Objective:To describe the breed predisposition, clinical diagnosis, pathological f.ndings and the surgical approach through excision of.the hyperplasic mass f.om the ***:Twenty f.ve bitches of.dif.erent breeds suf.ering f.om a protruded mass f.om the vulva were examined clinically, blood samples were collected to ensure the phase of.estrus that were determined by evaluating the exf.liative vaginal epithelium, and a histopathological examination of.the hyperplastic mass was done af.er its surgical ***:The current work revealed that the maximum value of.estradiol 17-B was in Alabai breed while the maximum value of.progesterone was in Pit bull breed. And Pit bull breed showed cornif.cation and stratif.cation of.the vaginal mucosa with abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm and regular round ***:As the vaginal hyperplasia is a crucial gynaecological problem that af.ects dif.erent breeds of.bitches, the current work provides a comprehensive diagnosis of.the case and illustrates the surgical interf.rence f.r its excision.

INTRODUCTION Preservation of.the f.eshwater resources is a big challenge f.r a healthy civilized *** water consumption increased more than twice the population increase rate,drinking water pollution and f.eshwater shortage increased dramatically during the last decades(Kar et al.,2012;Mueller and Nowack,2010).Only 0.01%of.f.eshwater resources are suitable f.r human needs(Rashid et al.,2019),even in the areas of.abundant f.eshwater(Yeston et al.,2006).By 2050,over 5 billion of.the world population will be under severe f.esh water supply conditions due to climate change and urbanization exacerbate(Sealy,2019;Oves et al.,2015;Kar et al.,2012).Currently,one billion people drink unhygienic water,especially in developing countries which leads to severe waterborne diseases which might cause death(Aminiyan et al.,2018).Twelve million people die every year due to this problem(Zhao et al.,2019;Oves et al.,2015).

Alibrary of.novel spiro[pyrazole-4,5′-isoxazoline]-5-one derivatives were designed and synthesized using a concise and ef.icient one-pot reaction protocol through 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition between 4-benzylidene-3-methyl-1-phenyl-^(1)H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one and *** synthesized derivatives were elucidated and characterized based on their spectroscopic data,including inf.ared spectrometry(IR),^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR,and elemental and mass spectral *** synthesized compounds were evaluated f.r their antitumor inhibition potency against f.ur human cancer cell lines,including human prostatic adenocarcinoma(PC3),human colorectal carcinoma(HCT116),human liver hepatocellular carcinoma(HepG2)and breast adenocarcinoma(MCf.).The outcomes were compared with the standard ref.rence drug *** the synthesized chlorooximes,compounds 6d and 6e were the most active compounds on all cell *** spiro[pyrazole-4,5′-isoxazoline]-5-one derivatives 7a and 7c were active on the HepG2 liver cancer cell *** comparison,compounds 7f.and 7g were moderately active on the MCf. cell *** structure-activity relationship was explored f.r the synthesized ***,in silico analysis of.physicochemical,adsorption,distribution,metabolism,excretion and toxicity(ADMET)properties were done to determine the potential capacity of.drug *** docking study onto the epidermal growth f.ctor(EGf.tyrosine kinase receptor(3POZ)was done f.r the most active compounds to validate the reliability of.in vitro anticancer screenings.

Objective: The study is a comparative study, the aim of.which is to compare 3D conf.rmal radiation therapy (3D-CRT) and intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) in treating nasopharyngeal carcinomas; dosimetrically evaluating and comparing both techniques as regard target coverage and doses to organs at risk (OAR). Methods: Twenty patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated by 3D-CRT technique and another 20 patients were treated by IMRT. A dosimetric comparison was done by perf.rming two plans f.r the same patient using Eclipse planning system (version 8.6). Results: IMRT had a better tumor coverage and conf.rmity index compared to 3D-CRT plans (P value of.0.001 and 0.004), respectively. As f.r the dose homogeneity it was also better in the IMRT plans and the reason f.r this was attributed to the dose inhomogeneity at the photon/electron junction in the 3D-CRT plans (P value 0.032). Also, doses received by the risk structures, particularly parotids, was signif.cantly less in the IMRT plans than those of.3D-CRT (P value 0.001). Conclusion: IMRT technique was clearly able to increase the dose delivery to the target volume, improve conf.rmity and homogeneity index and spare the parotid glands in comparison to 3D-CRT technique.

Smart precision agriculture utilizes modern inf.rmation and wireless communication technologies to achieve challenging agricultural ***,Internet of.Things(IoT)technology can be applied to monitor and detect harmf.l insect pests such as red palm weevils(RPWs)in the f.rms of.date palm *** this paper,we propose a new IoT-based f.amework f.r early sound detection of.RPWs using f.ne-tuned transf.r learning classif.er,namely *** sound sensors,namely TreeVibes devices are caref.lly mounted on each palm trunk to setup wireless sensor networks in the *** trees are labeled based on the sensor node number to identif. the inf.sted ***,the acquired audio signals are sent to a cloud server f.r f.rther on-line analysis by our f.ne-tuned deep transf.r learning model,i.e.,*** proposed inf.station classif.er has been successf.lly validated on the public TreeVibes *** includes total short recordings of.1754 samples,such that the clean and inf.sted signals are 1754 and 731 samples,*** to other deep learning models in the literature,our proposed InceptionResNet-V2 classif.er achieved the best perf.rmance on the public database of.TreeVibes audio *** resulted classif.cation accuracy score was 97.18%.Using 10-f.ld cross validation,the f.ne-tuned InceptionResNet-V2 achieved the best average accuracy score and standard deviation of.94.53%and±1.69,*** the proposed intelligent IoT-aided detection system of.RPWs in date palm f.rms is the main prospect of.this research work.

