Fuze is the information processing and control unit of the ammunition, so the quality of the fuze becomes one of the most important aspects of ammunition detection. Since using recoil force is a common method to the arm fuze, its dynamic simulation test has always been the focus of the fuze test research. A new fuze recoil environmental simulation method is proposed based on the electromagnetic launcher. Then the trigger control characteristics of the fuze recoil simulation system and the influence of the trigger position on the recoil force are studied. The results of the study show that although the pulse width of the armature force curve can be changed by adjusting the trigger position, due to the limit of the range, there also exists the contradiction that the electromagnetic pulse width gets narrow with the increase of electromagnetic force peak. Thus, it cannot meet the requirements of the fuze launch recoil simulation. In order to make the recoil force close to the actual environment, the multi-stage trigger control characteristics are analyzed, and the influence of trigger position on recoil environmental force characteristics is studied. Then a fuze launch recoil environmental simulation platform is established and continuous electromagnetic force is achieved by using the trigger strategy. Finally, the experiment is performed to simulate the fuze launch recoil environment and show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed theoretical analysis. The major research work of this paper includes studying the composition and basic principle of the simulation system, establishing a launch model to analyze the single-stage and multi-stage coil fuze launch recoil characteristics, designing the test device to verify the correctness and validity of the research. 聚氨酯缓冲材料瞬态响应特性研究

为研究聚氨酯材料在动态载荷作用下的瞬态响应特性,开展了聚氨酯样件压缩实验,并利用实验数据分析校验了聚氨酯样件材料的Mooney-Rivlin应变能函数、Prony级数本构模型参数;然后采用有限元方法对聚氨酯缓冲材料的动态力学性能进行计算分析。研究结果表明:聚氨酯材料具有与超弹性相关的非线性出力特性和与粘弹性相关的迟滞效应,在不同速度的加载条件下,聚氨酯材料的力-位移响应曲线存在显著差异;在低速加载条件下,率相关的粘弹特性对曲线影响较小;提高加载速度,聚氨酯瞬时应变增大,率相关的粘弹特性对聚氨酯的响应影响更显著,使得响应曲线的斜率显著增加;在局部加载条件下,载荷与剪切力耦合作用,聚氨酯在压缩方向提供的支反力大小与受载区域的作用面积相关,面积越大,聚氨酯材料可提供的支反力就越大。

目的探讨超重及肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者认知功能与脑结构影像的相关性。方法为横断面研究。纳入2016年2月至2023年7月就诊于南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院内分泌科的T2DM患者,并根据体重指数(BMI)将其分为正常体重T2DM组和超重及肥胖T2DM组,招募同期就诊于南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院健康管理中心年龄和受教育时间与其相匹配且18.5 kg/m^(2)≤BMI<24.0 kg/m^(2)的健康者作为健康对照组。收集3组研究对象的年龄、受教育时间、身高和体重并计算BMI,测量其Android区域脂肪含量,并计算脂肪质量指数(FMI),采用可重复的成套神经心理状态测量量表评估即刻记忆,测量其左右侧海马体积。采用独立样本t检验或单因素方差分析进行组间比较,采用协方差分析比较3组间认知功能、总脑及皮层下核团体积的差异,采用中介效应模型分析人体脂肪分布、脑结构、认知功能之间的关系。结果共纳入研究对象350例。其中,健康对照组50例,正常体重T2DM组100例,超重及肥胖T2DM组200例。与正常体重T2DM组相比,超重及肥胖T2DM组患者Android区域FMI更高(t=11.90,P<0.001)。协方差分析结果显示,与健康对照组和正常体重T2DM组相比,超重及肥胖T2DM组患者即刻记忆得分均更低(P值分别为0.048和0.041)、左右侧海马体积均更小(健康对照组和超重及肥胖T2DM组,正常体重T2DM组和超重及肥胖T2DM组左右侧海马体积比较,左侧P值分别为0.002和0.036,右侧P值分别为0.004和0.022)。中介效应模型分析结果显示,在T2DM患者中,左侧海马体积部分介导了Android区域FMI与即刻记忆得分之间的相关性(β=-0.313,95%CI-0.695~-0.076)。结论超重及肥胖T2DM患者相较正常体重T2DM患者认知功能损害及海马体积萎缩更为显著。T2DM患者腹部脂肪增加与认知功能损害和海马体积萎缩有关。

