Changes in olfactory function are considered to be early biomarkers of Parkinson’s *** dysfunction is one of the earliest non-motor features of Parkinson’s disease,appearing in about 90%of patients with early-stage Parkinson’s disease,and can often predate the diagnosis by ***,olfactory dysfunction should be considered a reliable marker of the ***,the mechanisms responsible for olfactory dysfunction are currently *** this article,we clearly explain the pathology and medical definition of olfactory function as a biomarker for early-stage Parkinson’s *** the basis of the findings of clinical olfactory function tests and animal model experiments as well as neurotransmitter expression levels,we further characterize the relationship between olfactory dysfunction and neurodegenerative diseases as well as the molecular mechanisms underlying olfactory dysfunction in the pathology of early-stage Parkinson’s *** findings highlighted in this review suggest that olfactory dysfunction is an important biomarker for preclinical-stage Parkinson’s ***,therapeutic drugs targeting non-motor symptoms such as olfactory dysfunction in the early stage of Parkinson’s disease may prevent or delay dopaminergic neurodegeneration and reduce motor symptoms,highlighting the potential of identifying effective targets for treating Parkinson’s disease by inhibiting the deterioration of olfactory dysfunction.

Objective:To investigate the influence of xylooligosaccharides on skin inflammation,behavioral characteristics,neurotransmitters,and gut flora in a mouse model of atopic dermatitis(AD)induced by 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene(DNFB).Methods:The AD mouse model was created by administration of DNFB for 14 consecutive *** scoring atopic dermatitis index,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),histopathology,and immunohistochemical analyses were used to assess inflammation and depression-like ***,high-throughput 16S rRNA gene sequencing was used to determine the composition of fecal ***:Xylooligosaccharides treatment reduced the number of scratches and skin thickness,mast cell infiltration and the levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)E and T-helper cytokines compared with the AD model ***,xylooligosaccharides treatment reduced the immobility time of mice in the forced swimming test and increased the total movement distance and movement distance in the center area in the open-field ***,5-hydroxytryptamine and dopamine expression in the brain was increased following xylooligosaccharides *** network pharmacology,Gene Ontology analysis showed that the targets were mainly enriched in phosphatase binding and the regulation of leukocyte differentiation,which ameliorated AD mainly through the hypoxia inducible factor-1 and phosphatidylinositide 3-kinase-protein kinase B pathways.16S rRNA gene sequencing,diversity indices,and gut microbial taxonomic composition analysis showed DNFB-induced changes in intestinal microbiota diversity in AD *** analysis indicated that xylooligosaccharides intake improved the gut microbiome by dramatically enhancing the concentration of Lactobacillus while decreasing the concentration of Bacteroides in ***:Xylooligosaccharides reduce inflammatory dermatosis and related depression-like behaviors via regulating intestinal homeostasis,having medicinal value as a nutrit

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effectiveness and safety of jiawei Xiaoyao pill(加味逍遥丸,JXP)in the treatment of symptoms associated with premenstrual syndrome(PMS).METHODS:A total of 144 regularly menstruating women with PMS were recruited at 8 sites in China from August 2017 to December 2018,and randomized to receive either a JXP or a matching placebo(12 g/d,6 g twice a day)for 3 menstrual *** primary indicator was the reduced Daily Record of Severity of Problems(DRSP)scores in the luteal phase after 3 months of *** safety outcomes included clinical adverse events(AEs),adverse reactions(ARs),changes in vital signs,and laboratory ***:JXP surpassed the placebo in reducing DRSP scores(psychological/somatic dysfunction)in the luteal phase over 3 menstrual cycles of treatment(PFAS=0.002,PPPS=0.001).Additionally,there were no significant differences in the incidence of AEs,severe AEs,withdrawal due to AEs and ARs between the two groups(all P>0.05),and no clinically significant adverse medical events related to the test drug ***:JXP was superior to the placebo in relieving the symptoms associated with PMS,which signified that JXP may be effective,safe,and welltolerated as an alternative therapy.

