The inadequate quantity of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))in cancer cells promptly results in the constrained success of chemodynamic therapy(CDT).Significant efforts made throughout the years;nevertheless,researchers are still facing the great challenge of designing a CDT agent and securing H_(2)O_(2) supply within the tumor *** this study,taking advantage of H_(2)O_(2) level maintenance mechanism in cancer cells,a nanozyme-based bimetallic metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)tandem reactor is fabricated to elevate intracellular H_(2)O_(2) levels,thereby enhancing *** addition,under nearinfrared excitation,the upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)loaded into the MOFs can perform photocatalysis and generate hydrogen,which increases cellular susceptibility to radicals induced from H_(2)O_(2),inhibits cancer cell energy,causes DNA damages and induces tumor cell apoptosis,thus improving CDT therapeutic efficacy *** proposed nanozyme-based bimetallic MOFs-mediated CDT and UCNPs-mediated hydrogen therapy act as combined therapy with high efficacy and low toxicity.

三坐标测量机立柱移动不均匀故障的检修

针对三坐标测量机在X方向出现的立柱移动不均匀的故障,进行过故障分析并检修。通过对机床原理分析,发现故障是由于机床所用的压缩空气不干净造成气浮垫与导轨间的气隙不够,从而导致三坐标测量机在X方向出现的电动机转速不均匀故障的。通过单独接入独立的油水分离器和空气过滤器、将压缩空气进行三级过滤、除掉空气中的水分、油分和粉尘等杂质以及不锈钢管路将空气送至机床等方法,排除了三坐标测量机电动机转速不均匀故障。

Improved quadratic isogeometric element simulation of one-dimensional elastic wave propagation with central difference method

In this paper,we consider problem of state as well as unknown disturbance input estimation for the nonlinear Lipschitz uncertain systems.A new design concept of the Lipschitz UIO is presented,which can simultaneously estimate the system states and unknown disturbance inputs,and the conditions for the existence of the robust compound observer are *** with LMI methods,the designing freedoms are released,and LMI existence conditions and some verification are given for the Lipschitz UIO which can asymptotically estimate the unknown disturbance *** simulation results are presented to validate the approach and the robustness to the system nonlinearity and uncertainty.

Two improved isogeometric quadratic elements and the central difference scheme are used to formulate the solution procedures of transient wave propagation prob- lems. In the proposed procedures, the lumped matrices corresponding to the isogeomet- ric elements are obtained. The stability conditions of the solution procedures are also acquired. The dispersion analysis is conducted to obtain the optimal Courant-Friedrichs- Lewy （CFL） number or time-step sizes corresponding to the spatial isogeometric elements. The dispersion analysis shows that the isogeometric quadratic element of the fourth-order dispersion error （called the isogeometric analysis （IGA）-f quadratic element） provides far more desirable numerical dissipation/dispersion than the element of the second-order dis- persion error （called the IGA-s quadratic element） when appropriate time-step sizes are selected. The numerical simulations of one-dimensional （1D） transient wave propagation problems demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed solution procedures.

目的探讨动态血压监测(ABPM)、经颅彩色多普勒超声(TCD)联合颈动脉血管超声检查诊断大脑中动脉(MCA)粥样硬化伴急性脑梗死(ACI)患者的临床价值。方法选取2014年7月到2016年1月我院收治的早期MCA粥样硬化伴ACI患者80例作为观察组,选取同期在我院进行健康体检的志愿者80例作为对照组。分别对两组研究对象进行ABPM、TCD及颈动脉血管超声检查分析。结果观察组患者的全天平均收缩压(24h-mSBP)、白天平均收缩压(dm SBP)、夜间平均收缩压(nm SBP)、全天平均脉压(24h-mPP)、白天平均脉压(dm PP)及夜间平均脉压(nm PP)水平均明显高于对照组,晨峰血压异常发生率(66. 25%)明显高于对照组(3. 75%),差异有统计学意义(P 0. 05)。观察组患者双侧的颈动脉收缩时血管直径(CCA-Ds)、颈动脉内中膜厚度(CCA-IMT)均明显大于对照组(P 1个的比例(83. 8%)明显高于对照组(22. 5%),不稳定斑块出现率(71. 3%)明显高于对照组(15. 0%),血流速度异常率(86. 3%)明显高于对照组(10. 0%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论进行ABPM、TCD、颈动脉血管超声联合检查能同时反映出机体的昼夜血压变化情况、血流动力学参数及动脉粥样硬化程度,为早期诊断MCA粥样硬化伴ACI提供参考。