The detection probability for a moving target is an important issue, we aim to discuss the detection probability for a moving ground target such as military vehicles using a visible light imaging satellite. First, a basic detection model for a regional ground target using a satellite was discussed and the probability of detection was calculated. Next, a basic model for the recognition of a ground target using a visible light imaging satellite was developed based on above model. Then, a basic model of the detection probability for a moving ground target using a visible light imaging satellite was studied. As the normal distribution has the maximum entropy, the normal distribution of a moving ground target such as military vehicles was analyzed, and based on our conclusions, a basic probability model for the detection of a moving ground target using a visible light satellite was developed. Finally, the simulation was carried on.

Zika virus （ZIKV） is a mosquito-borne pathogen from the family Flaviviridae, and infection of humans with ZIKV through mosquito bites may result in a disease known as Zika fever. Most Zika fever cases are asymptomatic and thus go unreported, but if symptoms do appear, they are usually mild in nature （fever, joint pain, headache and macu- Iopapular rash）, and self-resolve within one week （Chen and Hamer 2016）. No deaths have ever been attributed to Zika fever; however, when a woman is infected with ZIKV during pregnancy, vertical transmission of the virus may result in microcephaly in the offspring （Rasmussen, Jamieson et al., 2016）. ZIKV infections in adults are associated with episodes of Guillain-Barr6 syndrome, an autoimmune disorder of the peripheral nervous system, resulting in rapid-onset muscle weakness （Cao-Lormeau, Blake et al. 2016）.

of main observation and conclusion Allenes are a class of very important compounds and the development of straightforward,efficient,and highly enantioselective synthetic strategies for allenes have attracted extensive interests.Along this line,it is well known that aryl-substituted allenes may be readily racemized,thus,difficult to prepare in high ee.Herein,an efficient palladium-catalyzed nucleophilic allenylation of malonates w ith racemic 4-aryl-2,3-butadienyl carbonates has been developed.The selectivity issue of mono-vs.bis-allenylation with 2-non-substituted malonates has been addressed.By utilizing(R)-(-)-DTBM-SEGPHOS(5,5'-bisldi(3,5,-di-t-butyl-A-methoxyphenyOphosphino)-4,4'-bi-l,3-benzodioxole)as a chiral ligand,various aryl-substituted allenes and bisallenes have been prepared with good to excellent yields with high chemoselectivity and enantioselectivity under mild reaction conditions.Au-catalyzed cycloisomerization and APK(allenic Pauson-Khand)reactions affording optically active mono-and bicyclic products have been demonstrated.

The Zika virus(ZIKV) is an arbovirus that has spread rapidly worldwide within recent times. There is accumulating evidence that associates ZIKV infections with Guillain-Barré Syndrome(GBS) and microcephaly in humans. The ZIKV is genetically diverse and can be separated into Asian and African lineages. A rapid, sensitive, and specific assay is needed for the detection of ZIKV across various pandemic regions. So far, the available primers and probes do not cover the genetic diversity and geographic distribution of all ZIKV strains. To this end, we have developed a one-step quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR) assay based on conserved sequences in the ZIKV envelope(E) gene. The detection limit of the assay was determined to be five RNA transcript copies and 2.94 × 10^(–3) 50% tissue culture infectious doses(TCID50) of live ZIKV per reaction. The assay was highly specific and able to detect five different ZIKV strains covering the Asian and African lineages without nonspecific amplification, when tested against other flaviviruses. The assay was also successful in testing for ZIKV in clinical samples. Our assay represents an improvement over the current methods available for the detection ZIKV and would be valuable as a diagnostic tool in various pandemic regions.
