目的分析江苏省食源性疾病监测体系的现状及存在的问题,并提出对策与建议,为了更好的发挥食源性疾病监测体系在保障食品安全中的作用。方法对哨点医院、分子溯源网络实验室、食品安全信息管理的建设和运行过程中出现的问题进行深入分析和总结。结果目前存在哨点医院医生主动报告意识弱,病例信息报告不及时、不完整;疾控机构和医疗机构的协作机制不完善;信息化标准不统一、重复建设等问题。结论建议将哨点医院分为主动监测和病例信息报告两类管理,加快基于医院HIS的食源性报告信息标准化,努力提升基层疾控机构的食源性疾病暴发的溯源能力。

Nano rotor is of great value in military and civilian *** to its nano size,it works at an ultra-low Reynolds number and aerodynamic performance deteriorates *** bio-inspired nano rotor is carried out to improve the rotor propulsive *** vortex lattice method(UVLM)model is established fully considering the influence of induced drag and wake vortex distortion on aerodynamic *** aim is to quickly and accurately simulate the flow field around the bio-inspired nano rotor and to efficiently perform the aerodynamic calculation to optimise the design of the bio-inspired *** rotor parameters and motion parameters such as aspect ratio,taper ratio and camber are studied using *** is found that the aerodynamic performance of the rotor increased with the aspect *** quality factor changes parabolically with the taper ratio and camber,and there is an optimal value for the ratio and camber,*** influences of pitching angle and frequency are investigated as *** show that the bio-inspired motion improves the propulsion performance of nano rotor.

目的通过16S rRNA宏基因组测序技术和细菌培养法对肠道菌群变化与新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎开展关联性分析。方法2018年9月至2019年3月在南京市妇幼保健院新生儿ICU病房内随机选取10例NEC病例及6例对照进行肠道菌群的16S rRNA宏基因组物种多样性分析,并对51例NEC患儿及其对照粪便样本和相应的环境样本开展梭菌属的分离与培养。结果病例组的组内样本离散程度小于对照组,样本物种多样性高于对照组;在梭菌属的分离培养中,病例组梭菌属总体检出率为43.14%(22/51),丁酸梭菌检出率最高(19.61%,10/51),且在两组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.85,P=0.01558);全部的梭菌属菌株均未携带A,B和E型神经毒素基因。结论肠道菌群多样性升高、肠道菌群丰度与梭菌属的丰度变化可能与NEC患儿的肠道内环境状态密切相关;梭菌属特别是丁酸梭菌可能与NEC发生有关。

多金属氧簇(POMs)是由前过渡金属原子(Mo、W、V、Nb和Ta等)和共用氧原子相互连接而成的一类性能优异的金属氧簇合物。通过在原子水平上对POMs可进行调控,可以使其具有丰富多彩的结构。因POMs具有快速、可逆多电子转移行为,在催化、材料、能源及药学等领域的应用备受关注,已成为多学科相互交叉融合的研究热点。近年来,由于电催化具有绿色清洁、原子利用率高、经济环保等特点,受到了广泛的关注。综述了POMs在电催化水分解、电催化有机分子增值转化、电催化CO_(2)转化等方面催化特性及应用,对未来POMs电催化化学发展趋势进行了展望。

By virtue of the excellent plasticity and tunable transport properties,Ag_(2)S-based materials demonstrate an intriguing prospect for flexible or hetero-shaped thermoelectric *** them,Ag_(2)S_(1-x)Te_(x)exhibits rich and interesting variations in crystal structure,mechanical and thermoelectric transport ***,Te alloying obviously introduces extremely large order-disorder distributions of cations and anions,leading to quite complicated crystal structures and thermoelectric *** composition-structure-performance correlation of Ag_(2)S_(1-x)Te_(x)still remains to be *** this work,we designed and prepared a series of Ag_(2)S_(1-x)Te_(x)(x=0-0.3)materials with low Te *** discovered that the monoclinic-to-cubic phase transition occurs around x=0.16 at room *** alloying plays a similar role as heating in facilitating this monoclinic-to-cubic phase transition,which is analyzed based on the thermodynamic *** with the monoclinic counterparts,the cubic-structured phases are more ductile and softer in mechanical *** addition,the cubic phases show a degenerately semiconducting behavior with higher thermoelectric performance.A maximum zT=0.8 at 600 K and bending strain larger than 20% at room temperature were obtained in Ag_(2)S_(0.7)Te_(0.3).This work provides a useful guidance for designing Ag_(2)S-based alloys with enhanced plasticity and high thermoelectric performance.