在激烈的市场竞争中,制造商需要不断进行产品研发才能保持其核心竞争力,而下游零售商在关注产品研发计划的同时也需要时刻掌握消费者偏好情况。为研究制造商不同研发模式下零售商的最佳信息获取策略,本文基于质量提升和成本削减两种研发模式,构建了不同策略组合下的博弈模型。研究发现:无论制造商是否进行研发投入,零售商都仅在信息获取成本低于相应的阈值时才会获取消费者偏好信息,但制造商的研发投入放宽了零售商获取信息的费用阈值,促进了其进行信息获取的意愿。同时,制造商研发模式的选择受到投资系数的影响,当质量投资系数较小而成本投资系数较大时,制造商选择质量提升研发模式,反之,制造商选择成本削减研发模式。最后,通过数值算例表明,零售商获取信息有益于消费者剩余和社会福利的提升。

Considering the nonlinear structure and spatial-temporal correlation of traffic network,and the influence of potential correlation between nodes of traffic network on the spatial features,this paper proposes a traffic speed prediction model based on the combination of graph attention network with self-adaptive adjacency matrix(SAdpGAT)and bidirectional gated recurrent unit(BiGRU).First-ly,the model introduces graph attention network(GAT)to extract the spatial features of real road network and potential road network respectively in spatial ***,the spatial features are input into BiGRU to extract the time series ***,the prediction results of the real road network and the potential road network are connected to generate the final prediction results of the *** experimental results show that the prediction accuracy of the proposed model is im-proved obviously on METR-LA and PEMS-BAY datasets,which proves the advantages of the pro-posed spatial-temporal model in traffic speed prediction.

lncRNA ZNF593 antisense(ZNF593-AS)transcripts have been implicated in heart failure through the regulation of myocardial *** decreased transcriptional activity of ZNF593-AS has also been detected in cardiac ***,the function of ZNF593-AS in cardiac hypertrophy remains ***,we report that the expression of ZNF593-AS reduced in a mouse model of left ventricular hypertrophy and cardiomyocytes in response to treatment with the hypertrophic agonist phenylephrine(PE).In vivo,ZNF593-AS aggravated pressure overload–induced cardiac hypertrophy in knockout *** contrast,cardiomyocyte-specific transgenic mice(ZNF593-AS MHC-Tg)exhibited attenuated TAC-induced cardiac *** vitro,vector-based overexpression using murine or human ZNF593-AS alleviated PE-induced myocyte hypertrophy,whereas GapmeR-induced inhibition aggravated hypertrophic *** using RNA-seq and gene set enrichment analyses,we identified a link between ZNF593-AS and oxidative phosphorylation and found that mitofusin 2(Mfn2)is a direct target of ***593-AS exerts an antihypertrophic effect by upregulating Mfn2 expression and improving mitochondrial ***,it represents a promising therapeutic target for combating pathological cardiac remodeling.

To improve soil carbon sequestration capacity,the full soil carbon cycle process needs to be understood and *** is essential to evaluate whether water erosion acts as a net source or sink of atmospheric CO_(2)at the basin scale,which encompasses the entire hydrological *** study introduced an approach that combined a spatially distributed sediment delivery model and biogeochemical model to estimate the lateral and vertical carbon fluxes by water erosion at the basin *** this coupling model to the Dongting Lake Basin,the results showed that the annual average amount of soil erosion during 1980-2020 was 1.33×10^(8)t,displaying a decreasing trend followed by a slight *** 12% of the soil organic carbon displacement was ultimately lost in the riverine systems,and the rest was deposited downhill within the *** average lateral soil organic carbon loss induced by erosion was 8.86×10^(11)g C in 1980 and 1.50×10^(11)g C in 2020,with a decline rate of 83%.A net land sink for atmospheric CO_(2)of 5.54×1011g C a^(-1)occurred during erosion,primarily through sediment burial and dynamic ***,ecological restoration projects and tillage practice policies are still significant in reducing erosion,which could improve the capacity of the carbon sink for recovery beyond the rate of horizontal carbon ***,our model enables the spatial explicit simulation of erosion-induced carbon fluxes using costeffective and easily accessible input data across large spatial scales and long ***,it offers a valuable tool for predicting the interactions between carbon dynamics,land use changes,and future climate.
