BACKGROUND Reflux esophagitis(RE) is a common digestive disorder, and its frequent recurrences cause significant physical pain and are financially burdensome to patients. However, studies on the natural history of treated RE are few. Although proton pump inhibitors(PPIs) as the first-line treatment provide notable symptomatic relief, disordered gut microbiota has been observed among PPI users. Probiotics are commonly administered to patients to regulate the disordered intestinal *** To evaluate the therapeutic effects in RE patients treated with a combination of esomeprazole and probiotics [Bacillus subtilis(B. subtilis) and Enterococcus faecium(E. faecium)].METHODS One hundred and thirty-four RE patients were randomized into two groups of 67 subjects each. The probiotics group was administered with esomeprazole 20 mg b.i.d. and live combined B. subtilis and E. faecium enteric-coated capsules 500 mg t.i.d. for eight weeks; the placebo group was administered with esomeprazole 20 mg b.i.d. and placebo for eight weeks. Subsequently, 12-wk follow-up was carried out on patients who achieved both endoscopic and clinical cure. Endoscopy,reflux diagnostic questionnaire(RDQ), gastrointestinal symptom rating scale(GSRS), and lactulose hydrogen breath test were performed to evaluate the therapeutic effects. A difference of P 0.05). 在制造、加工、装配以及服役过程中,航空液压管路可能存在平面型缺陷。在适航载荷作用下,这些缺陷会萌生裂纹并发生扩展,最终导致管路破裂和油液泄漏。为了在管路产生微裂纹时对其进行故障诊断,采用了自行搭建的航空液压管路模态试验平台和测控系统,对存在环向裂纹航空液压管路的振动信号进行了采集和预处理。而在对管路振动信号进行分解时,由于经验模态分解(Empirical Mode Decomposition,EMD)算法存在模态混叠问题难以获得准确的本征模态函数(Intrinsic Mode Functions,IMF)。为提高信号处理精度,提出一种基于自适应噪声完备经验模态分解(Complete Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition with Adaptive Noise,CEEMDAN)和Hilbert变换理论相结合的改进Hilbert-Huang变换方法对航空液压管路环向裂纹进行故障诊断。研究结果表明,该方法能够更准确地诊断航空液压管路的环向裂纹故障。

We present fully differential cross sections (FDCS) within three-body distorted wave (3DW) for the single ionization of He by 3.6 MeV/amu AuQ+(Q=24, 53) ions. By comparing our calculations with experimental data and other theoretical predictions, we find the cross sec- tions are strongly influenced by highly charged projectile, ejected electron would be "pulled" along in the forward direction. However, all of the theoretical approaches can not display experimental unique forward peak structures in the FDCS.

In this paper, we focus on low-resolution human detection and propose a partial least squares-canonical correlation analysis （PLS-CCA） for outdoor video surveillance. The analysis relies on heterogeneous features fusion-based human detection method. The proposed method can not only explore the relation between two individual heterogeneous features as much as possible, but also can robustly describe the visual appearance of humans with complementary information. Compared with some other methods, the experimental results show that the proposed method is effective and has a high accuracy, precision, recall rate and area under curve （AUC） value at the same time, and offers a discriminative and stable recognition performance.

采用水热法合成Fe^(3+)、Al^(3+)、Co^(2+)及La^(3+)共掺杂纳米Ce_(1-4x)(FeAlCoLa)_(x)O_(2-δ)(x=0.00~0.05)固溶体,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外吸收光谱(UV)、荧光光谱(PL)、拉曼光谱(Raman)以及与H2的程序升温还原反应(TPR)等方法对固溶体的微观结构、形貌、光谱特征和氧化还原活性进行系统表征及分析。XRD结果表明,Ce_(1-4x)(FeAlCoLa)_(x)O_(2-δ)固溶体均呈CeO_(2)立方萤石结构,当掺杂量增加到x=0.04时,在36.6°处出现了微弱的Co_(3)O_(4)杂相,可以确定掺杂离子在CeO_(2)晶格中的固溶度x<0.04。样品的(111)衍射峰位向高角度偏移,表明掺杂离子引起晶格发生畸变。TEM及SEM结果显示样品为球形纳米颗粒,掺杂离子引起晶面间距变小。紫外吸收光谱表明,与纯CeO_(2)相比,掺杂样品的吸收边逐渐红移,在560~780 nm范围观察到掺杂离子的紫外吸收峰。掺杂引起样品能隙降低,从2.84 eV(纯CeO_(2))逐渐降低至2.10 eV(x=0.05)。其原因可归结为掺杂离子在CeO_(2)的价带和导带之间形成新的杂质能级,允许电子从价带跃迁到较低的杂质能级上,继而降低了跃迁能隙。由于掺杂离子引起晶格内部发生畸变以及氧空位比例增大,阻碍了电子的高能跃迁,也可引起能隙减小。荧光光谱证明,掺杂样品的发射峰强度明显降低。Raman光谱表明,掺杂引起F_(2g)峰位发生偏移,峰强减小,峰宽变大。同时,对应于氧空位峰的相对强度逐渐提高。荧光光谱及Raman光谱均证明掺杂离子引起固溶体晶格畸变程度增加,氧空位浓度提高。H_(2)-TPR测试表明,掺杂可以有效降低CeO_(2)的氧化还原反应温度,提高氧化还原活性,当x=0.03的样品表面还原温度最低,还原峰的面积最大,即氧化还原反应活性最佳,表明样品的氧化还原性能与晶粒尺寸、晶格缺陷及氧空位浓度密切相关。通过以上研究证明,四种离子共掺杂CeO_(2)能够有效修饰微观晶体结构,在较低掺杂浓度下即可显著改善样品的催化活性。

