A miniaturized multi-frequency circularly polarized array is designed in this *** antenna array is composed of three independent sub-arrays employing modified quarter-mode substrate ntegrated aveguide(QMSIW)to achieve three circularly polarized frequency *** introducing strip-slot,the impedance bandwidth of the antenna array is broadened while the dimension is decreased by 75%to realize ***,metasurface causes the impedance bandwidth of the sub-array to be further ***,the metal vias are employed in the antenna array design to further achieve *** antenna array is manufactured and measured to verify the *** the measured and simulated results display that the array achieves the impedance bandwidths of 10%,11.7%,and 14.8%and axial ratio bandwidths of 8.8%,8.0%,and 8.5%at 2.5,3.5,and 4.8 GHz,*** gain is stable in the operating band within an uncertainty of 0.7 d *** whole dimension is 0.92λ×0.63λ×0.04λ,whereλ_(0) is the wavelength at the lowest resonant ***,the simple structure and miniaturization provides great convenience in sub-6 applications.

It is well known that Tn5B1-4 (commercially known as the High Five) cell line is highly susceptible to baculovirus and provides superior production of recombinant proteins when compared to other insect cell *** the characteristics of the cell line do not always remain stable and may change upon continuous *** an alphanodavirus,named Tn5 Cell Line Virus (or TNCL Virus),was identified in High Five cells in ***,we established a new cell line,QB-Tn9-4s,from Trichoplusia ni,which was determined to be free of TNCL virus by RT-PCR *** this paper,we describe the development of a novel cell clone,QB-CL-B,from a low passage QB-Tn9-4s cell line and report its susceptibility to AcMNPV,and the level of recombinant protein *** cell clone was similar to its parental cells QB-Tn9-4s and Tn5B1-4 cells in morphology and growth rate;although it also showed approximately the same responses to AcMNPV infection and production of occlusion bodies,there were higher levels of recombinant protein production in comparison to QB-Tn9-4s (parental cells) and High5 cells.

Recognition of Fluvial Bank Erosion Along the Main Stream of the Yangtze River

Recognizing the risk of fluvial bank erosion is an important challenge to ensure the early warning and prevention or control of bank collapse in river catchments,including in the Yangtze *** study introduces a geomorphons-based algorithm to extract river bank erosion information by adjusting the flatness from multibeam echo-sounding *** algorithm maps ten subaqueous morphological elements,including the slope,footslope,flat,ridge,peak,valley,pit,spur,hollow,and *** flatness values were used to build an interpretation strategy for the subaqueous features of riverbank *** results show that the bank scarp,which is the erosion carrier,is covered by slope cells when the flatness is 10°.The scour pits and bank scars are indicated by pit cells near the bank and hollow cells in the bank slope at a flatness of 0°.Fluvial subaqueous dunes are considered an important factor accelerating bank erosion,particularly those near the bank toe;the critical flatness of the dunes was evaluated as 3°.The distribution of subaqueous morphological elements was analyzed and used to map the bank erosion *** analysis results revealed that the near-bank zone,with a relatively large water depth,is prone to form large scour pits and a long bank *** collapse tends to occur at the long bank scarp to shorten its *** varied assignment of flatness values among terrestrial,marine,and fluvial environments is discussed,concluding that diversified flatness values significantly enable fluvial subaqueous morphology ***,this study provides a reference for the flatness-based recognition of fluvial morphological elements and enhances the targeting of subaqueous signs and risks of bank failure with a range of multibeam bathymetric data.

Liquefied natural gas(LNG)is a kind of clean energy,and many LNG-powered vessels have been de-signed and built around the ***,LNG introduces the potential risk of leakage and explosion accidents;thus,it is necessary to conduct safety assessments on the layout of typical facilities during the initial design *** this paper,an on-deck LNG fuel area model is established by employing the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method according to an LNG-powered Aframax oil *** distri-bution of potential dangerous areas on the concentration field and temperature field is presented under leakage and diffusion accident conditions with vent masts of different *** results show the fol-lowing:the gas concentration rises rapidly at the initial stage of leakage and tends to stabilize after a certain period;the leakage and diffusion trend of light gas is basically the same as that of heavy gas,and the lowest heavy gas and light gas temperature on the deck between the storage tank and the upper building is-7.9 C and 4.7°C,respectively,when the venting mast leakage point is at the height of 6 m;and the higher the mast leakage point is,the more safe the ship *** safety considerations,the height of the venting mast designed in this paper should not be lower than the height of the LNG storage tank,which is 10 m.

