Targeting FAPα-positive lymph node metastatic tumor cells suppresses colorectal cancer metastasis

Lymphatic metastasis is the main metastatic route for colorectal cancer, which increases the risk of cancer recurrence and distant metastasis. The properties of the lymph node metastatic colorectal cancer(LNM-CRC) cells are poorly understood, and effective therapies are still lacking. Here, we found that hypoxia-induced fibroblast activation protein alpha(FAPα) expression in LNM-CRC cells. Gain-or loss-function experiments demonstrated that FAPα enhanced tumor cell migration, invasion, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, stemness, and lymphangiogenesis via activation of the STAT3 pathway. In addition, FAPα in tumor cells induced extracellular matrix remodeling and established an immunosuppressive environment via recruiting regulatory T cells, to promote colorectal cancer lymph node metastasis(CRCLNM). Z-GP-DAVLBH, a FAPα-activated prodrug, inhibited CRCLNM by targeting FAPα-positive LNM-CRC cells. Our study highlights the role of FAPα in tumor cells in CRCLNM and provides a potential therapeutic target and promising strategy for CRCLNM.

Zeolitic Imidazolate Framework-8(ZIF-8)material was prepared by chemical precipitation *** microstructure and physical properties of the as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD,BET,FESEM and UV *** self-made four-channel measurement device was used to test the gas sensitivity of ZIF-8 material toward ethanol gas under photo-thermal synergistic *** results showed that the sample was typical ZIF-8(E_(g)=4.96 eV)with a regular dodecahedron shape and the specific surface is up to 1793 m^(2)/*** as-prepared ZIF-8 has a gas response value of 55.04 to 100 ppm ethanol at 75℃ and it shows good gas sensing selectivity and repeated *** excellent gas sensitivity can be attributed to the increase of free electron concentration in the ZIF-8 conduction band by photo-thermal synergistic excitation,and the large specific surface area of ZIF-8 material provides more active sites for gas-solid surface *** reaction mechanism of ZIF-8 material under multi-field excitation was also discussed.

Flower-like Fe-doped NiSe_(2)/C hybrid spheres fabricated by a glucose-intercalation strategy for enhanced sodium storage proper

Nickel diselenide(NiSe_(2)),which has a high theoretical capacity,has attracted considerable attention as a promis-ing anode material for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs).Nevertheless,the intrinsically low conductivity,large volume variation,and significant aggregation of NiSe_(2)during sodiation/desodiation remain significant obstacles to its ***,we report flower-like Fe-doped NiSe_(2)/C hybrid spheres(denoted as Fe-NiSe_(2)/C)fabricated by a glucose intercalation strategy for efficient sodium *** Fe-NiSe_(2)/C hybrid spheres are composed of thin porous carbon nanosheets decorated with Fe-NiSe_(2)*** situ introduced carbon nanosheets derived from intercalated glucose accompanied by moderate Fe doping in NiSe2 nanoparticles can provide ac-celerated ion/electron transfer kinetics through fast ion channels in the flower-like architecture and intimately contacted interfaces between NiSe_(2)and carbon nanosheets as well as maintain structural integrity by alleviating volume ***,the optimal anode of the Fe-NiSe_(2)/C hybrid spheres delivered a high discharge capacity of 415 mAh g^(-1)at 0.5 A g^(-1),outstanding rate capability(243 mAh g^(-1)at 5 A g^(-1)),and significantly enhanced cycling stability(388 mAh g^(-1)at 1 A g^(-1)over 200 cycles).This work offers an efficient and valu-able strategy for realizing tailored heteroatom doping in transition metal selenides,accompanied by an in situ combination of conductive carbonaceous networks for advanced alkali metal ion batteries.

Serological Investigation into the Infected Genotypes of Patients with Japanese Encephalitis in the Coastal Provinces of China

Objective Genotypes(G)1,3,and 5 of the Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV)have been isolated in China,but the dominant genotype circulating in Chinese coastal areas remains *** searched for G5 JEV-infected cases and attempted to elucidate which JEV genotype was most closely related to human Japanese encephalitis(JE)in the coastal provinces of *** In this study,we collected serum specimens from patients with JE in three coastal provinces of China(Guangdong,Zhejiang,and Shandong)from 2018 to 2020 and conducted JEV cross-neutralization tests against G1,G3,and *** Acute serum specimens from clinically reported JE cases were obtained for laboratory confirmation from hospitals in Shandong(92 patients),Zhejiang(192 patients),and Guangdong(77 patients),China,from 2018 to *** of the 361 serum specimens were laboratory-confirmed to be infected with *** cases were confirmed to be infected with G1 JEV,32 with G3 JEV,and two with G5 *** G3 was the primary infection genotype among JE cases with a definite infection genotype,and the infection caused by G5 JEV was confirmed serologically in China.

