Monitoring temporal ch.nges in sea level is important in assessing coastal *** level anomalies at a tide gauge station,if kinematically conceived,include systematic variations such.as trend,acceleration,periodic oscillations,and random *** th.m,th. non-stationary nature of th. random sea level variations of known or unknown origin at coastal regions h.s been long recognized by th. sea level *** study proposes th. analyses of subgroups of random residual statistics of a rigorously formulated kinematic model solution of tide gauge variations using X-bar and S control *** approach.is demonstrated using Key West,Florida tide gauge *** mean and standard errors of 5-year-long subgroups of th. residuals revealed th.t sea level ch.nges at th.s location h.ve been progressively intensifying from 1913 to th. *** oscillations in sea level at th.s locality may be attributed partly to th. th.rmal expansion of seawater with.increasing temperatures causing larger buoyancy-related sea level fluctuations as well as th. intensification of atmosph.ric events including wind patterns and th. impact of ch.nges in inverted barometer effects th.t will alter coastal risk assessments for th. future.

A neutron star(NS)h.s many extreme ph.sical conditions,and one may obtain some important information about an NS via accreting neutron star binary(ANSb)*** upcoming Ch.nese Space Station Telescope(CSST)provides an opportunity to search.for a large sample of ANSb *** goal is to ch.ck th. completeness of th. potential ANSb samples from CSST *** th.s paper,we generate some ANSbs and normal binaries under th. CSST ph.tometric system by binary evolution and binary population synth.sis meth.d and use a mach.ne learning meth.d to train a classification *** th. Precision(94.56%)of our mach.ne learning model is as h.gh.as before study,th. Recall is only about 63.29%.Th. Precision/Recall is mainly determined by th. mass transfer rate between th. NSs and th.ir *** addition,we also find th.t th. completeness of ANSb samples from CSST ph.tometric data by th. mach.ne learning meth.d also depends on th. companion mass and th. age of th. *** candidates with.a low initial mass companion star(0.1 M_(⊙)to 1 M_(⊙))h.ve a relatively h.gh.Precision(94.94%)and h.gh.Recall(86.32%),wh.reas ANSb candidates with.a h.gh.r initial mass companion star(1.1 M_(⊙)to 3 M_(⊙))h.ve similar Precision(93.88%)and quite low Recall(42.67%).Our results indicate th.t alth.ugh.th. mach.ne learning meth.d may obtain a relatively pure sample of ANSbs,a completeness correction is necessary for one to obtain a complete sample.

Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)play an indispensable role in th. occurrence and development of ovarian cancer(OC).h.wever,th. potential involvement of lncRNAs in th. progression of OC is largely *** investigate th. detailed roles and mech.nisms of RAD51 h.molog b-antisense 1(RAD51b-AS1),a novel lncRNA in OC,reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase ch.in reaction(RT-qPCR)was performed to verify th. expression of *** proliferation,metastasis,and apoptosis were detected using th. cell counting kit-8(CCK-8),colony-formation,transwell,and flow cytometry *** xenograft models were establish.d for th. detection of *** results revealed th.t RAD51b-AS1 was significantly upregulated in a h.gh.y metastatic h.man OC cell line and OC ***51b-AS1 significantly increased th. proliferation and metastasis of OC cells and enh.nced th.ir resistance to *** prediction analysis revealed th.t th. only target gene of RAD51b-AS1 was *** gene function experiments revealed th.t RAD51b exerts th. same biological effects as *** experiments demonstrated th.t th. malignant biological beh.viors promoted by RAD51b-AS1 overexpression were partially or completely reversed by RAD51b silencing in vitro and in ***,RAD51b-AS1 promotes th. malignant biological beh.viors of OC and activates th. protein kinase b(Akt)/b cell lymph.ma protein-2(bcl-2)signaling path.ay,and th.se effects may be associated with.th. positive regulation of RAD51b ***51b-AS1 is expected to serve as a novel molecular biomarker for th. diagnosis and prediction of poor prognosis in OC,and as a potential th.rapeutic target for disease management.
