High-energy-density lithium(li)–air cells have been considered a promising energy-storage system,but the liquid electrolyte-related safety and side-reaction problems seriously hinder their *** address these above issues,solid-state li–air batteries have been widely ***,many commonly-used solid electrolytes generally face huge interface impedance inli–air cells and also showpoor stability towards ambient air/li ***,we fabricate a differentiating surface-regulated ceramic-based composite electrolyte(DSCCE)by constructing disparately liI-containing polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)coating and Poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP)layer on both sides of li_(1.5)Al_(0.5)Ge_(1.5)(PO_(4))_(3)(LAGP).The cathode-friendly liI/PMMA layer displays excellent stability towards superoxide intermediates and also greatly reduces the decomposition voltage of discharge products in li–air ***,the anode-friendly PVDF-HFP coating shows low-resistance properties towards ***,li dendrite/passivation derived from liquid electrolyte-induced side reactions and air/I-attacking can be obviously suppressed by the uniformand compact composite *** a result,the DSCCE-based li–air batteries possess high capacity/low voltage polarization(11,836mAh g^(-1)/1.45Vunder 500mAg^(-1)),good rate performance(capacity ratio under 1000mAg^(-1)/250mAg^(-1) is 68.2%)and longterm stable cell operation(~300 cycles at 750 mA g^(-1) with 750 mAh g^(-1))in ambient air.

Inference and optimal design on step-stress partially accelerated life test for hybrid system with masked data

Under Type-Ⅱ progressively hybrid censoring, this paper discusses statistical inference and optimal design on stepstress partially accelerated life test for hybrid system in presence of masked data. It is assumed that the lifetime of the component in hybrid systems follows independent and identical modified Weibull distributions. The maximum likelihood estimations(MLEs)of the unknown parameters, acceleration factor and reliability indexes are derived by using the Newton-Raphson algorithm. The asymptotic variance-covariance matrix and the approximate confidence intervals are obtained based on normal approximation to the asymptotic distribution of MLEs of model parameters. Moreover,two bootstrap confidence intervals are constructed by using the parametric bootstrap method. The optimal time of changing stress levels is determined under D-optimality and A-optimality ***, the Monte Carlo simulation study is carried out to illustrate the proposed procedures.

目的探讨抗SSA和抗RNP在结缔组织病中出现的机率。方法采用双免疫扩散法(ID)和免疫印迹法(IBT)同时检测抗SSA和抗RNP。结果用ID法检测系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者抗SSA阳性率远高于抗RNP(P<0.05),混合性结缔组织病患者中抗RNP阳性率l00%高于抗SSA的19%(P<0.001),结缔组织病患者中抗SSA阳性率82.8%亦远高于抗RNP的14.1%(P<0.05)。结论ID法比IBT法检测抗SSA较全面,使用ID法和IBT法同时检测抗SSA和抗RNP,可以提高临床诊断的正确性,减少漏诊。

目的探讨女性类风湿关节炎(RA)患者雌二醇与睾酮比值的变化及其临床意义,为类风湿关节炎患者早期诊断及疗效判断提供理论依据。方法用酶联免疫法测定30例女性活动性RA患者和30名女性健康对照组血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)和雌二醇(E2)水平,计算雌二醇与睾酮比值,用SPSS11.0对2组患者雌激素水平及雌二醇与睾酮比值进行统计学分析。结果 RA组雌激素水平显著高于健康对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);2组患者雌二醇与睾酮比值对比,RA患者比值高于健康对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清雌激素及血清雌激素与雄激素比值失调可能是导致RA发病因素之一,可作为女性RA早期诊断的参考指标,并可能成为判断治疗RA疗效的新指标。

Researchers have recently achieved significant advances in deep learning techniques, which in turn has substantially advanced other research disciplines, such as natural language processing, image processing, speech recognition, and software engineering. Various deep learning techniques have been successfully employed to facilitate software engineering tasks, including code generation, software refactoring, and fault localization. Many studies have also been presented in top conferences and journals, demonstrating the applications of deep learning techniques in resolving various software engineering tasks. However,although several surveys have provided overall pictures of the application of deep learning techniques in software engineering,they focus more on learning techniques, that is, what kind of deep learning techniques are employed and how deep models are trained or fine-tuned for software engineering tasks. We still lack surveys explaining the advances of subareas in software engineering driven by deep learning techniques, as well as challenges and opportunities in each subarea. To this end, in this study, we present the first task-oriented survey on deep learning-based software engineering. It covers twelve major software engineering subareas significantly impacted by deep learning techniques. Such subareas spread out through the whole lifecycle of software development and maintenance, including requirements engineering, software development, testing, maintenance, and developer collaboration. As we believe that deep learning may provide an opportunity to revolutionize the whole discipline of software engineering, providing one survey covering as many subareas as possible in software engineering can help future research push forward the frontier of deep learning-based software engineering more systematically. Background:The type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)pharmacodynamic study of various parts of Schisandra sphenanthera was conducted in the previous stage,and it was found that dichloromethane extracted part(SDP)had a significant hypoglycemic ***,the components of SDP were analyzed,and the specific mechanism of its anti-T2DM was ***:We used a high-fat,high-sugar diet in combination with streptozotocin to induce a T2DM rat model,and the model rats were divided into two groups according to body weight and blood ***,oral glucose tolerance test,fasting blood glucose,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,superoxide dismutase,insulin,glycated hemoglobin,total cholesterol,nonesterified free fatty acids,alanine aminotransferase,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,aspartate aminotransferase,malondialdehyde,and glutathione peroxidase were measured,organ indices were calculated,and pathological sections of pancreas and liver were *** 16S rRNA V3–V4 region of intestinal flora was sequenced to explore the effect of SDP on biochemical indicators and intestinal *** on the above indicators,the anti-T2DM mechanism of SDP in Schisandra sphenanthera was ***:After six weeks of administration,the biochemical indices of diabetic rats were diminished compared to the control *** SDP could significantly increase the gut microbialα-diversity index,resulting in significant changes in the flora of T2DM rats,with increased richness and diversity,reduced harmful flora,and significantly back-regulated the levels of acetic acid,propionic acid,and butyric ***:SDP can improve the symptoms associated with elevated blood glucose,dyslipidemia,elevated fasting insulin levels,and damaged glucose tolerance in *** against T2DM may be through the control of intestinal flora to normalize and exert anti-diabetic effect;its main active components may be lignans and terpenoids.

Integrating lipidomics and gut microbiota to study the anti-hyperlipidemia effect of Sargentodoxae Caulis extract