BACKGROUND Primary extra-pancreatic pancreatic-type acinar cell carcinoma(ACC)is a rare malignancy,and has only been reported in the gastrointestinal tract,liver,and lymph nodes until ***-pancreatic pancreatic-type ACC in the perinephric space has not been ***,we report the first case of ACC in the perinephric space and describe its clinical and imaging features,which should be considered when differentiating perinephric space *** SUMMARY A 48-year-old man with a 5-year history of hypertension was incidentally found to have an asymptomatic right retroperitoneal mass during a routine health *** tests were *** computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging showed an oval hypervascular mass with a central scar and enhanced capsule in the right perinephric *** surgical resection of the neoplasm,the diagnosis was primary extra-pancreatic pancreatic-type *** patient was alive without recurrence or metastasis during a 15-mo *** This is the first report of an extra-pancreatic ACC in right perinephric space,which should be considered as a possible diagnosis in perinephric tumors.

Objective： To assess if diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance （MR） imaging without apparent diffusion coefficient （ADC） values provides added diagnostic value in combination with conventional MR imaging in the detection and characterization of small nodules in cirrhotic liver. Methods： Two observers retrospectively and independently analyzed 86 nodules （_〈3 em） certified pathologically in 33 patients with liver cirrhosis, including 48 hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） nodules, 13 high-grade dysplastic nodules （HDN）, 10 low-grade dysplastic nodules （LDNs） and 15 other benign nodules. All these focal nodules were evaluated with conventional MR images （Tl-weighted, T2-weighted and dynamic gadolinium-enhanced images） and breath-hold diffusion-weighted images （DWI）（b=500 s/mm2）. The nodules were classified by using a scale of 1-3 （1, not seen; 3, well seen） on DWI for qualitative assessment. These small nodules were characterized by two radiologists. ADC values weren＇t measured. The diagnostic performance of the combined DWI-conventional images and the conventional images alone was evaluated using receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curves. The area under the curves （Az）, sensitivity and specificity values for characterizing different small nodules were also calculated. Results： Among 48 HCC nodules, 33 （68.8%） were graded as 3 （well seen）, 6 （12.5%） were graded as 2 （partially obscured）, and 9 weren＇t seen on DWI. Among 13 HDNs, there were 3 （23.1%） and 4 （30.8%） graded as 3 and 2 respectively. Five （50%） of 10 benign nodules were partially obscured and slightly hyperintense. For 86 nodules, the average diagnostic accuracy of combined DWI-conventional images was 82.56%, which was increased significantly compared with conventional MR images with 76.17%. For HCC and HDN, the diagnostic accuracy of combined DWI-conventional images increased from 78.69% to 86.07 %. The supercritical CO_(2)Brayton cycle has potential to be used in electricity generation occasions with its advantages of high efficiency and compact *** on a so-called self-condensing CO_(2)transcritical power cycle,a model was established and four different layouts of heat recuperation process were analyzed,a without-recuperation cycle,a post-recuperation cycle,a pre-recuperation cycle and a re-recuperation *** results showed that the internal normal cycle's share of the whole cycle increases with increasing the cooling pressure and decreasing the final cooled *** load in the supercritical heater decreases with increasing the cooling *** perspective of performance,the re-recuperation cycle and the pre-recuperation cycle have similar thermal efficiency which is much higher than other two *** thermal efficiency and net power output have a maximum value with the cooling pressure,except in the condition with the final cooled temperature of 31℃.Considering both the complexity and the economy,the pre-recuperation cycle is more applicable than the other *** 35℃of the final cooled temperature,the thermal efficiency of the pre-recuperation cycle reaches the peak 0.34 with the cooling pressure of 8.4 MPa and the maximum net power output is 2355.24 kW at 8.2 MPa of the cooling pressure.

大豆花器官较小且闭花授粉,导致人工杂交效率低,品种遗传基础狭窄。MADS-box基因家族成员APETALA3(AP3)和PISTILLATA(PI)作为花发育ABCDE模型中的B类基因,共同控制花瓣与雄蕊的形成,在花器官形态建成中发挥重要作用。为明确大豆中B类基因的进化模式,并探究其在不同大豆品种中的遗传变异,本研究通过生物信息学手段对大豆B类基因进行了基因结构、系统进化、保守基序、共线性、单倍型分析及物理性质预测等研究。结果显示:大豆基因组中11个B类基因,分别属于3个亚组,其中GmAP304(Glyma.04G027200)、GmAP306(Glyma.06G027200)、GmAP303(Glyma.03G111500)、GmAP316(Glyma.16G105600)和GmAP312(Glyma.12G118100)属于paleoAP3亚组,GmTM601(Glyma.01G169600)和GmTM611(Glyma.11G073700)属于TM6亚组,GmPI13(Glyma.13G034100)、GmPI14(Glyma.14G155100)、GmPI04(Glyma.04G245500)和GmPI06(Glyma.06G117600)属于PI亚组,且各亚组B类基因结构相对保守;大豆B类基因编码的蛋白中共有10个motif,其中motif 1、motif 4和motif 5与MADS结构域重叠。表达量数据分析显示,GmAP304、GmAP306、GmPI04、GmPI06、GmPI13、GmPI14、GmTM601和GmTM611在大豆花中有较高表达。结合单倍型分析发现,GmAP304、GmAP312、GmPI06、GmPI13和GmPI14在栽培大豆中只包含1种单倍型,比其它大豆B类基因更加保守,可能在控制花器官形成中行使更为重要的功能。本研究结果有助于完善大豆花器官发育模型,进一步阐明B类基因的功能,为大豆花器官的改造提供分子靶点,对提高大豆育种效率、拓宽品种遗传基础具有重要意义。
