The high similarity of shellfish images and unbalanced samples are key factors affecting the accuracy of shellfish *** study proposes a new shellfish recognition method FL_Net based on a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN).We first establish the shellfish image(SI)dataset with 68 species and 93574 images,and then propose a filter pruning and repairing model driven by an output entropy and orthogonality measurement for the recognition of shellfish with high similarity features to improve the feature expression ability of valid *** the shellfish recognition with unbalanced samples,a hybrid loss function,including regularization term and focus loss term,is employed to reduce the weight of easily classified samples by controlling the shared weight of each sample species to the total *** experimental results show that the accuracy of shell-fish recognition of the proposed method is 93.95%,13.68%higher than the benchmark network(VGG16),and the accuracy of shellfish recognition is improved by 0.46%,17.41%,17.36%,4.46%,1.67%,and 1.03%respectively compared with AlexNet,GoogLeNet,ResNet50,SN_Net,MutualNet,and ResNeSt,which are used to verify the efficiency of the proposed method.

The advancement of direct seawater electrolysis is a significant step towards sustainable hydrogen production,addressing the critical need for renewable energy sources and efficient resource ***,direct seawater electrolysis has to face several challenges posed by the corrosiveness of highly concentrated chloride and the competitive chlorine evolution reaction(ClER).To overcome these issues,we designed a novel NiP_(2)@CoP electrocatalyst on a porous titanium microfiltration(Ti MF)*** obtained bifunctional NiP_(2)@CoP catalyst outperforms the Pt/C and IrO_(2),as evidenced by its low overpotentials of 192 and 425 mV at a current density of 500 mA·cm^(-2) for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in alkaline seawater(1 M KOH+0.5 M NaCl),***,only 231 and 569 mV overpotentials are required at the current density of 1500 mA·cm^(-2) towards HER and OER in alkaline seawater,*** importantly,no ClER was observed,demonstrating its excellent selectivity to *** selection of porous Ti MF membrane as an electrode substrate further enhances the performance by providing a robust structure that promotes the fast generation and release of gas *** promising outcomes obtained with NiP_(2)@CoP catalysts on Ti MF support,therefore,pave the way for the commercial viability of direct seawater electrolysis technologies at industrial-level current densities.

Progress in the beam commissioning of separated function RFQ accelerator

Separated Function RFQ (SFRFQ) was proposed as a post accelerator of RFQ to accelerate heavy ions at low frequency. It introduces gap accelerating in the quadrupole electrodes, and therefore it has higher accelerating efficiency than the conventional RFQ accelerator. The first SFRFQ prototype cavity has been specially designed and constructed as a post accelerator to accelerate O+ beam from 1.03 MeV to 1.64 MeV. Based on accomplishment of low power measurement and high power test, the beam commissioning was carried out to verify its feasibility. The measured energy gain per cell of SFRFQ is 45 keV, which is about 60% higher than that of Peking University Integral Split Ring (ISR) RFQ.

To identify the abnormal characteristics of the oplegnathus punctatus is great importance to the detection of iridovirus disease in the breeding *** this paper,an advanced neural network model to identify the characteristics of the oplegnathus puncta-tus and predict its different periods of suffering from iridovirus disease is proposed based on the establishment of a data *** of all,a standard format data set of oplegnathus punctatus and an abnormal format date set are established in order to verify the effective-ness of the method in this *** then,the feature extraction fusion method is used for preprocessing in terms of the abnormal format data set,which combines the edge fea-tures extracted by the improved multi-template Sobel operator and the color features extracted by the HSV ***,an improved VGG-GoogleNet network recognition model comes into being through the fusion and improvement of the VGG and GoogleNet neural network *** experiments results show that the prediction accuracy rate for oplegnathus punctatus suffering from iridovirus disease in the the abnormal format data set and the standard format data set are improved,which reach 98.55%and 69.18%.

