Effect of Blasting Stress Wave on Dynamic Crack Propagation

Stress waves affect the stress field at the crack tip and dominate the dynamic crack ***,evaluating the influence of blasting stress waves on the crack propagation behavior and the mechanical characteristics of crack propagation is of great significance for engineering *** this study,ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used for blasting numerical simulation,in which the propagation characteristics of blasting stress waves and stress field distribution at the crack tip were closely ***,ABAQUS was applied for simulating the crack propagation path and calculating dynamic stress intensity factors(DSIFs).The universal function was calculated by the *** results show that:the compressive wave causes the crack to close and the reflected tensile wave drives the crack to initiate and propagate,and failure mode is mainly tensile *** crack propagation velocity varies with time,which increases at first and then decreases,and the crack arrest occurs due to the attenuation of stress waves and dissipation of the blasting *** addition,crack arrest toughness is smaller than the crack initiation toughness,applied pressure waveforms(such as the peak pressure,duration,waveforms,wavelengths and loading rates)have a great influence on *** is conducive to our deep understanding or the study of blasting stress waves dominated fracture,suggesting a broad reference for the further development of rock blasting in engineering practice.

An Ion-Pumping Interphase on Graphdiyne/Graphite Heterojunction for Fast-Charging Lithium-Ion Batteries

The sluggish lithium-ion(Li-ion)transport kinetics in graphite anode hinders its application in fast-charging Li-ion batteries(LIBs).Here,we develop an ionpumping interphase(IPI)on graphdiyne(GDY)/graphite heterojunction anodes to boost the ionic transport kinetics and enable high-performance,fast-charging *** IPI changed the ion solvation/desolvation environment by covalent/non-covalent interactions with Li ions or solvents to optimize solid-electrolyte interphase(SEI)and regulate Li-ion transport *** studied the in situ growth of few-layer GDY on graphite surface(GDY/graphite)as the IPI and found that the strong interaction between GDY and Li ions enabled surface-induced modification of the ion solvation behavior and surface-assisted desolvation effect to accelerate the Li-ion desolvation process.A functional anion-derived SEI layer with improved Li-ion conductivity was *** with the generated built-in electric field at GDY/graphite hetero-interface self-pumping Li ions to intercalate into the graphite,the Li-ion transport kinetics was significantly enhanced to effectively eliminate Li plating and large voltage polarization of the graphite anodes.A fast Li intercalation in GDY/graphite without Li oversaturation at the edge of the graphite was directly *** superior performance with high capacity(139.2 mA h g^(-1))and long lifespan(1650 cycles)under extremely fast-charging conditions(20 C,1 C=372 mA g^(-1))was achieved on GDY/graphite *** at low temperatures(-20℃),a specific capacity of 128.4 mA h g^(-1) was achieved with a capacity retention of 80%after 500 cycles at a 2 C rate.

采用丙酮盐酸混合液提取土壤胡敏酸(HA)和胡敏素(HU)组分,利用元素分析、紫外-可见漫反射光谱和红外光谱进行结构表征。元素分析表明,HA中C、H、N和S含量均高于HU,O含量低于HU。原子比分析表明HA的缩合度相对较高,分子结构相对复杂,HU的缩合度相对较低,分子结构相对简单。紫外-可见漫反射光谱分析表明,由于腐殖质(HS)的组成复杂,多种官能团互相干扰,HA和HU紫外-可见漫反射光谱无明显特征峰,吸光度值随着波长的增加呈下降趋势,且HA包含的吸光有机成分较多,化学组成较复杂。HA和HU紫外特征参数SUV254和E4/E6比较分析表明,与HU相比,HA芳香性较大,腐殖化程度较高。红外光谱分析表明,HA和HU具有相似的红外光谱,各研究对象特征吸收峰的吸收强度不同,其中开垦黑土20~40 cm和未开垦灰土18~37 cm土层HA的振动幅度较大,说明其包含的酚类化合物、含羟基化合物、脂肪族化合物和羧酸,以及含羰基的醛、酮、醚等化合物的含量较多。开垦黑土10~20 cm土层和未开垦灰土18~37 cm土层HU在各特征吸收峰振动幅度较大,说明其包含的酚类化合物、羧酸、脂肪烃和糖类化合物含量较多。红外光谱各吸收峰强度比较分析表明,开垦后黑土HA和HU酚类化合物、羟基官能团和脂肪族化合物等含量增加,而开垦后灰土HA和HU酚类化合物、羧酸和脂肪族化合物含量下降,表明开垦对黑土土壤有机质影响相对较小,并且在一定程度上增加了土壤有机质含量,而促进了灰土土壤有机质的分解。综上所述,丙酮盐酸混合液提取法为HS生物化学和生理活性的研究提供了新的技术手段,为合理利用土壤资源提供理论依据。

