Remote ischaemic conditioning(RIC)refers to a process whereby periods of intermittent ischaemia,typically via the cyclical application of a blood pressure cuff to a limb at above systolic pressure,confers systemic protection against ischaemia in spatially distinct vascular *** mechanisms underlying this have not been characterised fully but have been shown to involve neural,hormonal and systemic inflammatory signalling *** and early clinical studies have been promising and suggest beneficial effects of RIC in acute ischaemic stroke,symptomatic intracranial stenosis and vascular cognitive *** systematic searches of several clinical trials databases we identified 48 active clinical trials of RIC in ischaemic stroke,intracerebral haemorrhage and subarachnoid *** summarise the different RIC protocols and outcome measures studied in ongoing clinical trials and highlight which studies are most likely to elucidate the underlying biological mechanisms of RIC and characterise its efficacy in the near *** discuss the uncertainties of RIC including the optimal frequency and duration of therapy,target patient groups,cost-effectiveness,the confounding impact of medications and the absence of a clinically meaningful biomarker of the conditioning *** several large clinical trials of RIC expected to report their outcomes within the next 2 years,this review aims to highlight the most important studies and unanswered questions that will need to be addressed before this potentially widely accessible and low-cost intervention can be used in clinical practice.

A distributionally robust scheduling strategy is proposed to address the complex benefit allocation problem in regional integrated energy systems(RIEss)with multiple stakeholders.A two-level stackelberg game model is established,with the RIEs operator as the leader and the users as the *** considers the interests of the RIEs operator and demand response users in energy *** leader optimizes time-of-use(TOU)energy prices to minimize costs while users formulate response plans based on prices.A two-stage distributionally robust game model with comprehensive norm constraints,which encompasses the two-level stackelberg game model in the day-ahead scheduling stage,is constructed to manage wind power ***-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)conditions transform the two-level stackelberg game model into a single-level robust optimization model,which is then solved using column and constraint generation(C&CG).Numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy in balancing stakeholders'interests and mitigating wind power risks.

随着越来越多的移动应用程序出现在应用程序商店,以及智能手机功能的改进,人们正在他们的设备上下载更多的应用程序。应用程序的繁重运行和更新版本直接影响移动设备的内存和降低移动设备的网络速度。为了提高测试人员的工作效率,本文设计并开发了一个可以直接在Android客户端运行并监控应用程序性能的测试工具。其主要功能包括:1-获取性能数据2-保存性能数据3-反馈该工具使用shell命令、Android消息处理机制、HelloCharts绘图库等技术,对CPU、内存、流量等对应的性能数据进行实时获取、实时展示,其中CPU和内存都可分为应用所占和系统所占,流量可以分为应用上传流量和下载流量。为更快找出被测应用性能问题所在,提供了工具箱选择,可以在测试过程中使用填充内存和增加CPU使用率发现性能问题,同时可以通过发送邮件将测试完成后的性能数据发送给相关人员。通过测试和对比目前市场上活跃的性能测试应用程序Emmagee、GT和iTest等,能够比较准确地获取的性能测试结果,体积小,适合在Android移动平台上使用。

Objective:We conducted this study to assess the etiopathogenic relation of otitis media with effusion(OME)in a group of children aged 1-5 years among the local population of ***:This was a cross-sectional retrospective *** was conducted among the children presenting to the immunization center of three tertiary care hospitals of *** media was assessed by clinical examination and tympanometry from August 2019 to January ***-factor regression analysis was then applied to recognize the statistical significance and association of various risk factors to ***:Out of 400 children enrolled in this study,108(27.0%)had OME,out of which 65(60.2%)were males and 30(27.8%)were of age group 2-3 *** regression analysis of risk factors associated with OME showed it was strongly associated with snoring(Pst year symptoms(attack of ear aches with hearing loss[P=0.002]),drugs(URTI antibiotics[P=0.026],All 3 drugs[P=0.013]).Conclusions:We found out that OME is a common disease which if not identified or treated timely can lead to other hard to cure health *** of its etiopathogenic factors can play a major role in its prevention.

Presentation delay in breast cancer patients and its association with sociodemographic factors in North Pakistan

Background： There is strong evidence that delayed diagnosis of breast cancer is associated with poor survival. The objectives were to determine the frequency of breast cancer patients with delayed presentation, the reasons of delay and its association with different socio-demographic variables in our ***： We interviewed 315 histologically confirmed breast cancer patients. Delay was defined as more than 3 months from appearance of symptoms to the consultation from doctor. Questions were asked from each patient which could reflect their understanding about the disease and which could be the likely reasons for their delayed ***： A total of 39.01%（n=123） of patients presented late and out of those, 40.7% wasted time using alternative medicines; 25.2% were not having enough resources; 17.1% presented late due to painless lump; 10.6% felt shyness and 6.5% presented late due to other reasons. Higher age, negative family history, 〈8 school years of education and low to middle socio-economic status were significantly associated with delayed presentation（P〈0.05）. Education and socioeconomic status were two independent variables related to the delayed presentation after adjustment for others [odds ratios（OR） of 2.26, 2.29 and 95% confidence intervals（CI） was 1.25-4.10, 1.06-4.94 respectively].Conclusions： significant percentage of women with breast cancer in North Pakistan is experiencing presentation delay due to their misconceptions about the disease. Coordinated efforts with public health department are needed to educate the focused groups and mitigating the barriers identified in the study. Long term impact will be reduced overall burden of the disease in the region.

现代电力市场将赋予需求侧资源更多的市场参与权,这是指在电力市场运行中纳入一种能够动态调整电力需求的机制,即需求响应（DR）。随着电动汽车工业的技术进步,世界各国政府都在促进电动汽车的广泛应用,以缓解环境问题。然而,随着电力系统配电网中电动汽车负荷的增加,将对现有电网构成巨大威胁。本文介绍了一种协调电动汽车（EVs）与G2V系统。作为单个主体,他们不能参与批发市场（例如PJM 1兆瓦的最小容量）,因为他们的用电量很小,因此,建立一个电动汽车聚合代理,由三种不同类型的电动汽车充电桩组成:家庭、商业建筑和工业园。组合式电动汽车聚合器考虑了每个电动汽车聚合器使用时间（TOU）方案的充电需求。提出了电动汽车的模型,在考虑电动汽车约束的情况下,验证了该方案的可行性。V2G的概念描述了电动汽车相对于传统汽油车的使用情况,并将电动汽车作为分布式电池储能来支持电网。本研究的两个主要目标是,首先,每一个电动汽车拥有者在获得服务补偿的同时尽量降低用电成本;其次,聚合代理用于为每个调度区域提供不同的费率,并将充电负荷需求从高峰时段转移到低谷时段,并将充电需求提供给每个代理。本文提出了一种有效解决高峰时段充电需求问题的充放电协调算法,即多智能体充放电（MACD）算法。MACD算法旨在利用智能电网中的V2G技术和电动汽车电池来管理高峰时段的高充电需求。MACD算法在不影响电动汽车性能和车主舒适性的前提下,显著降低了充电需求,总成本降低了14.7%。
