This paper studies the thrust regulation of the tethered space-tug in order to stabilize the target towed by a flexible *** compromise between model accuracy and simplicity,a rigid-flexible coupling multi-body model is proposed as the full model of the tethered *** specifically,the tug and the towed target are assumed as rigid bodies,whereas the flexible tether is approximated as a series of hinged *** rods are assumed extensible but *** the equations of motion of the multi-body system are derived based on the recursive dynamics *** attitude motion of the towed target is stabilized by regulating the thrust on the tug,whereas the tether-tension-caused perturbation to the tug's attitude motion is eliminated by the control torque on the *** regulated thrust is achieved by first designing an optimal control trajectory considering the simplified system model with constraints for both state variables and control *** the trajectory is tracked using a neural-network based terminal sliding-mode *** radial basis function neural network is used to estimate the unknown nonlinear difference between the simple model and the full model,while the terminal sliding mode controller ensures the rapid tracking control of the target's attitude *** saturation and tether slackness avoidance are also ***,numerical simulations prove the effectiveness of the proposed controller using the regulated *** disturbing orbital motion much,the attitude motion of the tug and the target are well stabilized and the tether slackness is avoided.

Pyrite-type sulfides(PTS)exhibit promising intrinsic activities for oxygen reduction and evolution reactions(ORR/OER).However,their poor electrical conductivities may limit the charge transfer rate to inevitably lower ***,yolk-shell structured cobalt-pyrite nanospheres(CoS_(2)YSS)are prepared and modified with amino groups as nucleation sites for coupling highly-conductive needle-like nitrogendoped carbon via a facile solvothermal method(CoS_(2)YSS@NC).The as-marked CoS_(2)YSS@NC-0.5 shows a gap between yolk and shell,and an obvious exterior layer of grafted NC,which can provide an integrated structure,an interior place,and three exposed surfaces on CoS_(2).CoS_(2)YSS@NC-0.5 reveals higher ORR activity(half-wave potential of 0.88 V)and methanol resistance than commercial Pt/*** to in-situ formation of highly-active CoOOH,CoS_(2)YSS@NC-0.5 shows a better overpotential(244 mV at 10 mA/cm^(2))and Tafel slope(135 mV/dec)than ***-air battery with CoS_(2)YSS@NC-0.5 air-cathode exhibits good open circuit potential(1.44 V),specific capacity(772.5 mAh/g)and cycling ***-like NC layer coated on the yolk-shell structure of CoS_(2)effectively lowers the charge transfer resistance to obtain extraordinary ORR/OER *** indicates that the integration of highly-conductive carbon onto pyritetype sulfides is an effective strategy to acquire durable bifunctional ORR/OER catalysts.

Observation of two-times self-focusing of femtosecond laser beam in ZnO crystal by two-photon luminescence

By ‘‘seeing" the green two-photon luminescence, two separate focusing points are observed on the propagation axis of a converging femtosecond laser beam in a ZnO single crystal rod. It is found that the selffocusing effect makes a significant contribution to the formation of the first focusing point, while the second focusing point is caused by self-refocusing. The position of the first focusing point is in good agreement with the value predicted by a model developed by Chin and his co-workers. These experimental findings could be the unprecedented evidence for the self-focusing and refocusing effect of the femtosecond laser filament propagation in nonlinear media.

A strategy for spacecraft autonomous rendezvous on an elliptical orbit in situation of no orbit information is developed. Lawden equation is used to describe relative motion of two spacecraft. Then an adaptive gain factor is introduced, and an adaptive control law for auton- omous rendezvous on the elliptical orbit is designed using Lyapunov approach. The relative motion is proved to be ultimately bounded under this control law, and the final relative position error can achieve the expected magnitude. Simulation results indicate that the adaptive control law can realize autonomous rendezvous on the elliptical orbit with relative state information only.

为了诊断青岛博隆实验动物养殖基地比格犬病死原因并制定有效防控措施,试验通过临床观察和病理解剖对病犬进行初步诊断;无菌采集病死幼犬肺组织,采用特异性聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)诊断三种常见犬呼吸道病毒,通过细菌形态学观察、生化试验、基因测序鉴定分离病原菌,并通过小鼠致病性试验和药敏试验分析其致病性和优化用药方案。结果表明:犬发病时主要表现为咳嗽、流鼻涕、食欲不振和轻度腹泻等症状。剖检可见胸腔积液,肺叶淤血和坏死。PCR鉴定犬腺病毒2型(canineadenovirus type 2,CAV 2)、H3N2亚型犬流感病毒(H3N2 subtype canine influenza virus,CIV)和犬副流感病毒(canine parainfluenza virus,CPIV)均为阴性。细菌分离培养显示为该菌革兰氏阴性的粗短杆菌;生化试验和16S rDNA测序鉴定该菌为肺炎克雷伯菌。回归试验结果表明该菌可引起小鼠肺炎症状,具有较强致病力。药敏试验结果显示分离菌株对阿奇霉素、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星敏感,对氨苄西林、头孢他啶、庆大霉素、头孢噻肟、头孢替安、头孢曲松耐药。经犬舍消毒和药物治疗后,该犬养殖场的病情得到有效控制。

Crystallization is an important unit operation in the pharmaceutical industry. At present, most pharmaceutical crystallization processes are performed in batches. However, due to product variability from batch to batch and to the low productivity of batch crystallization, continuous crystallization is gaining increasing attention. In the past few years, progress has been made to allow the products of continuous crystallization to meet different requirements. This review summarizes the progress in pharmaceutical continuous crystallization from a product engineering perspective. The advantages and disadvantages of different types of continuous crystallization are compared, with the main difference between the two main types of crystallizers being their difference in residence time distribution. Approaches that use continuous crystallization to meet different quality requirements are summarized. Continuous crystallization has advantages in terms of size and morphology control. However, it also has the problem of a process yield that may be lower than that of a batch process, especially in the production of chirality crystals. Finally, different control strategies are compared.

Determination of metastable zone and induction time of analgin for cooling crystallization

The solubility, metastable zone width, and induction time of analgin for unseeded batch cooling crystallization in ethanol–aqueous system were experimentally determined. The solubility data could be well described by the van't Hoff equation model. The metastable zone width at various cooling rates was measured, and some parameters of nucleation kinetic were calculated using the Ny'vlt theory. Furthermore, the induction period of various temperatures and supersaturation ratios was also measured. According to classical nucleation theory, some nucleation parameters and interfacial energy was calculated through the induction time(t_(ind)) data. Homogeneous nucleation tended to occur when the supersaturation is high, whereas heterogeneous nucleation was more likely to occur when the supersaturation is low.

GaInP alloy could be the most trusted key material for fabricating super-high-efficiency single-and multijunction solar cells, especially for space applications. The storage and transfer of optical excitation energy in this key alloy is thus a key subject of the energy conversion from optical to electrical. In this article we present a study of the subject through investigating photoluminescence(PL) degradation in the GaInP epilayer at 4 K under the continuous optical excitations of ultraviolet(UV) 325 nm, visible 488.0 and 514.5 nm lasers. It is found that the decline of PL intensity with the irradiation time may be represented by I(t)/I0=(1 + tτ-1)-1+C, where I0 is the luminescence intensity at the beginning of irradiation, a time constant, and C a background. Moreover, the PL degradation degree reduces with increasing the excitation wavelength. In addition, some red shift of the PL peak is observed accompanying with the intensity decline under the UV laser excitation. These PL signatures indicate that the localized carriers within the local atomic ordering domains play a major role in the storage and transfer of the excitation energy via photon recycling processes.
