Fortifying Healthcare Data Security in the Cloud:A Comprehensive Examination of the EPM-k.A Encryption Protocol

A new era of data access and management has begun with the use of cloud computing in the healthcare *** the efficiency and scalability that the cloud provides, the security of private patient data is still a majorconcern. Encryption, network.security, and adherence to data protection laws are k.y to ensuring the confidentialityand integrity of healthcare data in the cloud. The computational overhead of encryption technologies could leadto delays in data access and processing rates. To address these challenges, we introduced the Enhanced ParallelMulti-k.y Encryption Algorithm (EPM-k.A), aiming to bolster healthcare data security and facilitate the securestorage of critical patient records in the cloud. The data was gathered from two categories Authorization forHospital Admission (AIH) and Authorization for High Complexity *** use Z-score normalization forpreprocessing. The primary goal of implementing encryption techniques is to secure and store massive amountsof data on the cloud. It is feasible that cloud storage alternatives for protecting healthcare data will become morewidely available if security issues can be successfully fixed. As a result of our analysis using specific parametersincluding Execution time (42%), Encryption time (45%), Decryption time (40%), Security level (97%), and Energyconsumption (53%), the system demonstrated favorable performance when compared to the traditional *** suggests that by addressing these security concerns, there is the potential for broader accessibility to cloudstorage solutions for safeguarding healthcare data.

BACk.ROUND There is scant literature on hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)in patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome(BCS).AIM To assess the magnitude,clinical characteristics,feasibility,and outcomes of treatment in *** A total of 904 BCS patients from New Delhi,India and 1140 from Mumbai,India were *** prevalence and incidence of HCC were determined,and among patients with BCS-HCC,the viability and outcomes of interventional therapy were *** In the New Delhi cohort of 35 BCS-HCC patients,18 had HCC at index presentation(prevalence 1.99%),and 17 developed HCC over a follow-up of 4601 person-years,[incidence 0.36(0.22-0.57)per 100 person-years].BCS-HCC patients were older when compared to patients with BCS alone(P=0.001)and had a higher proportion of inferior vena cava block.cirrhosis,and long-segment vascular *** median alpha-fetoprotein level was higher in patients with BCS-HCC at first presentation than those who developed HCC at follow-up(13029 ng/mL vs 500 ng/mL,P=0.01).Of the 35 BCS-HCC,26(74.3%)underwent radiological interventions for BCS,and 22(62.8%)patients underwent treatment for HCC[transarterial chemoembolization in 18(81.8%),oral tyrosine k.nase inhibitor in 3(13.6%),and transarterial radioembolization in 1(4.5%)].The median survival among patients who underwent interventions for HCC compared with those who did not was 3.5 years vs 3.1 mo(P=0.0001).In contrast to the New Delhi cohort,the Mumbai cohort of BCS-HCC patients were predominantly males,presented with a more advanced HCC[Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer C and D],and 2 patients underwent liver *** HCC is not uncommon in patients with *** interventions and liver transplantation are feasible in select primary BCS-HCC patients and may improve outcomes.

Geographic patterns of genetic diversity and fertility restoration ability of Asian and African origin pearl millet populations

A set of 45 diverse Asian and African origin/bred populations of pearl millet were investigated multi-locationally for morphological traits including grain yield and assessed for their fertility restoration ability on three cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS) systems in two contrasting seasons. Significant genetic variation was found for all the yield link.d traits. Multivariate analysis for grain yield and its component traits grouped these populations into five clusters. Most of the Asian origin populations grouped into single cluster(Cluster III) and separated from the rest of the African origin populations indicating the presence of correspondence between clustering pattern and geographical origin of the populations. Clusters dominated with Asian populations(As-As) had link.ges with early flowering, short plant height, more number of tillers, small and thin panicles, small seeded and low grain yield compared to the clusters dominated by African populations(Af-Af) or African origin and Asian bred(Af-As) *** related populations having common parentage were found grouped in same *** restoration/maintainer frequency of 45 populations on three diverse CMS systems revealed that overall fertility restoration frequency was highest for A1(86%) followed by A4(37%) and for A5(7%) CMS system. Five populations were identified as potential sources for developing maintainer lines for all three CMS systems and eight populations were identified specifically for A;and A;CMS systems. A set of 11 and four populations were identified for restorer line development exclusively for A;and A;CMS system,respectively. Six populations were identified for the development of dual restorers for both A;and A;CMS system.

基于Hertz弹性碰撞理论和Thornton弹塑性假设,导出了粒子碰撞炭层过程中的压痕硬度理论表达式,根据弯管试验数据和试件扫描电镜分析提出了临界速度模型,对于三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)炭化后形成的多孔炭化结构,结合裂纹侵蚀理论提出了两相流非完全弹性碰撞多孔炭化层体烧蚀计算模型。设计了用于验证烧蚀计算模型的模拟发动机旋转过载试验,保证了模拟发动机和真实发动机的天地一致性。结果表明:在模拟发动机真实飞行过程的热环境下,计算结果与实测结果能够基本吻合。研究结果对固体火箭发动机绝热结构的设计具有工程指导意义。

In large spatial,temporal,and spatio-temporal databases,the concept of dimensions–time and space–is central and their efficient processing has always been a great concern.A Geographic Information System(GIS)is widely k.own for its efficient and sophisticated handling of the spatial databases;however,integration of the time domain introduces additional *** research is ongoing in this *** numerous approaches have already been proposed in the literature to address the time-related challenges in GIS community,such as the development of temporal GIS data models,this study contributes to these ongoing efforts through extensions to the Parametric Data *** database approaches(Parametric Data Model)have been developed to handle dimensional data such as space,time,belief,*** this study,the time dimension is of specific interest and we propose the integration of parametric approaches to GIS to absorb the temporal *** temporal processing of the data is done using parametric approaches that address the limitation of GIS to support temporal queries and temporal analysis of *** the AutoConViz tool,developed for spatio-temporal data modeling and visualization,results can be directly integrated into standard GIS software programs such as ArcGIS and further processed seamlessly along with and in a similar manner to other attributes.

This article deals with some new chain imputation methods by using two auxiliary variables under missing completely at random(MCAR)*** proposed generalized classes of chain imputation methods are tested from the viewpoint of optimality in terms of *** proposed imputation methods can be considered as an efficient extension to the work.of Singh and Horn(Metrik. 51:267-276,2000),Singh and Deo(Stat Pap 44:555-579,2003),Singh(Stat A J Theor Appl Stat 43(5):499-511,2009),k.dilar and Cingi(Commun Stat Theory Methods 37:2226-2236,2008)and Diana and Perri(Commun Stat Theory Methods 39:3245-3251,2010).The performance of the proposed chain imputation methods is investigated relative to the conventional chain-type imputation *** theoretical results are derived and comparative study is conducted and the results are found to be quite encouraging providing the improvement over the discussed work.