Deuterium distribution and behavior of blisters in pre-damaged and undamaged tungsten

Tungsten(W),as a plasma-facing material,is subjected to high fluence plasma,resulting in both radiation damage and deuterium(D) *** study explores the blistering behavior and D supersaturated layers in both pre-damaged and undamaged W *** achieve a uniform damage profile similar to neutron irradiation,carbon(C) ions with multiple energies and angles were *** samples were further irradiated with low-energy D ions under two fluences at temperatures from ～380 to 640 *** various experimental techniques,we found that pre-damaged W samples can effectively suppress the formation of blistering and lower the threshold temperature at which the surface remains free of *** also observed the prominent D supersaturated peaks within the depth of 20 nm in both pre-damaged and undamaged ***,a close correlation between blistering and the D supersaturation was *** results suggest that neutron irradiation in the fusion reactors could increase the critical D concentration for blistering,while a greater depth of damage facilitated the inward diffusion of D,thereby reducing the D concentration gradient and alleviating surface blistering.

Mechanical and damping performances of TPMS lattice metamaterials fabricated by laser powder bed fusion

Lattice metamaterials based on three-period minimum surface(TPMS)are an effective means to achieve lightweight and high-strength materials which are widely used in various fields such as aerospace and ***,its vibration and noise reduction,and damping properties have not been fully ***,in this study,the TPMS structures with parameterization were designed by the method of surface migration,and the TPMS structures with high forming quality was manufactured by laser powder bed fusion(LPBF).The mechanical properties and energy absorption characteristics of the beam and TPMS structures were studied and compared by quasi-static *** modal shapes of the beam lattice structures and TPMS structures were obtained by the free modal analysis,and the damping properties of two structures were obtained by modal *** the two structures after heat treatment with the same porosity of 70%,the yield strength of the beam lattice structure reaches 40.76 MPa,elastic modulus is 20.38 GPa,the energy absorption value is 32.23 MJ·m^(-3),the damping ratio is 0.52%.The yield strength,elastic modulus,energy absorption value,and damping ratio of the TPMS structure are 50.74 MPa,25.37 GPa,47.34 MJ·m^(-3),and 0.99%,*** results show that TPMS structures exhibit more excellent mechanical properties and energy absorption,better damping performance,and obvious advantages in structural load and vibration and noise reduction compared with the beam lattice structures under the same porosity.

Knocking down AR promotes osteoblasts to recruit prostate cancer cells by altering exosomal circ-DHPS/miR-214-3p/CCL5 pathway

Tumor-derived exosomes have been shown to play a key role in organ-specific metastasis,and the androgen receptor regulates prostate cancer(PCa)*** is unclear whether the androgen receptor regulates the recruitment of prostate cancer cells to the bone microenvironment,even bone metastases,through ***,we found that exosomes isolated from PCa cells after knocking down androgen receptor(AR)or enzalutamide treatment can facilitate the migration of prostate cancer cells to *** addition,AR silencing or treatment with the AR antagonist enzalutamide may increase the expression of circular RNA-deoxyhypusine synthase(circ-DHPS)in PCa cells,which can be transported to osteoblasts by ***-DHPS acts as a competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA)against endogenous miR-214-3p to promote C-C chemokine ligand 5(CCL5)levels in *** the level of CCL5 in osteoblasts could recruit more PCa cells into the bone ***,blocking the circ-DHPS/miR-214-3p/CCL5 signal may decrease exosome-mediated migration of prostate cancer cells to osteoblasts.

