decreases~22.2%,and the corresponding EMI SE is 43.9 *** MoS_(2)also leads to a more efficient photothermal conversion performance(~45 to~55℃).Additionally,MXene/ANF–MoS_(2)composite films exhibit excellent electric heating performance,quick temperature elevation(15 s),excellent cycle stability(2,2.5,and 3 V),and long-term stability(2520 s).Combining with excellent mechanical performance with high MXene content,electric heating performance,and photothermal conversion performance,EMI shielding ternary MXene/ANF–MoS_(2)composite films could be applied in many industrial *** work broadens how to achieve a balance between mechanical properties and versatility of composites in the case of high-function fillers.

Objective:To study the mechanism of Yuanhuzhitong decoction for the treatment of osteoarthritis from the perspective of network ***:The active ingredients of Yuanhuzhitong decoction were screened out from the TCMSP database,and then the targets of the active ingredients were *** drug-ingredient-target network was constructed using Cytoscape *** genes of osteoarthritis were obtained by OMIM,GeneCards and DisGeNET *** targets and disease targets were mapped together,and the relationship of the key target protein-protein interaction(PPI)was obtained through the online STRING *** targets were analyzed by Clue GO plug-in for GO functional enrichment and KEGG signaling pathway ***:A total of 71 active ingredients and 99 unique targets of alkaloids,coumarins,volatile oils,steroids,etc were obtained through the threshold of OB 30%and DL 0.18.45 common targets were obtained through Venn diagram,among which the core targets were IL6,VEGFA,CASP3,CCND1,ESR1,*** enrichment analysis revealed that the biological processes of Yuanhuzhitong decoction for OA were mainly concentrated in cell migration,differentiation,nucleotide metabolism and synthesis,regulation of pri-miRNA transcription by RNA polymerase II,and *** analysis showed that Yuanhuzhitong decoction may act on HIF-1 signal pathway,TNF signal pathway,NF-κB signal pathway and other *** results showed that the main active ingredients in Yuanhuzhitong decoction could play an important role for the treatment of osteoarthritis through"multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway".Conclusion:This study analyzed the main active ingredients,key targets,signaling pathways and mechanism of Yuanhuzhitong decoction from the perspective of network pharmacology,laying a foundation for further exploration of its mechanism.
