Solid-state lithium batteries （SSLBs） are regarded as an essential growth path in energy storage systems due to their excellent safety and high energy *** particular,SSLBs using conversion-type cathode materials have received widespread attention because of their high theoretical energy densities,low cost,and *** the great progress in research and development of SSLBs based on conversiontype cathodes,their practical applications still face challenges such as blocked ionic-electronic migration pathways,huge volume change,interfacial incompatibility,and expensive processing *** review focuses on the advantages and critical issues of coupling conversion-type cathodes with solid-state electrolytes （SSEs）,as well as state-of-the-art progress in various promising cathodes （e.g.,FeS2,CuS,FeF3,FeF2,and S） in ***,representative research on conversion-type solid-state full cells is discussed to offer enlightenment for their practical ***,the energy density exhibited by the S cathode stands out impressively,while sulfide SSEs and halide SSEs have demonstrated immense potential for coupling with conversion-type ***,perspectives on conversion-type cathodes are provided at the material,interface,composite electrode,and battery levels,with a view to accelerating the development of conversion-type cathodes for high-energy–density SSLBs.

The synthesis of carbon supporter/nanoscale high-entropy alloys(HEAs)electromagnetic response composites by carbothermal shock method has been identified as an advanced strategy for the collaborative competition engineering of conductive/dielectric *** migration modes within HEAs as manipulated by the electronegativity,valence electron configurations and molar proportions of constituent elements determine the steady state and efficiency of equivalent ***,enlightened by skin-like effect,a reformative carbothermal shock method using carbonized cellulose paper(CCP)as carbon supporter is used to preserve the oxygencontaining functional groups(O·)of carbonized cellulose fibers(CCF).Nucleation of HEAs and construction of emblematic shell-core CCF/HEAs heterointerfaces are inextricably linked to carbon metabolism induced by O·.Meanwhile,the electron migration mode of switchable electronrich sites promotes the orientation polarization of anisotropic equivalent *** virtue of the reinforcement strategy,CCP/HEAs composite prepared by 35%molar ratio of Mn element(CCP/HEAs-Mn_(2.15))achieves efficient electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorption of−51.35 dB at an ultra-thin thickness of 1.03 *** mechanisms of the resulting dielectric properties of HEAs-based EMW absorbing materials are elucidated by combining theoretical calculations with experimental characterizations,which provide theoretical bases and feasible strategies for the simulation and practical application of electromagnetic functional devices(e.g.,ultra-wideband bandpass filter).

Single-incision laparoscopic surgery(SILS),or laparoendoscopic single-site surgery,was launched to minimize incisional traumatic effects in the *** SILS,such as cholecystectomies,have been gaining in popularity over the past few *** application in complicated hepatopancreatobiliary(HPB)surgeries,however,has made slow progress due to instrumental and technical limitations,costs,and safety *** minimally invasive abdominal surgery is pushing the boundaries,advanced laparoscopic HPB surgeries have been shown to be comparable to open operations in terms of patient and oncologic safety,including hepatectomies,distal pancreatectomies(DP),and pancreaticoduodenectomies(PD).In contrast,advanced SILS for HPB malignancy has only been reported in a few small case *** of the procedures involved minor liver resections and DP;major hepatectomies were rarely *** laparoscopic PD has not yet been *** herein review the published SILS for HPB cancer in the literature and our three-year experience focusing on the technical aspects.

Situs inversus(SI)is a rare congenital condition characterized by a mirror-image transposition of the major visceral *** the 1990s,more than one hundred SI patients have been reported to have successfully undergone laparoscopic *** these cases,the major problem is to overcome is the left-right condition for right-handed *** common bile duct exploration(LCBDE),an alternative to treat patients with bile duct stones,has shown equivalent efficacy and is less likely to cause pancreatitis than endoscopic retrograde *** updated meta-analyses revealed that a shorter postoperative hospital stay,fewer procedural interventions,cost-effectiveness,a higher stone clearance rate,and fewer perioperative complications are additional advantages of ***,the technique is technically demanding,even for skilled laparoscopic *** LCBDE in patients with difficult situations,such as SI,is more complex than *** herein review published SI patients with choledocholithiasis treated by LCBDE,including our own experience,and this paper focuses on the technical aspects.

The hydrodynamics of a pump sump consisting of a main channel, pump sump, and intake pipe is examined using Truchas a three-dimensional Navier-Stokes solver, with a Large Eddy Simulation （LES） turbulence model. The numerical results of streamwise velocity profiles and flow patterns are discussed and compared with experimental data of Ansar and Nakato. Fairly good agreement is obtained. Furthermore, unlike Ansar et al.＇s inviscid solution, the proposed numerical model includes the effect of fluid viscosity and considers more realistic simulation conditions. Simulation results show that viscosity affects the prediction of flow patterns and that the streamwise velocity can be better captured by including cross flow. The effects of the submergence Froude number on the free surface and streamwise velocity are also examined. The free surface significantly fluctuates at high submergence Froude number flows and the corresponding distribution of streamwise velocity profiles exhibits a trend different from that obtained for low submergence Froude number flows.

