Marine organisms perform a sea of diel *** diel dynamics have been shown to be driven by light,energy resources,circadian rhythms,and the coordinated coupling of photoautotrophs and heterotrophic ***,we explore the diel fluctuation of viral production and decay and their impact on the total and active bacterial community in the coastal and open seawaters of the South China *** results showed that the night-production diel pattern of lytic viral production was concurrent with the lower viral decay at night,contributing to the accumulation of the viral population size during the night for surface *** diel variations in bacterial activity,community composition,and diversity were found highly affected by viral *** was revealed by the finding that bacterial community diversity was positively correlated to lytic viral production in the euphotic zone of the open ocean but was negatively related to lysogenic viral production in the coastal *** distinct but contrasting correlations suggest that viral life strategies can not only contribute to diversifying bacterial community but also potentially piggyback their host to dominate bacterial community,suggesting the tightly synchronized depth-dependent and habitat-specific diel patterns of virus-host *** further implies that viruses serve as an ecologically important driver of bacterial diel dynamics across the ocean,highlighting the viral roles in bacterial ecological and biogeochemical processes in the ocean.

Halomonas ***-3 was isolated from the Yellow Sea and identified as a polyphosphate-accumulating bacterium and the characteristics of its intracellular polyphosphate(polyP)granules and phosphorus absorption were *** YSR-3 cells stored one or two polyP granules in regular appearance and *** diameter of the granules was about 400 nm measuring by a transmission electron microscope(TEM).After stained with 4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole(DAPI)and visualized by a fluorescence microscope,the cells turned blue and the granules were bright *** composition of granules includes P(major ingredient),Mg,S,K,and Ca as detected by an energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(EDS).When inorganic phosphorus(po34-)and ferric ion(Fe3+)were added into media,the biomass increased and the cells formed intracellular polyP granules owing to the phosphorus assimilation from *** YSR-3 obtained higher biomass by adding 0.02 g/L FePO4 than 0.005 g/L and 0.01 g/L FePO4;however,the phosphorus absorption was higher with 0.01 g/L FePO4 than 0.005 g/L and 0.02 g/L *** optical density at wavelength 480 nm(OD480nm)was 0.79 and 100%cells could form intracellular polyP *** results show that strain YSR-3 is able to acquire higher biomass and absorb more inorganic phosphorus when 0.01 g/L FePO4 is *** characteristics of absorbing and storing phosphorus as intracellular inorganic polyP granules have a potential for application in high-efficiency phosphorus removal in wastewater treatment.

Based on palaeomagnetic studies of the Precambrian gold deposits in the Xiong'ershan area, Henan Province, the authors infer that the ore-forming processes of the Beiling alteration-type gold ore deposit and the Dianfang breccia-type gold ore deposit started in the Proterozoic, and was superimposed by later mineralization, whereas the mineralization age of the Jiguanshan quartz- vein type gold ore deposit is Yanshanian.

随着全球能源的消耗加剧,热电器件的开发应用成为解决能源消耗问题的有效途径之一,其中,碲化铋(Bi_(2)Te_(3))基柔性热电器件因在可穿戴领域逐步实现应用,得到了学界和业界的广泛关注。然而,受其材料成本较高、刚性结构等多方面因素的限制,Bi_(2)Te_(3)基柔性热电器件难以在保持高效热电性能的同时,实现柔性可穿戴化应用。本文系统地阐述了当前Bi_(2)Te_(3)基柔性热电器件在材料复合与柔性结构设计上的研究进展,特别是在柔性结构设计上,涵盖了块状、膜类及纱线型3种结构。最后,总结分析了Bi_(2)Te_(3)柔性热电器件未来可能面临的挑战与发展趋势,以期促进热电器件在可穿戴领域实现广泛应用。

采用食盐溶液作为渗透液,以食盐溶液的浓度、固液比和渗透温度为因素,通过正交试验设计,分析了各因素对怀山药渗透脱水率的影响。结果表明,温度是影响失水率的最主要因素,其次是溶液浓度,固液比的影响最小;同时确定了渗透脱水的最佳方案。

The effect of annealing treatment on the mechanical properties and microstructure of cold-rolled Cu-20% Zn alloys was investigated in this work. Mechanical properties changed dramatically with the increase of temperature. According to the microhardness test, it can roughly concluded that 150 ℃ is the optimal annealing temperature for deformation, at which a uniform elongation increased from 1.4658% before annealing to about 6.89%, and the elongation to failure increased from 7.426% to 16.81% with the same strength almost retained. The changes of microstructure during the annealing process are mainly distributed to the improvement of mechanical properties.
