Trustworthy semi-supervised anomaly detection for online‐tooffline logistics business in merchant identification

The rise of online-to-offline(O2O)e-commerce business has brought tremendous opportunities to the logistics *** the online-to-offline logistics business,it is essential to detect anomaly merchants with fraudulent shipping behaviours,such as sending other merchants'packages for profit with their low *** can help reduce the financial losses of platforms and ensure a healthy *** anomaly detection studies have mainly focused on online fraud behaviour detection,such as fraudulent purchase and comment behaviours in ***,these methods are not suitable for anomaly merchant detection in logistics due to the more complex online and offline operation of package-sending behaviours and the interpretable requirements of offline deployment in ***,a semi-supervised multiview fusion-based Anomaly Detection framework in online-to-offline logistics is proposed,which consists of a basic version SemiDet and an attention-enhanced multi-view fusion *** SemiDet,pair-wise data augmentation is first conducted to promote model robustness and address the challenge of limited labelled anomaly ***,SemiDet calculates the anomaly scoring of each merchant with an auto-encoder *** the multi-relationships among logistics merchants,a multi-view attention fusion-based anomaly detection network is further designed to capture merchants'mutual influences and improve the anomaly merchant detection performance.A post-hoc perturbation-based interpretation model is designed to output the importance of different views and ensure the trustworthiness of end-to-end anomaly *** framework based on an eight-month real-world dataset collected from one of the largest logistics platforms in China is evaluated,involving 6128 merchants and 16 million historical order consignor records in *** results show that the proposed model outperforms other baselines in both AUC-ROC and AUC-PR metrics.

High-excited-state splitting and multimode vibrational coupling in Mn^(4+)-activated fluoride phosphor

Excited-states play a crucial role in the optical absorption and luminescence of solids and hence their accurate information is highly desired. Herein, we attempt to seize the excited-states information of Mn^(4+)ions in K_(2)SiF_(6) microcrystals via measuring and calculating their variable-temperature photoluminescence excitation(PLE) spectra. At cryogenic temperatures, an unpredicted splitting of the high-excited-state is observed. Moreover, the two-split high-excited-state levels are further revealed to primarily couple with the two hyperfine split modes of quasi-localized ν2 vibration in the distorted Mn-F_(6) octahedral configuration,whereas the coupling strengths are found to be substantially different from each other. The slightly split vibrational mode is firmly supported by the low-temperature Raman spectra. Jahn-Teller lattice distortion is believed to be responsible for the observed splitting of the electronic high-excited-state and the quasi-localized vibrational mode.

A universal performance-enhancing method for Li-S batteries:the cathode material of Li_(2)S@Li_(2)S_(2)@Li_(2)S_(6) double-shell structure

Lithium sulfide(Li_(2)S)as a cathode material for lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries,one of the most promising advanced batteries in the future,has received tremendous attention in the past ***,developing the practical Li_(2)S cathode confronts challenges of low conductivity for Li-ions and electrons,high sensitivity to environmental moisture,big overpotential barrier to electrochemical activation,and poor cyclability due to the shuttle effect of intermediate *** article herein reports a simple and effective strategy for making Li_(2)S@Li_(2)S_(2)@Li_(2)S_(6) double-shelled microparticles,which can significantly mitigate these *** are synthesized by dissolving Li2S together with S in dimethoxyethane,then drying off the solvent,and finally calcining the collected *** with pure Li_(2)S,such a double-shell material presents a 26.7% improvement in cycling capacity,0.5 V lower in activation overpotential,and prolonged tolerance in the ambient *** density functional theory calculation shows that the performance enhancement lies in the higher stability of Li2S6in contact with moisture and some autocatalytic effect of Li_(2)S_(2)@Li_(2)S_(6).Such a double-shell structure becomes a universal performanceenhancing approach when being combined with other means,such as cathodes composited with catalytic MoS_(2),separators modified with selenium-doped sulfurized-polyacrylonitrile/montmorillonite,electrolytes containing fluorenone additive,and Li anodes coated with a layer of Li_(3)*** corresponding capacity retention shows up to 80%improvement compared with pure Li_(2)S.

Untrained neural network for linear tomographic absorption spectroscopy

Linear tomographic absorption spectroscopy(LTAS) is a non-destructive diagnostic technique widely employed for gas *** inverse problem of LTAS represents a classic example of an ill-posed problem. Linear iterative algorithms are commonly employed to address such problems, yielding generally poor reconstruction results due to the incapability to incorporate suitable prior conditions within the reconstruction process. Data-driven deep neural networks(DNN) have shown the potential to yield superior reconstruction results; however, they demand a substantial amount of measurement data that is challenging to *** surmount this limitation, we proposed an untrained neural network(UNN) to tackle the inverse problem of LTAS. In conjunction with an early-stopping method based on running variance, UNN achieves improved reconstruction accuracy without supplementary training data. Numerical studies are conducted to explore the optimal network architecture of UNN and to assess the reliability of the early-stopping method. A comparison between UNN and superiorized ART(SUP-ART) substantiates the exceptional performance of UNN.