目的探讨前庭功能联合眼震视图检查鉴别眩晕疾病的诊断价值。方法选取2021年12月-2022年6月本院收治的85例眩晕疾病患者,统计两组患者前庭功能、眼震视图诊断结果,参照临床诊断,分析前庭功能、眼震视图诊断效果,并分析两者联合诊断效果。结果前庭功能联合眼震视图检查对外周性眩晕鉴别诊断灵敏度、特异度和准确率,显著高于单独诊断(P0.05);前庭功能联合眼震视图检查对中枢性眩晕鉴别诊断灵敏度、特异度和准确率,显著高于单独诊断(P<0.05)。结论前庭功能、眼震视图检查均可为眩晕疾病鉴别提供参考资料,但是存在较高的漏诊、误诊风险,两者联合诊断,可有效提升眩晕疾病鉴别的特异度和敏感性,显著提升了诊断准确性,临床诊断效果较为理想,可为鉴别眩晕疾病提供有效的数据支持,值得推广借鉴。

Modulating metal-support interaction between Pt_(3)Ni and unsaturated WOx to selectively regulate the ORR performance

Tuning strong metal-support interaction between Pt-based alloys and metal oxides is an effective strategy for modulating the performance of oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).Herein,Pt_(3)Ni alloy anchored on WO_(x) with different content of oxygen vacancies is synthesized,and the effect of unsaturated WO_(x) on ORR activity/stability is *** results indicate that ORR activity is positively correlated with oxygen vacancy concentration,while durability presents the opposite *** functional theory(DFT)calculation results suggest that controlling the content of oxygen vacancies can usefully adjust the charge redistribution between Pt_(3)Ni and WO_(x),which can optimize the adsorption/activation of reactants,thus obtaining good ORR *** study uncovers the effect of unsaturated WO_(x) on ORR performance for Pt-based alloys and provides a promising strategy to design efficient and stable ORR catalysts.

Radon(Rn)is a naturally occurring radioactive inert gas in nature,and^(222)Rn has been routinely used as a powerful tracer in various aquatic environmental research on timescales of hours to days,such as submarine groundwater *** we developed a new approach to measure^(222)Rn in discrete water samples with a wide range of^(222)Rn concentrations using a Pulsed Ionization Chamber(PIC)Radon *** sensitivity of the new PIC system is evaluated at 6.06 counts per minute for 1 Bq/L when a 500 mL water sample volume is used.A robust logarithmic correlation between sample volumes,ranging from 250 mL to 5000 mL,and system sensitivity obtained in this study strongly suggests that this approach is suitable for measuring radon concentration levels in various natural *** to the currently available methods for measuring radon in grab samples,the PIC system is cheaper,easier to operate and does not require extra accessories(e.g.,drying tubes etc.)to maintain stable measurements throughout the counting procedure.

Effects of Water-cement Ratio and Hydration Heat Regulating Materials on Hydration Process of Early-age Cementitious Materials

By means of low-field nuclear magnetic resonance(LF-NMR),the transverse relaxation time(T_(2))signals of physically bound water in cement paste were monitored to indicate water content change and characterize the early-age hydration *** the curves of the T_(2)signals and hydration time obtained,the hydration process could be divided into four typical periods using the null points of the second derivative curve,and the influences of water-cement ratio(w/c)and hydration heat regulating materials(HHRM)on hydration process were *** experimental results showed that the hydration rate of pure cement paste in accelerated period presented a positive correlation with w/*** to pure cement paste,the addition of HHRM extended all four periods,and led to a much faster hydration rate in initial period as well as a slower rate in accelerated ***,according to the LFNMR test results,the early-age hydration model of cementitious materials was proposed considering w/c and HHRM content.