Optimization design of autofocusing metasurface for ultrasound wave application

In this paper,two optimized autofocusing metasurfaces(AFMs)with different desired focal distances are designed by using particle swarm optimization(PSO)*** on the ffnite element simulation software COMSOL Multiphysics,the performance of ultrasound transducer(UT)with AFM at different design parameters in Airy distributions(r0,ω)and the bottom thickness(d)of AFM are simulated and *** on the simulation data,the artiffcial neural network model is trained to describe the complex relationship between the design parameters of AFM and the performance parameters of ***,the multiobjective optimization function for AFM is determined according to the desired performance parameters of UT,including focal position,lateral resolution,longitudinal resolution and absolute sound *** order to obtain AFMs with the desired performance,PSO algorithm is adopted to optimize the design parameters of AFM according to the multiobjective optimization function,and two AFMs are optimized and *** experimental results well agree with the simulation and optimization results,and the optimized AFMs can achieve the desired *** fabricated AFM can be easily integrated with UT,which has great potential applications in wave ffeld modulation underwater,acoustic tweezers,biomedical imaging,industrial nondestructive testing and neural regulation.

农民教育政策体系对于处理农民教育公共问题以解决农民发展问题具有重要作用,农民教育的最终目的指向全体农民物质与精神的共同富裕。本文立足于马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论的基本立场与研究方法论,建构起农民教育政策体系的“四维一体”理论分析框架,并基于对220份农民教育政策的文本分析和49位农民教育政策体系利益相关主体的深度访谈,就中国式现代化进程中的农民教育政策体系优化问题进行解构。本文研究发现:中国农民教育政策体系面临农民教育政策观念“短板视角”主导、农民教育政策主体格局碎片化、农民教育政策内容结构供需错位、农民教育政策过程有效性不足等现实问题,进而引发农民发展的内生动力不足、农民发展的保障机制存在缺陷、农民发展的片面性倾向较明显、农民发展的终身性乏力等困境。因此,面向农业强国的农民教育政策体系优化应在农民教育政策观念上更加强调农民主体性、在农民教育政策主体上更加重视整体性建设、在农民教育政策内容上更加突出需求导向、在农民教育政策过程上更加关注全生命周期,通过聚焦农民主体性培育、构建“大农民教育”工作格局、健全农民终身教育体系、完善农民教育评价体制机制等途径,实现全面发展视域下的农民教育政策体系优化由理念向实践的转化。

生物学中究竟有无定律一直是个充满争议的话题。最近,有学者试图表明生态学中的“异速生长模型”可以被视为定律,而反对者则基于约翰·比蒂的“进化偶然性论题”对其提出了挑战。这一挑战指出,异速生长模型可以被还原为几何学和物理学定律,因而它们不能被视为生物学定律。对它的一种回应是,在异速生长模型还原为物理学定律的过程中,作为“桥接定律”的生物物理学概括可能成为生物学定律。然而,对该回应的分析表明,其中的生物物理学概括是否存在还有待证明;即使可能存在,它们也是充满例外的偶适概括,仍会遭遇进化偶然性论题的挑战。因而,异速生长模型不能被视为生物学定律。

增强城市关键基础设施韧性,提高其防范与应对诸多风险的能力,是维持经济稳定与社会安全的重要抓手。如何实现有限资源在不同系统设施之间以及不同阶段之间的优化配置将直接影响韧性提升效果。这涉及对所有可能或已受损设施组件,以及对事前防护与事后修复阶段进行资源配置决策。此外,多风险关联与多系统关联叠加诱发的多重关联增加了资源配置的难度。本文以韧性最大化为目标,将风险关联融合到风险情境、将系统关联集成到约束中,基于网络流理论构建了考虑多重关联的防护-修复资源配置两阶段随机规划模型。以H地区为例验证所建模型的有效性,制定了多种风险情境下的防护-修复资源配置方案,分析了在资源配置决策中考虑多重关联以及防护-修复相结合的必要性,并识别了资源投入在韧性提升中的边际递减效应。研究成果为多风险情境下多系统、多阶段资源的优化配置提供了定量化的决策依据,有助于设施监管部门防范化解风险,进而支撑韧性城市的建设与运行。

古建筑数字化项目越来越多,但在人文知识的多层次展示、知识关联等方面有所欠缺;随着历史建筑信息模型(HBIM)越来越多地应用在古建筑领域,对HBIM文件进行开发利用迫在眉睫。文章探讨HBIM与人文知识的融合,在总结HBIM中信息及古建筑人文知识的特点的基础上,首先归纳《营造法原》及江苏不可移动文物数据库中的古建筑人文知识,构建本体框架;然后引入五峰园HBIM及其人文知识作为实例,导入本体框架并进行推理;最后将本体实例保存至Neo4j数据库,并结合RevitAPI演示相关应用。研究表明:通过本体可多层次地关联古建筑HBIM及古建筑人文知识,在古建筑人文知识的语义检索、构件组检索方面有一定意义。