Fluorine-Doped High-Performance Li_6PS_5Cl Electrolyte by Lithium Fluoride Nanoparticles for All-Solid-State Lithium-Metal Batteries

All-solid-state lithium-metal batteries(ASSLMBs)are widely considered as the ultimately advanced lithium batteries owing to their improved energy density and enhanced safety *** various solid electrolytes,sulfide solid electrolyte(SSE)Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl has garnered significant ***,its application is limited by its poor cyclability and low critical current density(CCD).In this study,we introduce a novel approach to enhance the performance of Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl by doping it with fluorine,using lithium fluoride nanoparticles(LiFs)as the doping *** F-doped electrolyte Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl-0.2LiF(nano)shows a doubled CCD,from 0.5 to 1.0 mA/cm~2 without compromising the ionic conductivity;in fact,conductivity is enhanced from 2.82 to 3.30 mS/cm,contrary to the typical performance decline seen in conventionally doped Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl *** symmetric Li|SSE|Li cells,the lifetime of Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl-0.2LiF(nano)is 4 times longer than that of Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl,achieving 1500 h vs.371 h under a charging/discharging current density of 0.2 mA/cm~*** Li|SSE|LiNbO_3@NCM721 full cells,which are tested under a cycling rate of 0.1 C at 30℃,the lifetime of Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl-0.2LiF(nano)is four times that of Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl,reaching 100 cycles vs.26 ***,the doping of nano-LiF off ers a promising approach to developing high-performance Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl for ASSLMBs.

本文研究了广义周期点阵结构等效力学性能的均匀化计算问题,提出了计算等效弹性矩阵、等效热应力系数与热膨胀系数的均匀化映射方法,将广义周期均匀化问题映射转换为正方形单胞的经典周期均匀化问题,以此揭示了广义周期均匀化方法的内在映射机理,阐明了广义周期均匀化等效性能的基本性质.该方法极大降低了计算求解与编程难度.通过典型数值算例,分析比较了广义周期均匀化映射方法、经典周期均匀化方法与精细尺度有限元方法计算结果的差异.结果表明所提出的映射方法普适性与有效性强,对于静力学、热力耦合问题及动力学固有频率问题均具有良好的计算精度.

Lithium sulfide(Li2S) as a cathode material for lithium-sulfur(Li-S) batteries, one of the most promising advanced batteries in the future, has received tremendous attention in the past decades. However, developing the practical Li2S cathode confronts challenges of low conductivity for Li-ions and electrons, high sensitivity to environmental moisture, big overpotential barrier to electrochemical activation, and poor cyclability due to the shuttle effect of intermediate species. This article herein reports a simple and effective strategy for making Li2S@Li2S2@Li2S6double-shelled microparticles, which can significantly mitigate these problems. They are synthesized by dissolving Li2S together with S in dimethoxyethane, then drying off the solvent, and finally calcining the collected solid. Compared with pure Li2S, such a double-shell material presents a 26.7% improvement in cycling capacity, 0.5 V lower in activation overpotential, and prolonged tolerance in the ambient environment. The density functional theory calculation shows that the performance enhancement lies in the higher stability of Li2S6in contact with moisture and some autocatalytic effect of Li2S2@Li2S6. Such a double-shell structure becomes a universal performanceenhancing approach when being combined with other means, such as cathodes composited with catalytic MoS2, separators modified with selenium-doped sulfurized-polyacrylonitrile/montmorillonite, electrolytes containing fluorenone additive, and Li anodes coated with a layer of Li3N. 数字经济作为技术变革与经济发展的动力源泉,借助数字技术推动生产率提升及经济结构优化,有效赋能农业发展韧性提升。基于2010—2020年中国13个粮食主产区省级面板数据,实证研究了数字经济与农业发展韧性之间的内在影响。研究发现:数字经济对农业发展韧性具有显著正向促进作用,即粮食主产区数字经济发展水平每提升1%,农业发展韧性提升0.231%;数字经济对农业发展韧性的影响存在区域异质性,东部地区农业发展韧性在数字经济发展中的获益能力强于中部和北部;数字经济对粮食主产区农业发展韧性存在“边际效应”递增的非线性影响,当数字经济水平高于门槛值0.540时,其对农业发展韧性的作用得到显著提升。对此,需加大数字基础设施和数字平台建设投资力度,推动数字经济与农业系统深度融合;提升农户数字技能与文化素养,加强“数字+农业”人才队伍建设;各主产区应结合自身资源禀赋,因地制宜发展数字经济。

提出一种带有竖直翅片的中置式光伏Trombe墙,基于热力学第一和第二定律,数值研究翅片间距和高度对其性能的影响,并与无翅片的中置式光伏Trombe墙进行性能对比。结果表明:在一定的翅片间距和翅片高度范围内,热效率可以得到有效提高;减小翅片间距和增大翅片高度能够提升电效率。引入综合效率计算发现,相比于热能,获得的电能在整体能效中占主导地位。在较大的翅片高度下,存在最佳翅片间距使综合效率最大化,且翅片高度的增大提升了系统的综合效率。翅片型中置式光伏Trombe墙在翅片间距和高度分别为15.625 mm和45 mm时的综合效率达到了12.74%,相对于无翅片的系统提高了11.29%,具有很大的应用潜力。