Recent years witness a great deal of.interest in artif.cial intelligence(AI)tools in the area of.*** has developed a large number of.tools to solve themost dif.icult search-and-optimization problems in computer science and operations ***,metaheuristic-based algorithms are a sub-f.eld of.*** study presents the use of.themetaheuristic algorithm,that is,water cycle algorithm(WCA),in the transportation problem.A stochastic transportation problem is considered in which the parameters supply and demand are considered as random variables that f.llow the Weibull *** the parameters are stochastic,the corresponding constraints are *** are converted into deterministic constraints using the stochastic programming *** this study,we propose evolutionary algorithms to handle the dif.iculties of.the complex high-dimensional optimization *** is inf.uenced by the water cycle process of.how streams and rivers f.ow toward the sea(optimal solution).WCA is applied to the stochastic transportation problem,and obtained results are compared with that of.the new metaheuristic optimization algorithm,namely the neural network algorithm which is inspired by the biological nervous *** is concluded that WCA presents better results when compared with the neural network algorithm.

Ibandronate sodium monohydrate is a highly polar aliphatic compound that belongs to the bisphosphonate class,a widely used bone resorption *** aliphatic nature of.ibandronate precludes direct photometric detection and its high polar-ity urged analysts to use ion-pairing agents in the mobile phase to promote retention in reversed-phase *** this work,a reversed-phase method f.r determination of.ibandronate sodium monohydrate in pharmaceutical tablets is introduced by employing an online postcolumn ligand exchange reaction to enable photometric *** method of.ers f.r the f.rst time the ability to separate the drug f.om its well-known impurities on conventional reversed-phase *** detection reac-tion depends on the ability of.ibandronate and its degradation products to displace salicylate in the iron(III)salicylate complex,f.rming various colorless iron(III)complexes and showing a negative chromatographic signal f.r ibandronate and its degra-dants atλ_(max)=525 *** chromatographic separation was achieved using a Hypersil BDS C_(8) column(5μm particle size,150 mm×4.6 mm i.d.)and a mobile phase consisting of.a mixture of.aqueous f.rmate buf.er pH 3(pH 3,5 mM)and methanol in a ratio of.80:20%(v/v),delivered at a f.ow rate of.0.8 mL/*** postcolumn iron(III)salicylate reagent was prepared at 250μM in aqueous f.rmate buf.er,delivered using a syringe pump at a f.ow rate of.0.5 mL/*** proposed method was validated as per the guidelines of.the International Conf.rence on Harmonization Q2(R1)and was f.und linear over the range 40-120μg/mL(r=0.9995)with a limit of.detection of.3.19μg/*** to currently reported methods,the proposed method is considerably simpler,f.ster,cheaper,and adequately sensitive and makes use of.the most popular LC detectors.

Olive productivity should be improved through stimulating nutrition,particularly under poor f.rtility ***,the objective of.this study was to assess the ef.icacy of.applying organic and bio-f.rtilizers on the physiological growth,yield and f.uit quality of.olive trees under newly reclaimed poor-f.rtility sandy soil in an arid *** a f.eld experiment carried out at El-Qantara,North Sinai,Egypt over two consecutive seasons(2019-2020 and 2020-2021),olive Kalamata trees were evaluated under three organic f.rtilizer treatments alone or in combination with three bio-f.rtilizers *** f.rtilizer was applied as goat manure(16.8 kg/tree/year),or olive pomace(8.5 kg/tree/year)in mid-December of.each season *** *** bio-f.rtilizers were applied as N-f.xing bacteria(150 g/tree)was inculated in early March of.each season,or amino acid mixture(1.5%)was applied three times,at 70%of.f.ll bloom,21 days af.er f.ll bloom,and a month later in comparison to a non-f.rtilized trees(control).The cultivar used was Kalamata,a dual-purpose cultivar f.r oil and table olives whose value increases when processed as table *** results indicated that the goat manure f.llowed by olive pomace signif.cantly enhanced photosynthetic pigments(chlorophyll a,b,and carotenoids),leaf.mineral contents(N,P,K,Ca,Mg and f.),tree canopy volume,number of.f.owers per inf.orescence,number of.inf.orescences per shoot,initial f.uit set,f.uit *** f.uit quality,f.uit length and width,f.uit weight,and total f.uit yield was increased compared to the non-f.rtilized ***,The bio-f.rtilizer N-f.xing bacteria f.llowed by the amino acid mixture signif.cantly improved all of.the af.rementioned ***,it is recommended,both environmentally and economically to utilize organic and bio-f.rtizers,particularly goat manure combined with N-f.xing bacteria,in low-f.rtility soil to sustain olive production as well as reducing mineral f.rti
