Objective To investigate the value of different analytical methods in the diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease using FDG-PET imaging. Methods: 15 Alzheimer’s disease(AD) patients and 20 normal controls (NO who matched in age, sex and years of education,were included in our study. To evaluate the relative cerebral glucose metabolic rate (rCMRglc), FDG-PET imaging was performed in all subjects. The results were evaluated by three different analytical methods of imaging, including SPM(Statistical Parametric Mapping),ROI(Region of Interest) and visual analysis. Results Based on the visual inspection, PET image indicated the focal hypometabolism areas in bilateral parietal, posterior cingulate cortex(PCC), precuneus and temporal cortex and global hypometabolism, relative to the sensorimotor and visual cortex, basal ganglia, thalamus and cerebellum. ROI analysis demonstrated the MRglc reductions in the brain regions such as bilateral frontal, temporal, parietal, precuneus and the PCC in AD group, as compared with NC group (p0.01). Voxel-based analysis between two groups revealed the following results:As compared with the NC group, regional reductions in rCMRglc and the related Brodmann areas (BA) of AD group included bilateral superior frontal gyrus(BA 10,22), middle frontal gyrus(BA 6,8,9,10), inferior parietal lobule(BA 40), precuneus(BA 7,19,31), supramarginal gyrus(BA 40), superior temporal gyrus(BA 22,39), the left PCC(BA 31), the left superior parietal lobule(BA 7), the right middle temporal gyrus(BA 37,22) and the right post central gyrus(BA 7) (p<0.01 uncorrected).Conclusion The AD-associated PET pattern typically presents as focal cortical hypometabolism in bilateral parietal, temporal and/or frontal lobes and the PCC. Human-induced pluripotent stem cell-derived neural stem cell exosomes improve blood-brain barrier function after intracerebral hemorrhage by activating astrocytes via PI3K/AKT/MCP-1 axis

Cerebral edema caused by blood-brain barrier injury after intracerebral hemorrhage is an important factor leading to poor ***-induced pluripotent stem cell-derived neural stem cell exosomes(hiPSC-NSC-Exos)have shown potential for brain injury repair in central nervous system *** this study,we explored the impact of hiPSC-NSC-Exos on blood-brain barrier preservation and the underlying *** results indicated that intranasal delivery of hiPSC-NSC-Exos mitigated neurological deficits,enhanced blood-brain barrier integrity,and reduced leukocyte infiltration in a mouse model of intracerebral ***,hiPSC-NSC-Exos decreased immune cell infiltration,activated astrocytes,and decreased the secretion of inflammatory cytokines like monocyte chemoattractant protein-1,macrophage inflammatory protein-1α,and tumor necrosis factor-αpost-intracerebral hemorrhage,thereby improving the inflammatory *** sequencing indicated that hiPSC-NSC-Exo activated the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in astrocytes and decreased monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 secretion,thereby improving blood-brain barrier *** with the PI3K/AKT inhibitor LY294002 or the monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 neutralizing agent C1142 abolished these *** summary,our findings suggest that hiPSC-NSC-Exos maintains blood-brain barrier integrity,in part by downregulating monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 secretion through activation of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in astrocytes.

现今深化松辽盆地中浅层在精细勘探的工作中,古龙地区是扶余油层泉头组三、四段,继长垣、三肇、龙虎泡之后的一个重要勘探接替领域。目前扶余油层共划分为5个四级层序,扶一油层组单层厚度21~42m;扶二油层组厚度30~50m;扶三油层组80~115m。显然这种级别的层序划分得很粗,我们需要对扶余油层高频层序格架内地层进行精细刻画与预测。针对古龙凹陷南部英台—新站地区泉头组三、四段采用高分辨率层序地层学方法进行等时地质界面识别与追踪技术,综合运用岩芯资料、测井相资料以及地震相资料,三者相互印证,建立松辽盆地英台—新站地区泉头组三、四段层序地层格架,从而对扶余油层高频层序格架内地层进行精细的刻画与预测。

Photoactive complexes of nonprecious transition metals, mainly including those in the first-row and partially the second-row of the Periodic table of elements, have received increasing attention in view of their low cost and long-term sustainability. They are recognized as promising alternatives to noble transition metal complex congeners that have been extensively studied in optoelectronic devices, artificial photosynthesis, photocatalysis, biodiagnostics, and therapeutics, etc. This review is devoted to a comprehensive summary on the classical and recent advances on photoactive nonprecious transition metal complexes, including photoactive Zr, V, Cr, Mo, and W complexes, Mn complexes and hybrids, Fe, Co, Ni, and Cu complexes, and Zn and Cd complexes and hybrids. A particular focus is given on the molecular design, modulation of photophysical and photochemical properties, and applications of the representative and lately-developed nonprecious metal complexes. In addition, a perspective on the future development in this field is provided at the end of this review.

Investigation on the interaction of dispersed and elongated bubbles based on laser-induced fluorescence

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the interaction between dispersed and elongated bubbles in horizontal slug flow utilizing the laser-induced fluorescence method. A Segmentation method based on the fuzzy C-mean (FCM) algorithm is proposed to effectively separate elongated bubbles from the liquid phase， and an extreme value extraction method is developed to calculate the number of dispersed bubbles in front of the nose of elongated bubbles. Moreover， the velocity offsets of elongated bubbles with and without dispersed bubbles are calculated separately based on contour extraction. In addition， the effect of dispersed bubbles on the fluctuating offsets of the nose tip position and velocity of elongated bubbles are statistically investigated under different flow velocities. The experimental results show that the increase of the gas-liquid flow velocity exacerbates the radial deviation of the nose tip and the fluctuation of axial velocity.

In order to identify the tilt direction of the self-mixing interference (SMI) signals under weak feedback regime interfered by noise， a deep learning method is proposed. The one-dimensional U-Net (1D U-Net) neural network can discriminate the direction of self-mixing fringes accurately and quickly. For experimental SMI signals， the 1D U-Net can be used for discriminant direction after a one-step normalization. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method is suitable for SMI signals with noise within the whole weak feedback regime， and can maintain a high discrimination accuracy for signals interfered by 5dB noise. Combined with fringe counting method， accurate and rapid SMI signal displacement reconstruction can be realized.