As permissioned blockchain becomes a common foundation of blockchain-based circumstances for current organizations,related stakeholders need a means to assess the trustworthiness of the applications involved *** is extremely important to consider the potential impact brought by the Blockchain technology in terms of security and ***,this study proposes a rigorous security risk management framework for permissioned blockchain-enabled *** framework divides itself into different implementation domains,i.e.,organization security,application security,consensus mechanism security,node management and network security,host security and perimeter security,and simultaneously provides guidelines to control the security risks of permissioned blockchain applications with respect to these security *** addition,a case study,including a security testing and risk evaluation on each stack of a specific organization,is demonstrated as an implementation instruction of our proposed risk management *** to the best of our knowledge,this study is one of the pioneer researches that provide a means to evaluate the security risks of permissioned blockchain applications from a holistic point of *** users can trust the applications that adopted this framework,this study can contribute to the adoption of permissioned blockchain-enabled ***,application providers can use the framework to perform gap analysis on their existing systems and controls and understand the risks of their applications.

Sandstone-type uranium deposits(STUDs) are the most important global source of uranium. However, it is unclear why STUDs have a non-random distribution in time and space. It is generally thought that STUDs are formed by the circulation of groundwater in sandstone rocks. The groundwater is typically oxidized and sourced from local precipitation, which suggests the regional climate may have a role in the formation of STUDs. The groundwater circulation is mainly affected by basin evolution, which means that regional tectonism may also control the formation of STUDs. In this study, the author examined STUDs in Asia, and compiled previously reported ages for STUDs and compared these with the uplift history of the major orehosting regions and the late Mesozoic–Cenozoic climatic evolution of Asia. Apart from a few uranium deposits in the Transural region, most of the STUDs in Asia were formed during the Late Cretaceous to Quaternary, and can be classified into three stages:Late Cretaceous–early Paleogene(80–50 Ma;stage I), Oligocene–mid-Miocene(25–17 Ma;stage Ⅱ), and late Miocene–present(8–0 Ma;stage Ⅲ). The formation of STUDs in Asia was closely related to regional uplift caused by India–Eurasia collision,subduction of oceanic plates, and increased humidity during greenhouse climate periods and intensification of the Asian Monsoon.

Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor(IMT) is an uncommon benign neoplasm with locally aggressive behavior but malignant change is *** report an unusual case of pelvic-abdominal inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor with malignant transformation in a 14-year-old boy presenting with abdominal pain and 9 kg body weight loss in one *** tomography revealed a huge pelvi-abdominal mass(30 cm),possibly originating from the pelvic extraperitoneal space,protruding into the abdomen leading to upward displacement of the bowel loops,downward displacement of the urinary bladder,massive central necrosis,a well-enhanced peripheral solid component with prominent peritumoral *** examination confirmed the computed tomographic *** examination revealed proliferative epitheloid and spindle cells,inflammatory cell infiltration and high mitotic *** was strongly positive for anaplastic lymphoma kinase and revealed a high proliferative index(ki-67 = 40%).DNA sequencing and electronic microscopy further confirmed the primitive fibroblastic cell phenotype of the tumor and a final diagnosis of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor with malignant transformation was *** tumor recurrence was noted 20 d after radical tumor *** our knowledge,this is the largest documented case of IMT in a pediatric patient and the first report of IMT with malignant transformation originating from the pelvic extraperitoneal space.

This study presents a numerical solution to the three-dimensional solute transport in heterogeneous media by using a layer-integrated *** vertical spatial variation of soil and hydraulic properties within each layer,a threedimensional solute transport can be simplified as a quasi-three-dimensional solute transport which couples a horizontal two-dimensional simulation and a vertical onedimensional *** finite analytic numericalmethod was used to discretize the derived two-dimensional governing equation.A quadratic function was used to approximate the vertical one-dimensional concentration distribution in the layer to ensure the continuity of concentration and flux at the interface between the adjacent *** integration over each layer,a set of system of equations can be generated for a single column of vertical cells and solved numerically to give the vertical solute concentration *** solute concentration field was then obtained by solving all columns of vertical cells to achieve convergence with the iterative solution *** proposed model was verified through examples from the published literatures including four verifications in terms of analytical and experimental *** of simulation results indicates that the proposed model satisfies the solute concentration profiles obtained from experiments in time and space.
