Effects of Dietary Net Energy Density and Standardized Ileal Digestible Lysine: Net Energy Ratio on the Performance and Carcass Characteristic of Growing-Finishing Pigs Fed Low Crude Protein Supplemented with Crystalline Amino Acids Diets

Two 3×3 factorial design trials with 1 080 of Yorkshire×Landrace×Duroc barrows were conducted to investigate the effects of dietary net energy （NE） density and standardized ileal digestible （SID） lysine：NE ratio on the performance of growing- finishing pigs and carcass characteristic of finishing pigs fed low crude protein （CP） supplemented with crystalline amino acids （CAA） diets. Low CP corn-soybean meal basal diets （14% for Exp. 1 and 11% for Exp. 2） supplemented with crystalline lysine, methionine, threonine, and tryptophan were formulated. Nine treatments with increasing NE density and SID lysine：NE ratio were used in each trial （Exp. 1： 9.66, 9.87, and 10.08 MJ kg-1 NE, 0.89, 0.96, and 1.03 g MJ-1 SID lysine： NE; Exp. 2： 9.83, 10.04, and 10.25 MJ kg-1 NE, 0.69, 0.76, and 0.83 g MJ-1 SID lysine：NE）. In Exp. 1, we observed that the average daily gain （ADG） for barrows that received the diet containing 9.87 MJ kg-1 NE was significantly higher than that of barrows fed a 9.66 MJ kg-1 NE diet （P0.05）, but no difference was observed when compared with barrows that received a diet containing 10.08 MJ kg-1 NE （P0.05）. The ADG was affected both linearly （P0.05） and quadratically （P0.05） as the SID lysine：NE ratio increased. The NE density or SID lysine：NE ratio and their interaction had no effect on the average daily feed intake （ADFI） and serum urea nitrogen （SUN）（P0.05）. The feed to gain ratio （F：G） decreased （linearly, P0.05; quadratically, P0.05） as the NE density or SID lysine：NE ratio increased, but no interaction of NE density and SID lysine： NE ratio on the F：G. In Exp. 2, the dietary NE density both linearly （P0.05） and quadratically （P0.05） affected the ADG and F：G. Barrows that received a diet containing 10.04 MJ kg-1 NE had a greater ADG （P0.05） than barrows that received a 9.83 MJ kg-1 diet, but there was no difference （P0.05） as compared with barrows that received a diet containing 10.25 MJ kg-1 NE. The computer simulation of the combustion process in blast furnace(BF) stove has been studied by using the k-ε-g turbulent diffusion flame *** combustion process in blunt annular ceramic burner was calculated by using the *** profiles of gas and air velocity,temperature of the combustion products,concentration of the components,and the shape and length of the flame during combustion have been *** with the original annular ceramic burner,the new design of the blunt one improves the mixing of the gas and the air significantly,and shortened the length of the flame.

Titanium, Ti, A New Mineral Species from Luobusha, Tibet, China

We describe the new mineral species titanium, ideally Ti, found in the podiform chromitites of the Luobusha ophiolite in Tibet, People＇s Republic of China. The irregular crystals range from 0.1 to 0.6 mm in diameter and form an intergrowth with coesite and kyanite. Titanium is silver grey in colour, the luster is metallic, it is opaque, the streak is grayish black, and it is non-fluorescent. The mineral is malleable, has a rough to hackly fracture and has no apparent cleavage. The estimated Mohs hardness is 4, and the calculated density is 4.503 g/cm3. The composition is Ti 99.23-100.00 wt%. The mineral is hexagonal, space group P6flmmc. Unit-cell parameters are a 2.950 （2） ~, c 4.686 （1） A,V 35.32 （5） A3, Z = 2. The five strongest powder diffraction lines [d in A （hkl）（I/I0）] are： 2.569 （010）（32）, 2.254（011）（100）, 1.730 （012）（16）, 1.478 （110）（21）, and 0.9464 （121）（8）. The species and name were approved by the CNMNC （IMA 2010-044）.

The unloading relaxation caused by excavation for construction of high arch dams is an important factor influencing the foundation’s integrity and *** evaluate the degree of unloading relaxation,the long-short term memory(LSTM)network was used to estimate the depth of unloading relaxation zones on the left bank foundation of the Baihetan Arch *** component analysis indicates that rock charac-teristics,the structural plane,the protection layer,lithology,and time are the main *** LSTM network results demonstrate the unloading relaxation characteristics of the left bank,and the relationships with the factors were also *** structural plane has the most significant influence on the distribution of unloading relaxation *** with massive basalt,the columnar jointed basalt experiences a more significant unloading relaxation phenomenon with a clear time effect,with the average unloading relaxation period being 50 *** protection layer can effectively reduce the unloading relaxation depth by approximately 20%.