Various advanced microwave absorbing materials have been developed for reducing/avoiding the harm of microwave *** them,core-shell structural nanomaterials have been widely fabricated for microwave ***,the“structure-performance”relationship between shell thickness and microwave absorption performance is rarely *** this paper,we first explored the“structure-performance”relationship between shell thickness and microwave absorption performance,based on the core-shellα-Fe_(2)O_(3)@SiO_(2)nanoparticles with a constantα-Fe_(2)O_(3)-core size and changeable SiO_(2)-shell *** increasing the SiO_(2)-shell thickness,the microwave absorption ability first increased,then *** a proper SiO_(2)-shell thickness of 35 nm,α-Fe_(2)O_(3)@SiO_(2)sample achieved the strongest microwave absorbing ability with a reflection loss minimum value of-4.3 d B,better than that of pureα-Fe_(2)O_(3)(-3.8 dB).This enhanced microwave absorption performance was mainly derived from the di-electric *** the absolute value of the reflection loss was relatively low(-4.3 d B),this study shed an important reference on designing next-generation advanced iron oxide-based materials for mi-crowave absorption.

A W-Mo mineralized region is located along the northern margin of the South Qinling tectonic belt of China. WMo mineralization occurs mainly in Cambrian–Ordovician clastic and carbonate rocks, and the ore bodies are structurally controlled by NW–SE-and NNE–SSW-striking faults. Evidence for magmatism in the area is widespread and is dominated by intermediate–felsic intrusives or apophyses, such as the Dongjiangkou, Yanzhiba, Lanbandeng, and Sihaiping granitic bodies. Quartz-vein-type mineralization and fault-controlled skarn-type mineralization dominate the ore systems, with additional enrichment in residual deposits. At present, there are few or insufficient studies on(1) the age of mineralization,(2) the relationship between intermediate–felsic granite and W-Mo mineralization,(3) the source of ore-forming materials, and(4) the metallogenic and tectonic setting of the mineralized area. In this paper, we present geochronology results for numerous intrusive granitic bodies in the South Qinling tectonic belt. U-Pb zircon geochronology of the Lanbandeng monzogranite and Wangjiaping biotite monzogranite yields ages of 222.7 ± 2.3 and 201.9 ± 1.8 Ma, respectively. In contrast to the Late Triassic age of the Lanbandeng monzogranite, the age of the newly discovered Wangjiaping biotite monzogranite places it at the Triassic–Jurassic boundary. Re-Os molybdenite geochronology on the Qipangou W-Mo deposit yielded a model age of 199.7 ± 3.9 Ma, indicating the deposit formed in the early Yanshanian period of the Early Jurassic. Granitoid intrusions in the mineralized area are characterized by composite granite bodies that crystallized at ca. 240–190 Ma. While there were multiple stages of intrusion, most occurred at 210–220 Ma, with waning magmatic activity at 200–190 Ma. The Re-Os age of molybdenite in the region is ca. 200–190 Ma, which may represent a newly discovered period of W-Mo metallogenesis that occurred during the final stages of magmatism. 传统的挖掘算法Apriori是依据统计学中的数据显著性挖掘关联规则,需多次扫描数据库,效率较低,且忽视了数据显著性与价值性不匹配的问题。针对"大数据"下容易产生数量繁多但无效的关联规则,通过采用基于布尔矩阵挖掘关联规则的算法,只扫描一次数据库,得出布尔矩阵及相应的利润矩阵,随后根据"二八法则"设定对客户最具吸引力的"最小价值度",最终挖掘出高价值的关联规则,从而提高规则挖掘的效率及价值。
