Invasive neural probes are one of the most critical components in the intracortical neural signal recording ***,they can cause brain damage and tissue response during and after ***,neural probes with high flexibility,biocompatibility,and simple implantation methods are required in brain *** we present a novel approach to fabricating a multilayer flexible tassel-type neural probe using low-cost maskless laser direct-write lithog-raphy,combined with straightforward release and assembly methods to prepare a whole implantation *** probe has 32 recording electrodes with an area of 8×8μm^(2),arranged into two rows of different depths and 16 separated shanks,aiming at the neural signal recording in an extensive *** and gold are used as the insulating and conductive layers,*** the help of a polyethylene glycol(PEG)coating,the tassel structure was mechanically enhanced for successful implantation,and our morphology characterization showed that the diameter of the coated probe was less than 50μ*** property tests also proved that it had the necessary stiffness for brain ***,electrochemical tests were carried out,which showed that the probe had a rather low impedance after a simple gold ***,in vivo experiments demonstrated our probe can be successfully used in neural recording.

To the Editor： Anthrax is a zoonosis to which most mammals, especially herbivores, are considered susceptible. Humans almost invariably contract anthrax from handling infected animals, from carcasses of animals that have died from the disease, or from the meat, skin, hair, bones, etc., of such animals, Guizhou Province is a historical epicenter of anthrax in the southwest of China？ In June 2013, an epidemic suspected to be anthrax consisting of five human cases occurred in Wengan County. The clinical symptoms included erythema, papules, and vesicles on the skin of the hands and forearm, accompanied by tissue swelling, infiltration.

Ex-vivo liver resection is a procedure in which the liver is completely removed, perfused and after bench surgery, the liver is autotransplanted to the original site. Ex vivo liver resection is an important treatment for unresectable liver tumors. This surgical procedure requires long operation time, during which blood flow must be carefully maintained to avoid venous congestion. An effective veno-venous bypass (VVB) may meet this requirement. The present study was to test our new designed VVB device which comprised one heparinized polyvinylchloride tube and three magnetic rings The efficacy of this device was tested in five dogs. A VVB was established in 6-10 minutes. There was no leakage during the procedure. Hemodynamics was stable at anhepatic phase, which indicated that the bypass was successful. This newly-developed VVB device maintained circulation stability during ex-vivo liver resection in our dog model and thus, this VVB device significantly shortened the operation time.

目的将由帮助录像的 thoracoscopic 外科(大桶) 考察我们双边的主要自发的气胸(PSP ) 的治疗的经验。回顾的图表评论被在诊所上或电话会见跟随的材料和方法。病人们被在乎为由在四个医学中心的一位胸的外科医生或在北、中央的台湾的社区医院。有双边的 PSP 的 13 个病人从 1994 年 7 月同时或顺序经历了双边的大桶到 2005 年 12 月。结果与从 15 ～ 36 年(平均数 23.1 年)的年龄， 12 男性和男性女性同时为双边的 PSP 与大桶被对待，在双边的 pneumothoracis 的指示下面(n=4 ) 或顺序(n=9 ) 。在为非同时的 PSP 病人的第一和第二个相反地侧面的大桶过程之间的间隔从 7 d 到 6 年。13 个病人(84.6%) 中的十一个有突出的肺的 bullae/blebs，并且与机械或化学的 pleurodesis 经历了 bullae 切除术。吝啬的起作用的时间是( 45.6 ±1 8.3 ) min (范围 25 ～9 6 min )并且( 120.6 ±2 8.7 ) min (范围 84 ～1 66 min )分别地为非同时(为在第一个大桶以后的相反地侧面的方面的复发的第二个大桶)并且同时(双边的大桶在里面一操作)过程。没有手术后的死亡。然而，延长了漏气(>7 d ) 在在保守治疗以后恢复了的一个病人(7.7%) 发生了。胸试管排水的吝啬的持续时间是 3.1 d 并且中部在时期上面列在后面是 3.4 年。结论大桶是在双边的 PSP 的治疗的一个安全、有效的过程。因为甚至与可见 bullae，复发的发生不在我的组并且在某以前的文学那么高，双边的大桶仅仅与同时双边的 PSP 为病人被推荐。在一个仰卧的位置的双边的大桶应该仅仅在选择情况中被使用，因为可能的肋膜的粘附或在以后的方面上隐藏 bullae。

厘定各种元素在磷灰石和熔体间的分配行为及其控制因素对于磷灰石在地质研究中的应用具有重要意义。本文基于相平衡实验数据对一些关键元素在磷灰石中的分配行为及控制因素进行了总结。挥发分F、Cl、OH在磷灰石中的分配不符合能斯特定律，交换系数可以更好地描述它们的分配行为；S的分配受控于熔体的氧逸度和S含量；Mn、Mg、Sr、REE、Th、U的分配不同程度的受熔体成分或聚合度影响。此外，REE的分配还受元素替换机制和富REE矿物(如独居石、褐帘石)结晶作用的影响，独居石结晶的同时还会影响Th的分配。根据不同元素的分配行为，可利用磷灰石的成分限定岩浆的挥发分含量和氧逸度、探讨火山岩与侵入岩的联系、示踪岩浆的演化等，从而拓展磷灰石在地质研究中的应用。

为了更有效地引导需求侧资源优化电源结构,提出了一种基于阶梯型需求响应(DR)激励机制的供需主从博弈电源规划方法。首先,将碳交易、绿色证书机制和DR引入规划模型中,提出了阶梯型DR激励机制。在此基础上,通过分析系统内各主体的运行特性,将供电侧作为领导者,负荷聚合商作为跟随者,建立了供需两侧三阶段主从博弈电源规划模型。通过大M法和线性化方法将负荷聚合商和供电侧规划模型转化为混合整数规划问题,然后利用差分进化算法和Gurobi求解器对模型进行求解。算例表明,供电侧可基于所构建模型得到合理、有效的DR激励方案来引导需求侧资源优化电源结构,提升了系统的经济效益和新能源消纳水平。

We present the theoretical results on using the spontaneous emission which is induced from a two-level atom embedded in a photonic crystal with two bands and one forbidden *** is shown that the emission field from the atom is composed of two parts,one is a localized field,which always exists,and the other is one or two propagating *** emission of the propagating mode depends on the gap size and the relative position of the upper-level of the atom with respect to the edges of the two *** propagating modes have a sudden jump from zero to a certain value when the gap or the related position of the upper level *** jump can be used to design an active optical two-channel or four-channel *** to the localizedfield being within a few dozen atoms,the switch can be designed in a few micrometers.

为研究缀板加强冷弯薄壁C形钢受压构件的受力性能,采用ANSYS软件建立其非线性有限元模型,并与试验破坏特征、极限承载力进行对比,验证建模方法的正确性.研究缀板间距及偏心距对缀板加强冷弯薄壁C形钢在轴压及单向偏心受压作用下的极限承载力及屈曲模态的影响规律.结果表明:随缀板间距减小,C形钢的屈曲变形由畸变屈曲逐步转为局部屈曲,轴心受压及偏心受压构件极限承载力逐渐增高;随偏心距增大,偏心受压构件的极限承载力逐渐降低;建议缀板加强冷弯薄壁C形钢轴压、偏压构件的缀板间距分别取λ/3、λ/4(λ为屈曲半波长度).基于缀板加强冷弯薄壁C形钢的受力特点及直接强度法,提出缀板加强冷弯薄壁C形钢构件轴压及偏压极限承载力的修正公式,并验证了公式的准确性.
