目的选择性活化巨噬细胞（Alternativelyactivated macrophages, M2）与胃部解痉多肽表达性化生（spasmolytic polypeptide-expressingmetaplasia, SPeM）过程相关。然而，诱导SPeM的确切机制及关键介质尚不明确。研究设计为确定这一过程中的关键基因，分离胃部SPeM小鼠（DMP-777处理）及高级胃部SPeM小鼠（L635处理）胃体的巨噬细胞进行RNA测序。评估白介素．33、白介素-33受体（ST2）及白介素-13基因敲除小鼠，经L635处理急性壁细胞缺失后对上皮细胞化生过程的影响。结果胃部上皮化生相关性巨噬细胞中可鉴定出M2极化亚群。高级胃部SPeM小鼠巨噬细胞中自介素-33的表达显著上调。L635可在野生型小鼠胃组织中诱导上皮化生，但在白介素-33及白介素．33受体敲除鼠中未观察到这一现象。尽管在诱导上皮化生过程中不需白介素．5及白介素-9，白介素-13基因敲除小鼠无法在L635诱导下发生上皮化生。对白介素-33受体基因敲除小鼠应用白介素-13，可重新诱导急性壁细胞缺失后的上皮化生。结论壁细胞缺失后上皮化生及巨噬细胞极化过程通过白介素．33及白介素-13的细胞信号网络协调进行，将损伤应答过程中固有黏膜机制及M2浸润联系起来。

MicroRNAs （miRNAs） are well-conserved noncoding RNAs that broadly regulate gene expression through posttranscriptional silencing of coding genes. Dysregulated miRNA expression in prostate and other cancers implicates their role in cancer biology. Moreover, functional studies provide support for the contribution of miRNAs to several key pathways in cancer initiation and progression. Comparative analyses of miRNA gene expression between malignant and nonmalignant prostate tissues, healthy controls and prostate cancer （PCa） patients, as well as less aggressive versus more aggressive disease indicate that miRNAs may be future diagnostic or prognostic biomarkers in tumor tissue, blood, or urine. Further, miRNAs may be future therapeutics or therapeutic targets. In this review, we examine the miRNAs most commonly observed to be de-regulated in PCa gene expression analyses and review the potential contribution of these miRNAs to important pathways in PCa initiation and progression.

This paper illustrates the efficacy of using accelerated gradient descent schemes for minimizing a uniaxially constrained Landau-de Gennes model for nematic liquid ***(alternating direction)minimization schemes are applied to a structure preserving finite element discretization of the uniaxial model:a standard gradient descent method,the“heavy-ball”method,and Nesterov’s *** performance of the schemes is measured in terms of the number of iterations required to obtain the equilibrium state,as well as the total computational time(wall time).The numerical experiments clearly show that the accelerated gradient descent schemes reduce the number of iterations and computational time significantly,despite the hard uniaxial constraint that is not“smooth”when defects are ***,our results show that accelerated schemes are not hindered when combined with an alternating direction minimization algorithm and are easy to implement.

We put forth Drama Theory II （DT II） as a formal multiple participant decision making framework that can be used to systematically model complex security challenges, and advance the field of Sustainable Security Systems engineering. DT II is defined as a theory of ＂large world＂ pre-game communication and equilibrium selection. While game theoretic tools have been widely applied to resolve environmental conflicts and promote global security, traditional game theory assumes that decision makers, options, and preferences are fixed. A mathematical treatment of key drama theoretic concepts （i.e. positions, intentions, doubts and dilemmas） is provided. The dynamics of the drama theoretic process are discussed and the expected equilibrium set is derived. The fundamental theorem of drama theory is proven and all theoretical results are applied to promote sustainable security solutions. It is emphasized that DT II represents a flexible systems engineering technique to address time-sensitive, multi-faceted, and complex multiple participant negotiations.

The suspension-feeding sea cucumber Cucumaria frondosa has become commercially important in recent *** proper diets is the first important step for intensive aquaculture of this sea *** this study,adult *** were exposed to one of the following diet treatments:control(no diet provided),two powdered seaweeds(Ascophyllum nodosum and Saccharina latissima),a commercially available microalgal diet(shellfish diet)and natural *** effects of diets on the feeding behavior and physiological properties of sea cucumbers were investigated after a 5-week rearing *** show that sea cucumbers fed with shellfish diet exhibited a significantly higher tentacle insertion rate(1.80±0.20 insertion/min)than these fed with seaweed powders,and there was no significant different between the two groups fed by seaweed *** significant difference was found on the fecal production rate among the feeding *** minimum oxygen consumption rate was observed in the control group(5.76±0.99μg O2/(g·h)),which is significantly lower than individuals fed with ***,shellfish diet,and natural seston;however,no significant difference was shown between those of control and *** *** maximum ammonium excretion rate was found in the *** group(0.03±0.01μmol/(g·h)),which is significantly higher than other *** minimum O/N ratio was observed in the *** group(14.57±1.04),which is significantly lower than the ***,shellfish diet,and natural seston *** fed with seaweed powders had similar physiological properties with these fed with microalgae diet and natural seston,indicating that *** and *** can be explored as promising diets for intensive aquaculture of ***.