Considering the R&D for upgrading the K^(0)_(L) andμdetectors in the Belle II experiment using a scintillator and silicon pho-tomultiplier(SiPM),we designed a compact high-speed and low-noise *** preamplifier demonstrated a good gain stability,bandwidth of 426 MHz,baseline noise level ofσ≈0.6 mV,dynamic range of up to170 mV of the input signal amplitude,good time resolution of 20 ps,and it can be comprehensively applied to *** pole-zero-cancelation in the preamplifier reduces both the rise and fall times of the SiPM signal,which can significantly improve the time resolution and reduce the pile-up when using a large SiPM or an array of *** combinations of the preamplifier and several types of SiPMs demonstrated time resolutions better than 50 ps for most cases;when the number of detected photons was larger than 60,a time resolution of approximately 25 ps was achieved.

To meet the growing demand for socioeconomic development,a large amount of groundwater is extracted from confined aquifers *** North China Plain has experienced considerable groundwater depletion and subsidence during the past six *** this study,we use Sentinel-1A/B SAR images from 2015 to 2020 to map the ground subsidence of the Tianjin–Langfang *** subsiding zones centered at Guangyang,Wuqing–Bazhou,and Jinghai are identified with maximum subsidence rates of 98.1,121.8,and 104.7 mm/*** and long-term signals are separated from time series subsidence and hydraulic measurements using continuous wavelet transform to retrieve aquifer *** long-term subsidence,which fits well with an exponential decaying model,remarkably slows down in our study *** elastic skeletal storage coefficients range between 0.52×10−3 and 9.66×10−*** then retrieve the spatial–temporal variations of total groundwater storage,recoverable groundwater storage,and irreversible groundwater *** storage depletion rates are apparently reducing,which benefits from the operation of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project and local groundwater management practices.

Commercial tissue adhesives have been widely applied in wound hemostats and dressings while enhancing the hemostasis and healing capabilities is challenging to meet clinical ***,we designed the glucose-and catechol-functionalized derivatives from commercialε-polylysine(EPL)and prepared the hydrogels by simple amidation and catechol-crosslinking reactions,which have larger swelling ratios of 220%–240%,suitable microporous size of about 6–8µm,and tissue adhesion strength of about 20–40 *** hemolysis,cytotoxicity,and cellular double-staining assays indicate that those hydrogels had good biocompatibility and the H-3 hydrogel with higher glucose content gave a lower hemolysis ratio of 0.73%±0.14%.The blood-clotting index,blood cell attachment and adhesion studies showed those hydrogels had fast blood-coagulation,resulting in excellent hemostasis performance with a short hemostatic time of 38–46 s and less blood loss of 19%–34%in a liver hemorrhage model.A full-thickness rat-skin defect model further demonstrates that the H-3 hydrogel achieved fast wound healing with a wound closure of 70.0%±2.7%on postoperative day 7 and nearly full closure on day ***,the hydroproline level that denotes the collagen production reached a higher one of 7.24±0.55µg/mg comparable to that in normal skins on day 14,evidencing the wound healing was close to completion in the H-3 ***,this work provides a simple method to construct a glycosylated and catechol-functionalized hydrogel platform from commercial EPL,holding translational potentials in wound hemostats and dressings.

AIM:To explore the hotspots and frontiers of genetic research on pediatric ***:Global publications from 2013 to 2022 related to genes in pediatric cataracts were extracted from the Web of Science Core Collection,and were analyzed in terms of the publication counts,countries,journals,authors,keywords,cited references,subject categories,and the underlying hotspots and ***:Totally 699 publications were included in the final *** predominant actors were identified,with China(n=240)and PLoS One(n=33)being the most productive country and journal *** research hotspots extracted from keywords were crystallin gene mutations,pathogenicity evaluation,phenotypes of ocular and neurodevelopmental abnormalities,genes encoding membrane proteins,and diagnosis of multisystemic *** co-cited articles formed 10 clusters of research topics,including FYCO1(56 items),mutation screening(43 items),gap junction(29 items),the Warburg Micro syndrome(29 items),ephrin-A5(28 items),novel mutation(24 items),eye development and function(22 items),cholestanol(7 items),OCRL(6 items),and pathogenicity prediction(3 items).The research frontiers were FYCO1,ephrin-A5,and *** biology showed the strongest bridging effects among different disciplines in the field(betweenness centrality=0.44).CONCLUSION:With the progress in next-generation sequencing and multidisciplinary collaboration,genetic research on pediatric cataracts broadens the knowledge scope of the crystalline lens,as well as other organs and systems,shedding light on the molecular mechanisms of systemic *** biology may integrate multidisciplinary content to address cutting-edge issues in the field.