In recent years,materials with asymmetric mechanical response properties(mechanical Janus materials)have been found possess numerous potential applications,*** absorption and vibration *** this study,we propose a novel mechanical Janus lattice whose asymmetric mechanical response can be switched in orientation by a *** finite element analysis and experimental verification,this lattice exhibits asymmetric displacement responses to symmetric ***,with such a plug structure inside,individual lattices can switch the orientation of asymmetry and thus achieve reprogrammable design of a mechanical structure with chained *** reprogrammable asymmetry of this material will offer multiple functions in design of mechanical metamaterials.

Prox1 Suppresses Proliferation and Drug Resistance of Retinoblastoma Cells via Targeting Notch1

Objective Retinoblastoma(RB)is a prevalent type of eye cancer in *** homeobox 1(Prox1)is a homeobox transcriptional repressor and downstream target of the proneural gene that is relevant in lymphatic,hepatocyte,pancreatic,heart,lens,retinal,and cancer *** goal of this study was to investigate the role of Prox1 in RB cell proliferation and drug resistance,as well as to explore the underlying Notch1 *** Human RB cell lines(SO-RB50 and Y79)and a primary human retinal microvascular endothelial cell line(ACBRI-181)were used in this *** expression of Prox1 and Notch1 mRNA and protein in RB cells was detected using quantitative real time-polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)and Western *** proliferation was assessed after Prox1 overexpression using the Cell Counting Kit-8 and the MTS ***-resistant cell lines(SO-RB50/vincristine)were generated and treated with Prox1 to investigate the role of Prox1 in drug *** employed pcDNA-Notch1 to overexpress Notch1 to confirm the role of Notch1 in the protective function of ***,a xenograft model was constructed to assess the effect of Prox1 on RB in *** Prox1 was significantly downregulated in RB *** of Prox1 effectively decreased RB cell growth while increasing the sensitivity of drug-resistant cells to ***1 was involved in Prox1’s regulatory ***1 was identified as a target gene of Prox1,which was found to be upregulated in RB cells and repressed by increased Prox1 *** pcDNA-Notch1 was transfected,the effect of Prox1 overexpression on RB was ***,by downregulating Notch1,Prox1 overexpression slowed tumor development and increased vincristine sensitivity in *** These data show that Prox1 decreased RB cell proliferation and drug resistance by targeting Notch1,implying that Prox1 could be a potential therapeutic target for RB.

Long-time asymptotic behavior for the nonlocal nonlinear Schro¨dinger equation in the solitonic region

In this paper, we extend the ■-steepest descent method to study the Cauchy problem for the nonlocal nonlinear Schr?dinger（NNLS） equation with weighted Sobolev initial data iqt+qxx+2σ■2（x, t）q（-x, t） = 0,q（x, 0） = q0（x）,where q0∈ H1,1（R）. Based on the spectral analysis of the Lax pair, the solution of the Cauchy problem is expressed in terms of the solution of a Riemann-Hilbert problem, which is transformed into a solvable model after a series of deformations. We further obtain the asymptotic expansion of the solution to the Cauchy problem for the NNLS equation in the solitonic region. The leading term is soliton solutions, the second term is the interaction between solitons and dispersion, and the error term comes from a corresponding?ˉ-*** with the asymptotic results on the classical NLS equation, the major difference is the second and third terms of the asymptotic expansion for the NNLS equation, which were affected by a function depending on the scattering data and the stationary phase point.