Algae bloom is an important manifestation of water pollution in lakes and rivers, its status evaluation is the premise of algae bloom treatment. Based on remote sensing image and multi-site water quality monitoring information, this paper introduces sensor priority and evidence credibility to realize the discount processing of evidence. And then, the evaluation model of algae bloom in lake and reservoir has been established based on the DSmT. Based on the water quality monitoring data and remote sensing images of Meiliang Bay in Taihu Lake, the evaluation result and the algae bloom analysis in this region shows that the model is more practical and can evaluate the algal bloom state effectively under the same information.

The effects of calcium combined with chitosan amendment on the bioavailability of exogenous Pb in calcareous soil

Lead(Pb) in soil may accumulate in crops and enter the human body. This study aimed to understand the speciation transformation and accumulation characteristics of exogenous Pb in calcareous soil with or without the application of soil amendments. Field experiments with continuous maize cultivation have been carried out for two years. The results showed that the contents of total Pb were slightly lower in 2016 than in 2015 for the same treatments;however, no significant difference between the years was observed. Soil Pb existed mainly in the residual fraction without exogenous Pb addition, and its proportion was more than 33% of the total soil Pb in the control and Ca treatments. When Pb was added to calcareous soil, Pb existed largely in the oxidizable and reducible fractions during the two-year experimental period, and those fractions made up over 83% of the total Pb. The proportion of the water-soluble Pb, regardless of the addition of Pb, was the lowest and was less than 0.0019% in all treatments, but the addition of Ca and chitosan amendments reduced the water-soluble and exchangeable Pb contents. The Pb content in different parts of maize followed the order root>leaf>stem>grain during the experimental period. Although maize had low transfer and enrichment factors in calcareous soil, which make the Pb content in the grain show no significant difference among the five treatments in the same year, adding Ca and chitosan to calcareous soil can reduce the Pb contents of maize, especially reduce the Pb contents of root, stem and leaf. Therefore, the addition of calcium and chitosan is an effective strategy for reducing Pb availability in calcareous soils.

In this paper, a kind of novel water-soluble chitosan-polydopamine （CHT-PDA） nanoparticles with a hydrody- namic diameter （Dh） around 10 nm were reported by the combination of self-polymerization of PDA and electro- static complexation between PDA and CHT in water/DMSO （W/D） mixture at the molar fraction of DMSO （XDMSO =0.37）. The preparation method was efficient with a yield of 98% around. The as-prepared water-soluble CHT-PDA nanoparticles exhibited effective UV-screen ability, enhanced visible-light transmittance and good cyto- compatibility via MTT assay, which might be used in transparent formulation for UV protection usage, especially in biological field including sun care application.

This paper is concerned with the decentralized stability problem for a class of Markovian jump discrete-time singular large-scale systems. We give the necessary and sufficient conditions for the stochastic stability analysis by the convex combination, and a set of necessary and sufficient conditions for the stochastic stability is proposed in terms of linear matrix inequalities.

目的探究腹部CT联合血清IMA、VEGF对缺血性结肠炎的早期诊断价值。方法研究对象选择2020年5月至2022年5月在本院就诊的76例疑似IC患者,根据结肠镜诊断分为IC组和非IC组,所有入选者均进行腹部CT检查,检测血清IMA、VEGF水平。结果 IC组和非IC组腹痛和便血发生率比较有差异(P<0.05)。IC组腹部CT(异常)、肠壁水肿增厚和肠腔周围絮状影发生率高于非IC组(P<0.50)。IC组血清IMA、VEGF水平显著高于非IC组(P<0.05)。根据ROC曲线得知,血清IMA诊断IC的AUC为0.892,血清VEGF诊断IC的AUC为0.855,二者联合诊断IC的AUC阿为0,967。腹部CT在IC诊断中准确度为88.16%;IMA在IC诊断中准确度为82.89%;VEGF在I C诊断中准确度为80.26%;三者联合检测在IC诊断中准确度为92.11%。结论 IMA、VEGF在IC患者血清中表达显著升高,腹部CT联合血清IMA、VEGF可提高对IC的早期诊断价值。