The gradual subduction-collision evolution model of Proto-South China Sea and its control on oil and gas

This study involved outcrop,drilling,seismic,gravity,and magnetic data to systematically document the geological records of the subduction process of Proto-South China Sea(PSCS)and establish its evolution *** results indicate that a series of arc-shaped ophiolite belts and calcalkaline magmatic rocks are developed in northern Borneo,both of which have the characteristics of gradually changing younger from west to east,and are direct signs of subduction and collision of *** the same time,the subduction of PSCS led to the formation of three accretion zones from the south to the north in Borneo,the Kuching belt,Sibu belt,and Miri *** sedimentary formation of northern Borneo is characterized by a three-layer structure,with the oceanic basement at the bottom,overlying the deep-sea flysch deposits of the Rajang–Crocker group,and the molasse sedimentary sequence that is dominated by river-delta and shallow marine facies at the top,recording the whole subduction–collision–orogeny process of ***,seismic reflection and tomography also confirmed the subduction and collision of *** on the geological records of the subduction and collision of PSCS,combined with the comprehensive analysis of segmented expansion and key tectonic events in the South China Sea,we establish the“gradual”subduction-collision evolution model of *** the late Eocene to middle Miocene,the Zengmu,Nansha,and Liyue–Palawan blocks were separated by West Baram Line and Balabac Fault,which collided with the Borneo block and Kagayan Ridge successively from the west to the east,forming several foreland basin systems,and PSCS subducted and closed from the west to the *** subduction and extinction of PSCS controlled the oil and gas distribution pattern of southern South China Sea(SSCS)mainly in three ***,the“gradual”closure process of PSCS led to the continuous development of many large deltas in ***,the deltas formed during the subduction–collision of PS

A multi-scale features-based method to detect Oplegnathus

It is of great significance to use underwater video and image processing technology to detect and analyze fish *** this paper,an Oplegnathus image dataset for fish behaviors study by deep learning algorithm is constructed,and the data is captured from two cameras(one above water and another below water);and then an improved Neural Network model based on multi-scale features is proposed for fish behaviors learning *** overcome the occlusion and blur problems of the images,the lightweight neu-ral network MobileNet-SSD is improved by adding a dilate convolution,and SE blocks are added to the feature maps at different scales to establish a self-attention mechanism;the Focal Loss function is used to calculate the classification loss and to balance the propor-tion of background and target *** results of the experiments show that the aver-age behaviors detection accuracy of our method reach 90.94%and 88.36%in both overwater and underwater datasets.

The geological characteristics of the large-and medium-sized gas fields in the South China Sea

By the end of 2019,more than 220 gas fields had been discovered in the South China *** order to accurately determine the geological characteristics of the large-and medium-sized gas fields in the South China Sea,this study conducted a comprehensive examination of the gas *** on the abundant available geologic and geochemical data,the distribution and key controlling factors of the hydrocarbon accumulation in the South China Sea were *** geological and geochemical features of the gas fields were as follows:(1)the gas fields were distributed similar to beads in the shape of a"C"along the northern,western,and southern continental margins;(2)the natural gas in the region was determined to be composed of higher amounts of alkane gas and less CO2;(3)the majority of the alkane gas was observed to be coal-type gas;(4)the gas reservoir types included structural reservoirs,lithologic reservoirs,and stratigraphic reservoirs,respectively;(5)the reservoir ages were mainly Oligocene,Miocene,and Pliocene,while the lithology was mainly organic reef,with some sandstone deposits;and(6)the main hydrocarbon accumulation period for the region was determined to be the late Pliocene-Quaternary *** addition,the main controlling factors of the gas reservoirs were confirmed to have been the development of coal measures,sufficient thermal evolution,and favorable migration and accumulation conditions.

Explosion damage effects of aviation kerosene storage tank under strong ignition

In order to study the blast damage effects of aviation kerosene storage tanks,the out-field explosion experiments of 8 m3fixed-roof tanks were carried *** fragments,shock wave and fireball thermal radiation of the tank in the presence of bottom oil,half oil and full oil,as well as empty tank,were investigated under internal explosion by various TNT charge contents(1.8 kg,3.5 kg and 6.2 kg).The results showed that the tank roof was the only fragment produced,and the damage forms could be divided into three *** increase of TNT charge content and oil volume enlarged the deformation of the tank,while the hole ratio presented a trend of increase first and then *** H_r,maxand V_(max)values positively increased as increasing the TNT charge content and oil volume(from empty to half oil),but decreased in full *** Pmaxvalues had a progressive increase with the increment of TNT charge content,but not the case with the increase in oil *** development of fireball was divided into three stages:tank roof‘towed'flame,jet flow flame tumbling and rising,and jet flow flame *** Dmaxand Hf,maxvalues both increased as increasing TNT charge content and oil *** oscillation phenomenon of fireball temperature was observed in the cooling *** average temperature of fireball surface was positively correlated with TNT charge content,and negatively correlated with oil volumes.
